This Mavis location is the best. Big shoutout to Charlie and Madison for their kindness and care for my issue!I visited this location after dealing with a persistent low tire for over a week. It was inspected at another place and I was told it was repaired. But an important issue was missed which lead to the tire leaking air, yet again just 2 days later. Turns out I had a cracked rim that was causing the persistent leak, which was missed by the other shop. Thank you to Bryan, the technician, for quickly figuring out the issue!! And I appreciated the referral this team gave me to find someone to repair the rim.UPDATE: Went back a few days later as a walk-in to get my wheel removed and had the pleasure of meeting Ty, another technician at this shop, who took care of me and replaced my repaired wheel later that evening as well.I can not say enough great things about Ty. She is outstanding in customer service and did everything with a warm and welcoming smile. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She was extremely attentive and kind and deserves the acknowledgment for her genuine customer care and hard work!!

I work at LMC as a nurse and on Wednesday I had one of the most trying days of my career. When I finished my shift I went to my car in the parking garage and my front right tire was nearly completely flat. I drove straight to Mavis Tire two lights up and close to tears asked if they could please help me. Ty and Madison immediately came to my car and asked what they could do to help me. I started crying and explained to them how rough the day had been and this was just the icing on the awful cake. The immediately asked for my keys, told me to take a deep breath and to have no worries they would take care of me. The technicians Bryan, Brandon, T and Logan all worked at admirable speed to find the culprit of my flat tire. They found a HUGE screw in my right front tire. When they brought my my unfortunate souvenir they assured me they could patch it and I d be fixed up in a jiffy. When they finished, I literally hugged every single employee and thanked them tenfold for their fast help and kindness and explained to them they had helped in tremendously to turn my awful day around. If I could give this business and their exceptional staff 10,000 stars I would in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this facility for ALL of your automotive needs. I can say from personal experience there are still kind, good hearted souls in this world.

My experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes in West Columbia was amazing. I placed my appointment online which was very accommodating. Once I arrived, I was greeted by their star employee Ty. She was very nice and knowledgeable. She learned that customer service provided me with the wrong tire size and immediately went into action to resolve the issue. She apologized for any inconvenience and was able to locate my correct tires and proceed with my service. Ty was very friendly and helpful. This was my very visit and interaction with Mavis. As long as Ty is working there I will definitely be back.

What a great experience! I stopped in at Mavis Tire and Brakes Sunday morning to have a tire with a puncture repaired. I was greeted with exceptional smiles by Madison and Ty. I immediately felt welcomed. The showroom and checkout was brightly lit, clean and organized. I explained the problem and they both were eager to help. Madison met me outside at my vehicle with a very polite and friendly gentleman (mechanic). Straightforward, they identified the damage on my tire and told me they could fix me up quickly. I went back inside for the brief wait but not before looking into the garage and work area. The area was neat, clean, organized and the staff was friendly and engaging though busy. Mechanics were pleasant, professional and acknowledged me as they passed through the showroom while moving from task to task. Everyone was friendly, professional and shared a smile. The job was completed professionally and the price was right for the repair. I was impressed to the point that I asked for a quote for tires on my vehicle that would soon need replacing. Again the price was right. I ll be back after payday. The entire experience was impressive and they have earned my future business. This first impression was a winner. Good job Mavis employees. You represented the business exceptionally and your employers are fortunate to have you as an excellent staff.

I have been putting air in my tire all weekend and was told the tire couldn t be fixed but no one had the tire in stock. Mavis had the tire and was able to offer a same day appointment. Ty was extremely friendly and helpful and explained everything very well including the pricing. From here on out I will always schedule with them first! It s refreshing to see a worker go above and beyond to make sure a customer is happy and Ty did just that!

The young lady, Maddie, was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my situation and needs. I was there on a Sunday morning and highly recommend going then to get her assistance. The technician was also very attentive and accommodating. Can t say enough good things about this location and staff. I was also in an out in a very short time. And, the seating provided while waiting is not only modern and attractive but very comfortable!

The hospitality shown to me as soon as I walked in to the building was tremendous. I came in for a tire patching due to a nail in my tire for the third time in 3 months. The patching was very quick and efficient and the manager was very understanding and helpful. Very good experience! Definitely will be back when I need maintenance done to my car.

I can t recommend this location enough. I was in town, but leaving for home when one of my tires started losing air rapidly. I added air, but noticed a nail in the tire. I was in West Columbia at the time and called a local friend who suggested that I go to this Mavis location. They were efficient in checking out the problem and worked to get me on the road for a three hour trip home in a reasonable amount of time. I interacted with three people there and they were all extremely helpful. They resolved my problem to my satisfaction with consideration of my particular situation. They could have easily taken advantage of me, but instead they were considerate, friendly and helpful.

I came home to a flat tire after being out of town all week. I was able to fill it and make my way to Mavis tire. They got me in right away and had the tire examined and the hole patched in less than 30 minutes! Madison running the front was very sweet, knowledgeable, and polite to everyone who called or came in while I was there. They did a great job getting everyone taken care of on this busy holiday weekend. Thank you!

I came in to get my flat tire looked at and one of my tires that was recalled checked. They showed me and helped me understand what happened with my tires and worked patiently with me as we figured out pricing. They also noticed some poor work that was done by previous people. Madison was amazing and so kind snd Charlie was very helpful with helping me see and understand the problems.

Currently sitting at Mavis in West Columbia, Charlie is making right was started out bad from the call center. Long story short I was quoted the wrong size tire from their call center. I went to my appointment and was told the call center told me the wrong tires and that the continentals I originally wanted had to be ordered. I needed tires and left with tires I didn't originally want. I left with Michelin tires and wanted continentals, I have a hybrid and continentals had the best mpg. Needless to say after driving off in the Michelins, my mpg dropped drastically. I returned the next day and explained the situation. Charlie ordered the continentals I originally wanted in the right size and set an appointment for today to switch the tires. Charlie made everything right and has been an absolute joy to work with. He made me a promise to fix the problem and he did. This type of customer satisfaction is hard to come by these days.

Been coming here for years for regular maintenance. Charlie was awesome today, helped me figure out what I needed taken care of, checked in on me while I waited, and everything was done in just about an hour. Prices are always reasonable too! Thanks y all!

TJ is the best. He s always friendly and helpful even when he s the only person at a busy counter. I Pulled in with no appointment. Was taken care of right away. Tire changed quickly and they were open after all other tire shops had closed. Also let them change my oil. They help keep my old car on the road.

What an amazing team at this location and it continues with TJ and the team that he is putting together. With amazing Customer relations, price that are super competitive, and a team going the extra mile with experience to help you understand what s wrong with or how to correct an issue with your car or recommending someone that has worked on there person cars

I went to Marvis Tire & Brakes 4 times in the Charleston SC area telling them about the tires need to be balance because when I driving it down the road I feel a bouncing up and down like you dribbling a basketball. They tried to diagnose the problem but the problem got worst. I am traveling on Interstate-26 and 77. I had to find another Mavis Tire & Brakes 1609 Fairlane Drive West Columbia. I spoke to Ty and Brandon about the problems I having with the vehicle. They was very helpful and consistent getting the problem resolve to the best of their profession. Ty and Brandon was very kind, courteous, and have very good customer service. Keep up the good work; we need more good customers services like them in this society.

I have been coming to this Mavis for 3 years while working for Lexington Medical Center. They always get me right and don't have me wait long. Ty was a new face on my last visit and I must admit she made my visit pleasurable and fun. She explained what I needed and made jokes too lolThere is always a good staff here And I know I won't leave without a smile on my face. And without knowing that I have been taken care of.

Very good place here. Madison and Tye got me out of a jam very quickly. I was leaving a parking lot when I noticed a screw in the middle of one of my tires. I brought it to this Mavis location. Within 45 minutes, they had that tire dismounted, patched, remounted, balanced, and got me back on the road. Fastest tire repair I've ever gotten. Super cool employees too, I'll be back!

After an unpleasant experience at the Irmo location, i decided to give Mavis another try at a different location. I'm so glad I did. From the initial telephone call with Madison to service with Brian, everything was exceptional. The customer service they provided was more than i can ask for. Brian even went out of his way to replace a bulb for me.

Ty, Madison and their team made my day 10x better and a 100x safer. Had the problem fixed in less than an hour and I was on my way. Will definitely be using Mavis again!
