I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment and when I walked in the customer service was awesome from the start. I didn t wait long at all, they were very prompt in handling my needs, I was able to converse with the employees as if we had already knew each other even though this was my first time at the.shop. The reason for my visit was that every other shop I had called tried to diagnose the problem over the phone without even looking at my car, but this shop when I called they told me to bring it in to diagnose the problem before he could determine the issue, it was just a blown fuse that was much cheaper than what the other shops was trying to charge me for a new amplifier. I will definitely tell all my friends about the shop for all of their radio needs. Excellent customer service.

I wanna give a huge shout out to Drew & Craig those guys are awesome! They have a customer for life they gave me more then what I expected and the customer service is out of this world. They are super passionate about what they do and I like that! They provide top notch quality while also giving you a quick turn around time! I can't be anymore excited for the subwoofer box they designed for me! THANKS AGAIN DREW AND CRAIG!!

Brought my truck here because I had no idea what to do when came to installing a sound system. These guys took great care of me and went above and beyond. Extremely happy with what they did. Customized center console to fit in my mini truck. Do not hesitate to do business with them

Drew installed an amp, subs, and a line output converter in my suv. He was very knowledgeable, was on time and things were installed correctly. Would recommend DTSM to anyone for your audio needs.

I tried to do it myself bad idea! DTSM not only cleaned up my mess but they did it at a great price and very fast considering I brought them a birds nest of wires. Next time there won t be a mess because I ll let the professionals handle it at DTSM

DTSM Audio was a great choice for a place to get car speakers replaced. Every time I called ahead of time, they were helpful and friendly. Drew did a great job replacing my son s car speakers. It was very reasonably priced and quick service. Highly recommend this business.

Service was good and done in a timely manner. They re also A LOT more price friendly than any other shops I called who were charging from 600-800. If you want your LED s (Under glows) installed I would highly recommend them.Wires are nice, neat, and hidden very well.

Drew is THAT GUY! My lights are soooo dope! Customer Service is beyond amazing! Craig always answers the phone when I ring! An outstanding company with reasonable prices and a great team! If your lights and audio weren t done by DTSM, why d you even get it done?!! Come see these guys! They won t disappoint!

I was struggling with a small powered amp, didnt know what to do, called them at 1pm Sunday, got told I can swing by 3pm. Got there and the issue was fixed in less than 5 minutes.They know their stuff, cant wait to go back with a big project.

These guys are awesome did amazing job on my system for my car sounds so good couldn't ask for anything better I would recommend this place most definitely you would not be disappointed I will be back that's for sure...

I wanted my system installed at the last minute. I googled system installations near me and this place popped up. I called to get information and ended up going to get system installed. I must say I m very impressed with the fast service I received and the quality of the work!

Best installation I have ever received. Took no time at all and was the cheapest in town by far. Coolest installer ever, down to earth type of guy..awesome waiting room for your convenience. By far my best audio installation ever..great job guys..keep doing what you do.

Great customer service, quick and affordable. I went in with what I suspected was a simple issue and Drew told me the error I made when trying to replace my radio within 5 minutes of servicing my car. Definitely recommend!

These guys are great went there to get my amp wired up and they took it a pond there self's to make that extra step and hook up my my subs to the amp and get it sounding good service 10/10 and also great guys to talk with.. come here for all your audio needs thanks guys for the work yall did great job

Thanks to DTSM Audio Drew & Craig got me right. Remove & installed 6 speakers in my 17 gmc Sierra (4 doors & dash). Will be bac soon to install a woofer. They are very informational highly recommend.

Excellent service and knows exactly what would sound the best in all my vehicles. I have had 4 setups done here and all of them have and still work flawlessly. Friends have gone and been given excellent service as well. Pricing is very fair and very friendly service.

Customer Service is top tier! Literally came off a 7hr drive from VA just for the weekend. Figured while I was here I should go ahead and get my speakers/amp installed. Called around and they were the only ones who were available to assist me in short notice. He said it ll take about 2hours, it felt like 30 mins. Craig and his team are exceptional! And the pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend!
