I won't be back they had what I needed but charging higher prices than what is posted. Check the prices when they ring you up because it does not match the price where it is hanging. The fact that it was higher than I originally thought ($7.49) was not the problem, it was that when she actually found the tag she did not correct it to that price ($8.99). Where I found the product was actually hanging in the wrong spot She moved them to where they should be but still did not charge me the price that the tag said. She still tried to tell me that the price I was looking at originally belong to a whole another product but clearly says "JB Weld". And even though a few cents more that wasn't the reason I won't be back but Stephanie (according to receipt) showed no concern or even cared.

Needed a part yesterday. Even though the store didn't have the part in stock the associate found a nearby store that did and even called to confirm the part was there. I proceeded to the other store and bought the part and even borrowed a Phillips head screwdriver to install it. Excellent service at both locations. Thank you

The lady named jay that works up front is so rude. She told the customer she was helping in front of a good size line she wasn t doing any outside work and they are lucky she even came. Please allow your employee a vacation day so we don t have to deal with her attitude.

Great staff in person but don t bother trying to call them. I ve been trying to call the past two days and keep getting placed on hold indefinitely. I just want to find out if they still have an engine air filter that I ordered last week. It was supposed to be delivered to the store last Friday. I checked back that afternoon around 1:30pm but they said it ll come around 5:30pm. I am hoping I don t have to prove that I didn t pick it up already. My receipt looks like a normal receipt.

Just called about coolant and a quick question and got hung up on by a girl in training...totally rude ..called back 5 times and got hung up on each time just put me on the phone with someone who can answer the question or just let me know ur short staffed and u can have someone call me back....STAFF need better training will report this to the GM

I do not remember the name of the woman who helped me and I wish I did! I pulled up with a fuse issue and she helped me get to the relay panel and test the proper areas. Great service

They didn't have what I was looking for, but an employee found another store, which was not an Advance Auto, that did have it. I was impressed.

Stopped in this store for the 1st time to get wiper blades for fleet vehicles, was greeted immediately and given great customer service by Kendrick. Saw the other gentleman taking care of his customers as well. Will definitely be back and will recommend this location to others.

The employee, judging by his attitude was either having a bad day, or he was about to get off work soon. Snatched the item up, scanned it, and told me the price before I could say hello. In the same motion, he handed me the receipt while starting to walk off. Take the extra 5 minutes and find a different auto parts store.

This store is the standard of service. The manager is outstanding he's been in the store for years, I want to say his name is Calvin. He's always nice and knows his stuff. The other manager Tony , I think he's a corporate guy of some kind but he's always there I think he works seven days a week. he's the guy to go to when you don't know what your looking for..

Found the staff to be very rude at this location and they all acted like they did not want to be there. I purchased windshield wipers and asked them to put them on (advanced always has) they told me no they can t do it. One gentleman wouldn t do it because apparently he messed someone s car up and they took it out his paycheck so he refuses to do it anymore. The lady that checked me out refused to do it because it was raining outside (barely drizzling) and she didn t want to get wet. I was shocked to see employees act like that who work for an auto parts store horrible customer service

The customer service was excellent or so I thought. I was in desperate need of a engine hoist and they happened to just have one. As no one else in town seemed to. And for that I was thankful. But I was a little upset when I got it home 2 hrs away only to find that some of the pieces didn t line up. Must be parts from two different size engine hoist I guess. But I have it and I really need it so I ll just have to bolt together what I can and maybe weld the rest!

I ve never had an employee help me as much as Vicki did. She was the funniest and most kind worker. She helped me buy a new battery and she even walked me through putting it back on. I will be buying every car piece I need from her from now on. That woman needs a raise. And her nails/contacts were poppin! Ask for Vicki

Customer service was okay however was given wrong piece for my car after calling and being informed it was the part I needed I ordered it online. I had to go back to return it which it took the full 10 business days for me to be refund my $138 and I still had to pay in full for the correct part that I needed which was $300....;in which I feel was not right considering it wasn't my fault that that was the part coming up in their system as the correct part...

Needed windshield wipers in a hurry! They helped me right away and replace them for me on the spot! Clerk replace them immediately and I was good to go in about 5 minutes! Great job guys!

Great service! Took out old battery and put in a new one. Only problem is the warranty on battery now costs extra and only for two years. Not good when you buy a five year warranted battery.

There's a guy who goes by KB who really understands customer service and the importance of customer relations. More importantly he understands what it means to be a good person. He is definitely management material in my eyes!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and hello. The assistant although from another store was kind enough to help me find just what I was looking for, even offered different suggestions. Thanks guys for a pleasurable visit.

Called 3 times for a question about a limited lifetime replacement warranty. I was put on hold each time. Asked to speak to the manager was denied. Staff went on to be rude and started suggesting what I did wrong to void the warranty. Argued that I did not buy the part there because I was not in their computer. I have a receipt with the store number. They never even offered to look at the part if I brought it in. Most likely wont be coming back due to the disrespect and lack of customer service.

Both gentlemen were helpful! James however went a above and beyond by educating me about proper oil levels to maintain for my car, along with assisting me while I put the oil in my car. Thank you so much!!!!
