Absolutely Amazing . These people are sweet and caring. They did an amazing Job on our Pontoon seats. Restored our original seats and let me tell you , how amazing .. it looks better than it ever did. Just beautiful . Just look at them amazing pictures !! If you're looking for anything to be upholstered, look no further! My sea hunt boat seats needed some TLC for the upcoming season. I reached out to Kathy and her son Houston, who owns the shop they welcomed me in like family and made my dreams become a reality! As a small business owner, this shop does business right! I'm beyond pleased and couldn't ask for anything better!

These people doesn't do bad work, but the communication and business skills are terrible. I took my antique rocking chair to them on November 29, 2023, and just got it back March 26, 2024. Told it would be ready before Christmas. They do not communicate at all. Most of the time they don't answer the phone or return a message. I don't know how they've been in business for, as claimed, 73 years. Will never use them again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Nordan's custom made a foam filled mattress for the bed of my pickup over 30 years ago in 1987. It has served me well over the years and looks and feels like new. This is what quality craftmanship looks like, folks.

Poor communication. Mediocre quality. They lost several bolts that belonged to my seats. The rear of the front seats were not reupholstered correctly. They never finished the headrest. Seats were there for over 2 months. Constant excuses. If you have seats that have any significance, do not go here. I'm out 950.00, 2 months time, and several bolts to my seats. I'm going to find another shop to completely re-do these seats again. I was willing to pay them 3k to do 2 front seats and rear seat for a 1989 mustang saleen. I wasn't trying to be cheap. I wanted the best i could get. Find another shop. Excuses incoming...

I think the photos pretty much speaks for themselves. Every step of the process was done professionally and I never had a doubt that this was the shop that I wanted to redo my seat. There's a reason why this family owned business is in it's 70th year of being open. The end result was a seat that matches the original factory seat, but better. If you look carefully at the details, the blind seams are symmetrical on both the bottom and the top. The white lines in the seat fabric line up with those on the back. I dropped my seat off on a Wednesday afternoon and was expecting it would take a couple weeks, I received a call the following Wednesday saying it was ready to pick up. They've earned my future business.

Nordan & Foster Custom Upholstery is our family's go-to place for reupholstering. They recently reupholstered our parent's stools & did a fantastic job! We highly recommend them! They provide exceptional service & is a valued business in the immediate West Columbia River District.

If you are looking to reupholster your original bass boat seats I would highly recommend this shop. I spent a couple of days calling multiple shops. I was stuck going back and forth about the price difference between reupholstering my original seats and buying new aftermarket seats. I begrudgingly decided to go with the more expensive route and upholster. I originally felt the price quote was high for the work, but that all quickly melted away after I picked these bad boys up.

When we opened our business we had a need to cover a custom display window area with a special fabric. Kathy Foster, Houston Nordan, and their staff chose and fabricated material into the right size and shape that was perfect for the project. They helped us decide on the right color, texture, durability, and one that is easy to clean. It fits perfectly! We were so pleased that we asked them to re-cover some outdoor cushions for our deck furniture. Again, everything was perfect. They have a huge selection of fabrics in many, many textures and colors, and they have something for every type of installation. We are SO impressed!

We had our couch reupholstered recently and the couch is lovely. However, the customer service we received was horrible. When I dropped the couch off, no one took my name, so I went to go give my information and was cut off by Kathy saying, "I got it." I questioned her, and she cut me off again with the same words making me feel unimportant and not confident that my couch was in safe hands. I did not receive any sort of paperwork even confirming they had the couch. After 6 weeks went by, I called to find out when my couch would be ready. "At the end of this week." was all we were told. It wasn't until 12 weeks went by and never once being contacted by Nordan & Foster, (the only communication was when I called them) and no explanation as to why it took so long did they call to say our couch was ready. We assumed they would apologize for the wait, they did not. We hoped they would reduce the final price due to keeping our couch for double the time they said they would, they did not. When my husband asked if they would give a discount he was shut down immediately. If I ever have upholstery needs again, I will be taking my business elsewhere to someone that makes me feel like a valued customer, rather than feeling like I wasted their time by giving them my business.

This is the best upholstery job I have ever had done. It was so much fun picking multiple fabrics with Kathy s guidance to redo my chair. Don t waste your time going anywhere else. Go straight to the best and most friendly place in town!

We went to Nordan & Foster as the first stop of several we planned visiting looking to find the place that could reupholster a wing chair.There we met Kathy Foster. We explained what we wanted and our thoughts on colors & fabrics. Based on that she pulled a few books of samples to look to see is we could find something we like and left us to brouse on our own. (No hovering, no pressure, we liked that). She came back later to help us find those samples of colors that went to get her perfectly.Kathy was super nice, patient and helpful. There was no need to go any where else. We left happy.Thank you Kathy

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Nordan and Foster! After a boat dealer in Lincolnton, GA destroyed our engine cover and completely disclaimed any responsibility for it, Houston and his crew reconstructed it it to almost new condition. It was a big job, and we are lucky to have found N&F to do the work. Outstanding service!!!

Fantastic work, quick turnaround, super friendly. Will definitely call on them again when we need custom upholstery done. Our couch cushions are so comfortable and feel brand new. Thank you and I am so glad I found this little gem in West Columbia!

After 17 years the bimini top on pontoon boat finally needed replacing. I looked on line but I could not find the right size. I took the old top to Nordan's and they made a replacement and a cover. Put it on the boat top frame and IT FIT LIKE A GLOVE!!! It was a bit pricey, but the way it fit, quality materials, AND DID IT IN 5 DAYS, made it worth the money.

As a business owner, I understand how positive feedback for a small business really helps drives new clients, which is why I want to boast about my experience with Houston. I brought my Land Rover in on Monday morning requiring a major full upholstery clean up. I'm a home brewer and was transporting 5 gallons of fermented beer to a friends house for kegging when the fermentor turned over in the back of my car and completely saturating the entire floor. Houston was able to get the carpet fully removed, removed all seats, cleaned the entire floor pan, shampooed & reinstalled within 3 days. The car had zero odor after clean up (which was EXTREMELY strong) when I picked up my car on Thursday. He called twice to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle and was extremely honest and fair. I highly suggest this company strictly from my experience as I feel he offers the same to all clients. Excellent customer service and quality of work

Great shop - they do great work for fair prices. I ve been twice for a center console and a headliner. They can be busy so don t expect to get same day service... but do expect quality work. Owner is also a really nice, funny guy.

Update: Ms. Foster recently recovered another side chair for me and it is amazing! Her work is definitely top notch.Ms. Foster's upholstery shop is the best in the area. Her work is quality through and through. Prices are reasonable and she finishes in a timely manner. Thank you, Ms. Foster, for the work you do!

The place is chaotic when you walk in but somehow they get everything done. I've had my convertible top replaced and a seat covering replaced in my car and both looked as good as straight out of the Toyota factory when they were finished. I need to have more seats fixed in my car (I have two big dogs) and I will not hesitate to go back to them.

Randy is a great guy and they do amazing work! We own a car dealership and they do all of our upholstery. They also recently reupholstered my ottoman and it came out great! If you need any upholstery work done and are looking for a shop that does great work this is the place!

I am shocked at how bad of a job they did. The stitches were done in bright white (not the green of the canvas to blend in) and incredibly crooked. The fabric hung over the edge of the tent canvas - looked horrible. Yes, the tents had several holes but they ignored half of them and the patches they did were irregular shaped, hung over, and poorly stitched. To add insult to injury, the cost was high and the service personnel was incredibly rude to my elderly mother and myself. We acknowledged his rudeness and his response was, "We'd appreciate it if you'd take your business elsewhere next time." No problem!

I thought it would lower high compared to other prices other prices but the service which among us which I'm on customer service the service was real exceptionally good so the problem was real exceptionally good so the problem was real exceptionally gonna get my work even though they're the little price of price I don't know what kind of work they do yet but they seem to do good work from what I can tell but I can tell but the customer service which I really write on was it exceptionally
