Facilities appeared clean and safe. Professional and courteous staff. Pricing is competitive. It was interesting watching the employees work as a group going down the list of checks and counter responses to safely and correctly complete a simple oil change. Well done.Crystal did and amazing good. Great store manager.

Jon, and his crew was awesome. Plus Jon helper, help changed the oil filter to update it on my car, plus help me to change the time on my clock. They treated us so nice, they had a smile on their faces. They are very nice and sweet.

This was my first time here since it s opening. By far the best Oil-Change spot in town. Jon treated me like we ve known each other forever, and I would have been out in less than 10 minutes but the guys were fun to talk to! Highly recommend!

This was the absolute best experience ever. The manager, assistant manager and gentleman who I spoke with personally were so friendly and really made me feel so great. They absolutely kept my amazing Friday going with their attitudes and kindness. So glad this is right next to my house I won t be going anywhere else from now on!

I had an amazing experience! It was pretty cool to see an all women crew!! They rocked it with confidence and got me together! Can t forget manager John!! He was awesome! Highly recommend this location! It felt welcoming and provided useful information without forcing sales on you. Gave alternative ideas and made sure it was in the best interest of the client!! We will be back!

Such a great experience at Strickland Brothers Oil Change! Jon and his team were fantastic super friendly and efficient. They had us in and out in no time, even offering cold drinks while we waited. Plus, the convenience of not having to leave the car was a huge bonus. Definitely coming back for our next oil change!

Great service. They triple checked one another throughout the process to make sure fluid levels were good and that the dipstick, tops, and drain plugs were back in place. They were very efficient and professional. Their pricing was in line with everyone else. I will definitely go back. Great job to the entire staff!!!

Crystal and Shante were absolutely amazing. They were very professional and very detailed. My daughter is driving across country in an older vehicle and they took the time to actually show her how to check her oil and safely add oil as she needs to.

I highly recommend this place for an oil change!! Jon was very welcoming and knowledgeable about cars. Very affordable. I love going to a place who could not only provide great service, but educate as well. This location is very convenient to all LMC employees! Thanks for you service Jon!

Stopped by to grab an oil change while staying overnight on our travel from ATL to Myrtle Beach. Jon O Neal was super helpful and stayed open to help me and my family, even though they just closed. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable!

Super quick oil change plus they gave me a fuel system cleaner to help flush my fuel tanks! Very friendly and went above and beyond to find the pricing for it actually! So helpful and a wonderful experience! Will be coming back for my next ones!!!

Great service and attitude. I was shocked that it was all ladies working. However, afterwards I was definitely impressed and satisfied. Was also very pleased by the knowledge which was offered through recommendations for my truck that would improve it's lifespan and performance.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! The staff went above and beyond for me and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. They explained everything they were doing and always made sure I understood what needed to be done without tacking a bunch of items onto my bill. If I could leave 10 stars for them I would!

Service was good. Seemed a little disorganized today verses the last time I was there, but still good. Not sure that my air filters were checked this visit. Normally they show them to me, but that didn t happen today.

There are two types of customer service: customer service where people are polite and friendly just so there isn't a complaint and customer service where the techs and manager actually care. This is the first oil change where I felt as though everyone actually cared about making sure my vehicle was properly taken care of. Plus, they are the only drive thru oil change I've been to that carries European formula oil. Bye Take 5 and Express Oil, I've found my go to oil change!

10 out of 10! Literally wasn t in there 15 minutes. The two gentlemen that was working on 2/14/2024 around 8pm gave me excellent top notch service. They were courteous, attended to all my needs, made sure I was offered everything I needed, and other suggestions. I will definitely be visiting this location!

They were great! Fast, efficient, and offered ice cold water right off the bat. They also warned me about something that could happen with my car specifically that I didn t know about before. I d go again, and I recommended it to my sister.

This was a fast, efficient team! They checked my lights, inflated my tires, Evan topped off my washer fluid reservoir! I was given a bottle of water while I waited and it was literally 10 minutes! Would recommend to everyone!

Great, honest, & fast staff! They had a filter issue but were honest with me upfront. I went & purchased my own filter, came back & had an absolutely great experience! I love seeing women working in this industry & their attitudes were wonderful!

I saw that the store had just opened this week and decided to try it. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient. They spotted a couple of items and informed me on them but didn t pressure me to buy them, which I appreciated. I don t put a lot of miles on this vehicle annually but I do think I ll come back next year.

The staff here was all super friendly! I told them that I was on a budget, and they gave me a $10 coupon from their website, a huge help. They were very fast and skilled, and were honest about what needed to be replaced and what didn t.

I will never take any of my vehicles here again. Went in for an oil change. They end up putting coolant in my brakes system. Had to have my truck towed to dealership. After a month of it being there and fixed they finally contacted their insurance company. To pay for all damages. Took them forever to get the check to them. Im still out of money due to lost wages. Like I said previously I will not take my truck or cars there.
