If you need an auto mechanic that you can completely trust and you can t go wrong with Team Cars. We have been using them for many years now and have always found them to be honest trustworthy and do fantastic work. I know nothing about cars and unfortunately due to the lack of knowledge, it is easy to be taken advantage of. Robert and Joe have always been very straightforward. They don t try to upsell you, nor do they find issues with your vehicle. They don t exist just to jack up their billing. They have even come out to the side of the highway to fix my car as we were traveling out of town. They are very busy but when you need quality and honesty, Team Cars is the way to go.

Great customer service! I was traveling across the country and I started experiencing issues with my car. Luckily I was able to pull off the highway and into the shop. The mechanics dropped everything they were doing to help get me back on the road. Work was completed quickly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Team CARS to anyone in the area!

These guys are AMAZING! I had an issue (undriveable) with my car on the way down (luckily near them!!) to South Florida from North Carolina, and went in the morning as soon as they opened (8 AM), and they told me they were really backed up already, but would try to look at my car by noon. As I l left my hotel at noon, they called, and told me they had fixed the problem! And that they had prioritized me because I was in transit. They really care! And did a very professional assessment and repair of my car. AND don't overcharge!!! And were nothing but southern charming. Best mechanic that I have ever encountered!

Great service, great personality, great place to take your car. Pleased to have found a place of honestly and integrity. So grateful of a recommendation from my friend to check this place out. Went in for an oil change and they were quick and kind of which I'm especially thankful since I had a toddler who doesn't want to sit still these days.

Went to Team Cars for a diagnostic on my company-owned vehicle with high mileage. The whole team was wonderful and got to look at my car much quicker than I had anticipated (based on other experiences with other mechanics). The whole family is involved in this family-owned business and they are all so kind. My car ended up needing major repairs so the owner recommended to my company that they replace the vehicle and didn t even charge me for the diagnostic. I live almost an hour away from Team cars and I will never go anywhere else again. Thank you Braxton family for being honest and hard-working folks!

This auto shop is amazing! I broke down on my roadtrip and didnt know what to do. Ended up bringing my car here after letting them know my dilemma, and they immediately looked at it and fixed it! Good prices, and very friendly! They helped me again when it acted up once more before leaving, and immediately looked at it and knew what was wrong! And showed me exactly where and what it was! I highly recommend this place! They even called to check up on me to see if I made it to my destination that was 500 miles away!! Thank you Joe!! Yall are life savers to me! Joe was very sensitive to me and very calm and gentle, he's very professional and has a good heart! I've taken 2 different cars to him and both times he has serviced them in a timely manner. Good people team cars!

They always do a great job taking care of my car. They are always pleasant, and make me feel like I'm a very important customer. Even though they are busy, they always try to make time for my emergencies. They are the most honest people I've ever dealt with, and I won't go anywhere else.

We have been using Team Cars for all of our vehicles for a number of years now. They are honest, trustworthy and stand behind their repairs 100% even if not their fault. We recently had our truck in for service and the next day a throttle assembly broke on our way out of town. We were pulling our RV and now stuck on the side of the road. One call and Robert & Joe hoped in their truck and met us on the side of the highway. Replaced the part that had failed and had us on our way. I offered to pay for their time and parts and Robert just said, We just want you to have a nice weekend . He followed up with a check up call on Monday to make sure we were okay. We you need a professional team that treats you like family, call team cars.

We trust Team Cars completely. They have worked on our cars for several years. We won't take our cars to anyone else. If you want really fast service on your car. Go to Team Cars. They can spot things that arewrong with your car that no dealership or other top service mechanics can. They are the best!!!!

Team Cars is a great place to go for all of your auto needs. The team that services your vehicle is like a team of surgeons that you would trust with yourself. A very professional team. Team cars will always do their best too get fit you in to service your auto. Team cars also after paying your bill wont have you feel like you have to take on a second job to make ends meet.

Stellar work, work ethic, and fair prices. I've been a customer for about as long as they have been in business, starting on Meeting Street, followed by Frink Street, and the last few years, now that they have purchased a facility large enough to handle their workload, on Airport Blvd, directly across from the Napa warehouse. Honesty and integrity. I have been fortunate enough to know several in this line of work that fit the description. Robert and Joe are two who definitely fit that description.
