I'm so disappointed in this O'Reilly's I shop with Walmart in O'Reilly's when I'm on the road because I'm a transporter my trailer broke down I'm sitting here looking at the parts on the shelf and this store is closed 12 minutes early when I arrive at 8:48 they're closed you guys are not supposed to close to 9:00 p.m.

Had the best experience here this store is in a prime location and it always seems to be stocked with product. I went in to get a light bulb for my car and I was under the impression that i would be spending around 30 for a low beam headlight bc the website stated the price was around 30 but when I got in the store it was actually cheaper. The service was stellar both coworkers took time from what they were doing to help me out and I appreciate that. Super friendly people and it just makes everything better when people are nice, happy, and actually enjoy their job. I would shop here again even if the price for the same product next door was several dollars cheaper just based on the service.

9-9-2022 I asked a young man behind the counter to check my battery, immediately he rolled his eyes. While checking my battery he stated I don't know if you got it here or not either way we don't install them. I said fine I'll go next door to Advance. I purchased a battery and they installed it excellent service. It never pays to be rude to customers. o'reilly you lost a customer.

We visited this location tonight for a few items. The gentleman that waited on us was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was also extremely patient and informative! Thank you, Caleb for being so great and helping our family get everything squared away for our cars!

I needed an odd size socket but wasn't 100% sure of the size nothing on their computer showed the size for the part so the young man looked something up on his phone and confirmed that was what I needed to fix my part and they happen to have one. He went above and beyond to help me. Love that place.

ABSOLUTELY Not 1st Come First Service here....I was the Only customer in there .. woman walks in man goes to her leaves me standing IN LINE waiting... WILL NEVER RETURN... DO NOT RECOMMEND... Please see my other ratings at other O'Reilly's...

The service person named Dylan was extremely helpful he lead me to try some things on a electrical problem ive been having for months and it was the relay he sold me ! He was professional and helpful I will be buying all my parts and fluids from this store !

Late night car repair. They had what I needed. No wait, but they need to write down their item #. He had to check the # 4 times before he found it. Price was less than expected.

Certainly the worst experience I've ever had with an auto store. Parts were ordered online on a Wednesday for in store pickup. On Friday, after no status update, the store was called and stated they needed to order the parts. That had previously been ordered two days prior. After no further word Saturday afternoon, the store was called and did indeed have the parts but had not taken the time to update the online status to provide notification. Harassing the store should not have to happen to ensure the parts arrive and are available. Just visit Advanced Auto next door and save some money and time.

Good place to do business early morning afternoons half of them don't even know what they're doing go early morning see Rick Glenn and a few other ones in the mornings and you'll get your white parts damn good place to business
