Peter Boulware of Columbia parts department is excellent to work with. Employees are knowledgeable about parts. They are quick to call if there are any delays or problems with our parts order. We receive our orders same day or next day at the latest. Will continue to partner with them for all our Toyota parts needs.

Called them about jeep they had on lot talked to sales and finance manager was approved had check was called Monday morning at 930 in morning confirming I was coming they told me they wanted make sure vehicle was clean I drove 2 hours and got there with money then was told that jeep was sold Poor Communication with sales staff and Management will not ever deal with this car lot Ever Again
