This place is terrible. The one on Sunset Boulevard.They had my car for 4 months. Went many times to find out what was going on, only to be given excuses. Manager was let go took my car. Got my car back from police. Car is not even drivable. Spoke to corporate they sent the district manager Hector who said he would diagnose my car. Told me to call needless to say he does not respond. CISA LUBES SC, LLC NEEDS TO HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE HONEST AND TELL THE TRUTH!! Update: the owner of CISA LUBES SC, LLC has not responded to any of my emails that he told me to send. Apparently even the owner of this company does not keep his word either. Dishonest and unreliable company.

Excellent customer service reliable technicians reasonable prices I get my oil changed here regularly I just recently had my transmission fluid drained and added new fluids these guys are absolute professionals I would always recommend them

Jiffy Lube has a consumer rating of 2.13 stars from 31 reviews indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. ... Jiffy Lube ranks 105th among Auto Repair sites...Scumbags Who Will Damage your car and Lie about it.The Entrance & Exit to their 3rd Rate Shop has a 3-4 inch Drop-off That Damages Cars!!!They placed my Life in Danger, rather than be honest.This is an Out Of State Yankee Owner Providing aDis-service To Our Community!So, No Response From The Owner?..........

I've never taken my car to Jiffy Lube before today and I was simply blown away by the care and "custom" customer service today at the West Columbia location.I had a small child with me and it had just been a really long day, and they had me in and out and helped me with everything I asked for, were just so incredibly competent and personable. I always feel like I strike gold when I find a new place I really like.Thanks y'all, again!!!!!!!!Service: Oil change

if you have a company truck with Holman insurance these are located all over the United States and they all except this fleet maintenance.Always quick and your vehicle is running 8n top condition

Horrible service. Called yesterday and was told to bring my car in at 8am to have the brake pads replaced today. Showed up a little before 8. Waited until 8:30 and they still weren't open. However an employee was just chilling in their car smoking instead of opening up shop. I will definitely NEVER go back here. This place is a joke.

I'm here at 8:30 a.m. The neon sign on the door says open. The hours posted on the door say open 8-7 M-F (today is Thursday). Door is locked, lights are off. The guy at the car wash next door said they are waiting on the manager to show up with the keys. NOT OKAY!

My car broke down right in front of this jiffy lube location and Terrance and his teammates saved the day! They went the extra mile and went and picked up a battery from a different location to get me back on the road. I will be returning for all future services! Thank you!

The jiffy lube crew at sunset Blvd were quick with what I needed done, and were very pleasant overall. Will be going back each time I need another oil change!

We went for an oil change and Freddie tried to convince us to change the air filter. We declined and put our old filter back into the car. when we got home, the car started making a strange noise. My partner checked under the hood and they had carelessly dumped the debris and leaves from the hood onto the filter. Aside from this being kind of rude, this is a fire hazard and not safe. Would not go back.

We have a 2020 Kia. We needed the bulb replaced and went to the shop because we happened to be out that way. We were told "the bulb replacement has no charge, but we work on tips". So we get the bulb changed and drive back home. Not even 24 hours later the bulb goes out again and we take it to our local jiffy lube. We explained what happened and they said "you know this is a used bulb and what you were told is not true". Needless to say I would never trust this location and would not recommend getting scammed. There are good shops out there, this is not one of them, please be careful.

The previous manager is back. Great guy and service exceptional. I stopped by to have a leaky tire checked. They plugged the tire and I was on my way in less than thirty minutes. Great team of employees atHwy. 378 location.Service: TiresService: Tires

The main reason why this is the only place I have gone to for oil changes since moving to the Columbia area is because of the phenomenal customer service I receive every time I come here. As a young, single woman who is just starting out on her own and knows next to nothing about cars, it means a lot whenever a staff member seeks to make you feel comfortable being here and is intentional about keeping you informed as your car is being serviced. The last visit I had here was probably the best one yet. The customer service associate on-duty was very friendly and took the time to go over the details of the oil change that they would be doing. I felt comfortable enough around her to ask questions (something I haven't felt the confidence to do at other places), and if she couldn't answer them, then she would have one of the technicians come in and explain it to me. The oil changes and other maintenance I have gotten here have always bee superb. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the West Columbia area!Services: Tires, Battery, Oil change

So here's an update to my experience. I paid for a nail to be removed, and it wasn't. I was told I could go to any location and it would be made right. I bounced around to three other locations with the last flat out saying they wouldn't because it wasn't safe. So I call back to the original shop and the manager says it's been taken care of and they sent me a check. Three weeks go by, and no check. I call back up there and the guy has apparently moved to another location. The new manager told me he didn't have the authority to just cut checks like that. At this point I asked to speak with corporate, considering now I've not only paid for a service that wasn't completed, I'm now being lied to. I spoke to corporate and they never called me back either. Stay away from this company. Nothing but lying and incompetence. The immediate staff at this location was extremely polite and helpful in getting me the information I needed to come to this conclusion.

On Sunday morning 10am I brought my wife's car in for an oil change. The manager and assistant came back to tell me about a leak, and flushing my system. After hearing the problems I was perfectly fine with paying for the repairs. We decided to leave the car. After noticing it was 4:00pm and that the shop closes at 5pm I decided to call to check on my vehicle because it should've been done by now. I was told that they couldn't do the flush because they don't have a part (mind u they told me earlier that they have everything they need to do the service). They tried to talk us into leaving the vehicle but we decided to take it home. The manager then told us to come back in first thing in the morning 8 a.m. and that it won't take long to complete the service. We showed up at 8 a.m. meeting the manager, the manager then informs us that she's waiting for the technician to come in. The technician didn't come in for about 2 hours later and then immediately start on my car just sat around talking. We have now been here for 5 hours still waiting while being told they'll just take a couple minutes more. This whole experience is unacceptable, why does the manager who should know how to do everything have to wait for a technician to get started? Makes no sense to me. But I will never come back here!! A couple hour job turned into damn near 2 day job.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

With multiple customers ahead of me arriving to this location. The staff was still professional and hospitable during my visit. My service was completed in a satisfying timely manner. Also, it was very comforting wait areas inside of the facility, and outside of the front door, with seats under the tent. On my way home, I realized a discount coupon for next visit on the milage reminder. Which in my opinion confirmed, a gratitude review was certainly earned.

I go to this location with most of my vehicle needs. I've never had a bad experience. The staff are kind, courteous, knowledgable, timely, and take good care of the vehicles. They have reasonable prices and they are honest about other repairs that may be necessary but don't use pressure sales to do the work. They provide you with the information and let you make a decision. They have consistently kept my business for a long time and will continue to.

Quick and honest service for an oil change and general check. Their staff was pleasant and well intentioned. The only problem I found was when I checked the tire pressures after the service, I saw the pressures were way too high and inconsistent, which likely meant their air gauge was broken. I told them that. Otherwise everything was great.

I will never, ever go here again! I dropped my car off in the morning. The entire day went by and this place was about to close but I never received a call saying that my car was ready. I gave them a call and they said that my car wasn't ready, it hadn't been worked on, and they needed to keep my car overnight. I said absolutely not. They said I can bring it by in the morning to have the rest of the work finished. I missed work to come back in the morning. The workers were over a hour late and I spent the entire day here as well for something they told me would take 2.1 hours and be done in the morning. I don't know what is going on with this Jiffy Lube. I have never had a bad experience with Jiffy Lube until these experiences. I am never coming here again and I absolutely DO NOT recommend!Services: Brakes, Oil change

The prices are very high. Even before the pandemic. I prefer sunset location instead of platt springs location normally less of a hassel.. Husband and I have used them for all of our vehicles for years. Which is stupid you only get credit for that vehicle not the account in general and can't transfer points between accounts. We found a GREAT mechanic now that's responsible and the price is perfect so most likely he will be doing everything on our vehicles for now on.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

This location put the wrong size oil filter in my car, meaning that the low oil light came on in my car wayyy before my next oil change was due! I took my car to a different local shop and was very surprised when the mechanic pulled out the filter and compared it to what should have been put in! This place also told me my alternator belt was too worn down, but the dealership said it was fine when I called to bring it in and get a second opinion, and said not to worry, it's normal for cars like mine. It's been thousands of miles since and I haven't had an issue with the belt, so it seems they were just trying to sell me another $90 worth of stuff... Also, I had a nail in my tire, and they patched it in such a way that it caused way more trouble than a good patch (done correctly!) should have. Everything they did caused me more trouble down the line and undue stress than it should have. I wouldn't go to this location. I would recommend trying other locations first!

I went there with my 2015 ford focus to get an oil change , my brakes and rotors doneIf they dont have what you need there they will order it and install it the same day everything was great everybody was extremely helpful I was assisted by the manager which also was extremely helpful. that place will make you feel at home quick but none or less all the employees there will try there best in there will power to make sure you leave there shop 100% satisfiedServices: Brakes, Oil change
