They claim to fix problems when literally the next day oil drips out of my car all over the place. They up charge everything. They say everything is fine with my car but it looks like my car just took a shower. My oil I know is fine but they will not look at it and fix it. Women, do not go alone - have someone go with you if you want real answers.

So I just brought a RAM 1500 from Unicar (very good truck) and there was a transmission situation. Called the dealership and they told me that Automotive Experts will take care of me. Listen.. the very next day I had a guy named Michael come pick up the truck as planned. They were communicating with me with prompt responses. I never had to wonder what, who, how, why, etc!! They were on point! Awesome experience. I live an hour away and now I d rather take that hour drive to give them my business!Very satisfied customer, Black Ram 1500

I was so happy with the service given to my mustang bullitt. There was an issue with my cars computer, that another shop could not fix. Automotive Experts are truly experts as they remedied the issue with no problem. Thank you so very much!!!

My wife had a bad alternator and I called them and they got me in the same morning. We spoke to Johnathan and he had my wife's van inspected w estimate and fixed all within a few hours. Great service and reasonable price. Will definitely use again

Brought my car in with check engine light. The team checked my car, quick diagnostic, and I was able to pick up my car the same day! They kept me informed along the way, and did an excellent job!!!

Wayne and his team are fantastic. They don t try and just sell you parts but really help you focus on the immediate daily driver needs AND your budget!Highly recommend for both general maintenance and major repairs.They stand behind their work like true professionals.Have used them for both personal and business for years now.

WOW!! This place is the best. Called them on Friday morning. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and friendly. I told him about my issue. He said bring it on in we'll take a look. No appointment necessary.An hour later I got a call back. Told me their diagnosis and repair suggestions.By 3 o'clock I was back on the road.Now thats service.Thank you automotive experts!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Best customer service Ever!!!!Excellent Mechanics, waiting room inside so comfortable! I ve never in my 72 years ever been to a automotive shop so inviting! Jamie and the team at Automotive Experts went above & beyond. Called and dropped my car off Monday and they had it ready to go the next day! Jamie was so helpful dealing with warranty information! I was visiting from out of town for the holidays and needed some work done to my struts. Automotive Experts was recommended to me by family. Jamie took care of me from start to finish and he was amazing. He was responsive, answered my many questions, and explained things throughly. They even saved me a lot of money and quoted me over $1200 less than the dealership! I will definitely return if I m ever in the area and need services.

Best service! I called asking about our truck making weird noises and they said come on in. Came in they took care of us with 45 minutes which I was surprised because they were very busy. Jamie took care of our truck and fixed the noise and he noticed the tire light was on and even took care of that without me asking. We just moved up here and I know we have found our automotive shop for any and everything. Thank you for such amazing service!

Jamie was phenomenal. He knew spot on what was happening. He took care of the problem not only did he take care of the problem but he was able to help me with a warranty that we would ve never known about and get my motor replaced. I think that he deserves, a 50% raise. Thumbs up to Jamie I would value that employee the customer service was excellent.

The best automotive ever! These guys are courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, timely and just overall experts in their field. Jaime, Dillion, the mechanics and just the whole team are all A+! They find ways to save you money by giving you options. They also stand by their work and the workmanship is superb. I only take my vehicles to them!

I am the fleet coordinator for a local service company. We are hamstrung if just one service vehicle goes down. Automotive Experts has proven to be a great partner. Their communication and professionalism are second to none. I asked for a complete list of suggested maintenance items to keep our vehicles running and they provided an exhaustive list of all issues, then allowed me to prioritize as budget and time allowed. Great work, great people!

I'm really skeptical about all the 5 star reviews. Something is not right about this place. They fix it and something else is wrong. Don't bring your car to this place. My gut and my soul says they cheat people and aren't honest. Sorry I've dealt with these people and didn't fix my car and charged me for nothing; went to another place, fixed my brake and said my car was good for NO CHARGE! Seriously. Find someone else FR please don't be dumb and think that they're fair...please find a different place.

My family and I have been using Automotive Experts for over 10 years to do both maintenance and emergency repairs on our cars. I would not use any other auto repair services. They have always been spot on with diagnosing the problems and repaired them for a fair price. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. So glad I found them. I would highly recommend.

I could not be more pleased. After taking my car to the dealership and being quoted over $2500 for my electronic power steering, I was recommended to Automotive Experts. I spoke with Wayne the owner and he quoted me $2000 less than what the dealership was going to charge me. $675 and out the door compared to what the dealership was charging of $2600+. They took me and dropped me off at work and picked me back up when I got off from work. This place is the king of customer service and I am so thankful I found them. Wayne and Crew, thank you again so so much!!Updating 12/16/23: went in for an oil change. They got me in right away. I was in and out in 20 min. Thanks again for exceptional service. Oh and the guy with the curly hair who checked me in is so pleasant to work with he has phenomenal customer service skills.

Absolutely recommend this mechanic!! They worked so well with me and gave me an amazing deal. Usually I feel intimidated getting my car fixed as a young women, but Wayne Brown is very honest and super helpful

Had a major breakdown 5 hours from home (West Columbia) at 4:45pm.These guys PICKED UP THE PHONE (a shocker after 3pm anywhere else in SC) and gave me a NO HASSLE quote. Then, after they got my vehicle they fixed it right away, and for a price so much lower then they quoted. I am really freaking impressed...Thanks to all the great folks that work there. My vehicle is a 2012 E350 cargo van and Jonathan was my service writer.All the guys were great though! I will be back, hopefully not too soon

Automotive experts is a fantastic place for repairs and service - good pricing, great customer service, and a team willing to investigate tough issues. We have brought them different cars with different issues. They always investigate, fix the issue, and keep us updated. I trust them. I know they want us to receive great care at fair prices. These folks are honest and quick!! Just had a motor put in my Hundai and these guys did an amazing job. Kept me updated throughout the process and were very professional. I will recommend these folks to all my friends and family that are in need of a good, honest mechanic shop.
