They guys are very friendly and the prices are fair. They were easy to find, and the service was fast. I trust that if you need a good spare tire or have a flat or need a tire put on a rim, come here. I will never go to get a tire from Walmart ever again as lobby as I am here. Oh yes, they have new tires as well. This is my new to go spot if I ever need a tire. And I have a nice full-size spare tire from then as well.

Worse plug ever .. . It was a pinhole and first attempt at a plug was butchered and they pulled it back out. Second plug they coated it with black goo and shoved something in now bigger hole. Taking it somewhere else ASAP bc I have no faith in this thing.

Always very helpful and will get your tires put on very fast. They have used and new tires. If they don't have it at one location, they will locate it. Their used tires are very good.

I called about getting a used tire and prices. He asked my tire size and after I gave it he said he didn't have that size availalbe and tried to talk me into a new tire. When I said no, suddenly he had the used tire size I needed. I don't do business with people who use shady tactics like this. If he will blatanly lie to me in this manner, what else will he lie to me about?

Zero stars...i went here before it was ok the first couple of times...but today they tried to sell me a tire with a nail in it for 50 dollars and sell me another tire for 60 dollars because the tread was better on it but yet told me at first all use tired 50 dollars smh i went to Walmart an paid 74 dollars after tax for a brand new tire!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE

Do not get tires or any work done here. Went in to get my tires rotated and balanced. After taking all 4 of my tires off and the weights on the rims off they tell me their balancing machine is broken. So they put my tires back on all unbalanced and send me on my way. Few hours later i notice my 2 of my hubs are missing and go back up there to ask where they are and they played dumb. My vehicle left in worse shape than it arrived at this tire shop. They owe me 2 toyota tundra hubs but will i ever see them...nope.....Do not make the same mistake i have.

The location in Lexington on Two Notch Rd is very shady. We purchased 4 new tires from this location. Approximately 1 month after purchase we noticed a slight wobble that progressively increased. The owner refuses to refund a partial refund even though a professional from a legitimate store showed me the separation of the treads and inner layers. Decided to spend money on better tires. Go to Discount Tire instead. They are more professional. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Went to the BBB and they do not have a good rating there also which shows the unprofessional actions of this so-called company.

**Update: I made the original review minutes after leaving Juan's. However, upon getting on the interstate the steering wheel shook uncontrollably. Hours later, we noticed that we were losing air from the tire to the point of almost being flat. Luckily, we were able to get the tire repaired at a tire store in Savannah. We were told the tire had a bad plug. I am giving Juan's two stars because of their availability, fast service, and friendly service.This place saved our vacation. We weren t able to avoid hitting a huge piece of metal on the interstate. Our corner panel was torn off along with a huge gash in our tire. They replaced our tire for a price that was more than reasonable. They were so quick that we made our lunch reservations. We left this place very thankful.

Overall I'll say I received fast and friendly service, and on a Sunday when I doubt I'd find decent help for a tire repair/patch job.I was pleasantly surprised they were open and able to help me out on a Sunday, they went right to work, and it was fast non-stop process, and they took extra steps for the repair that made me feel like instead of a standard tire patch I was getting the deluxe one. And I was happy because I paid extra for not average, not good, but great tires.Please remember you espa�ol.

Very quick and helpful. We blew a tire on the way to Florida and they had us back on the road within fifteen minutes of getting there. The prices were also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Juan's

They were the friendliest people and most helpful for fixing a flat tire. Drove up and explained my situation, they replaced my tire that had blown off the rim and was done in about fifteen minutes. If anyone else goes please remember they only take cash. It was the best place that I had my replaced thus far. Thank you fellows.

I called this place and asked if they speak English! The guy said something and hung up! How do you run a business in America and not speak the foreign language or at least have someone speak Inglesa! Unbelievable!
