I have had a problem with the backup camera on my car (a Chevrolet). I have been to two dealerships, described the problem, and without even taking a look at the car, they said they could not help me.I found DES on the Internet and stopped in to ask if they even work on backup cameras.I was greeted by a gentleman (I am embarrassed to admit that I did not ask his name, but I assume he might be the owner) who immediately took a look at the camera. Within 10 minutes, my problem was solved, the backup camera was working properly, and I was on my way.These folks were the only ones who did something as basic as actually looking at the camera FIRST! They accommodated me without an appointment, and they solved my problem with a simple fix.I appreciate their help, and I recommend them without reservation.

I ve been driving without my radio for about 3 years, IKR?! Other shops would give an elaborate estimate on a repair quote, so I kept putting it off until I had the funds. I came across DES and decided to give them a try, because I couldn t do the silent car rides anymore lol. They fixed my problem within three minutes! I only needed a new fuse in my amp!

Came here due to the recommendation of a friend of mine, the dealer he works for uses them to install Katzkin interiors. I bought a 2021 F-150, and wanted the cloth XLT interior swapped to leather. They did an excellent job with the installation, clean work, and nothing was scratched on/in the vehicle during the process. I ve never used them for any other services, but if this work is any indication of their other services, I would definitely recommend.

DES is my go to spot for anything leather and stereo related. Jason and his guys are very prompt and friendly. Service is always done in a timely manner, and done with care. Just installed new Katzkin in our truck, the leather is so comfortable (better than traditional standard you buy in a vehicle). Worth the investment. Thank you DES for all your help through out the years.

This has nothing to do with their quality of work. But 100% on their customer service. I live 2 hours away and had an appointment scheduled. I called two days prior to verify the appointment and that my interior was at the location. I gave my name and was assured twice that my kit was there. I drove 2 hours on my appointment day to find out that my kit was not there. No one seemed very eager to help me resolve the issue is my biggest problem. No one was even apologetic and took responsibility. I was basically told oh well we can reschedule once it arrives. So I took off work for a four hour round trip and didn t even get my interior installed.

Hands down the most consistent place to have leather and audio upgrades and repairs performed. Jason and the entire team knock it out of the park EVERY SINGLE TIME! 5*****, everytime!

I just moved from NJ to SC ... I had a shop in NJ install 1 amp and 2 subs in my brand new Audi and everything was great but then my amp stopped working ... NJ place told me come back to NJ and they will fix it for free ..lol... long story short .. I went here DES ..Jason helped me out fixed the problem great service great prices definitely will be sending more people to this shop thanks Jason
