Ricky and his dad and brother run a great shop! Our car broke down, driving through the area. Ricky had our car back on the road within 24 hours! Honest people, great service and very reasonable price!

My Mother sent her car here, a Honda Accord, it ran worse when we picked it up than it did when we sent it to them. He charged her over $400.00 to do the work. When he found out that she was going to get rid of it he offered her only $250.00 for it. I do not recommend these people to anyone. BEWARE!!!

I brought my car here on a Wednesday after it broke down and this was the closest place, I waited 6 days with no phone call. So, the next Tuesday I called for an update and they told me that my car was too "filthy" for them to work on. 6 days with no phone call with this information and my car was not even that dirty. I didn't plan on it breaking down and I am full time employee, student and parent so sorry my car is not spotless! After learning this information I decided they did not deserve any of money and had to pay another automotive service to tow my car to their place. I called Gray's and asked for a supervisor and gave them a chance to make it right before leaving a review here and by word of mouth, they said they didn't feel the need to do anything.

Took my car here, $400 later, car quits on me again, took it back, says oh it's another problem under what we just fixed, was going to charge another $400, Nope I took it somewhere else

My truck had not been running right, took it to them they tried to figure it out but couldn't. Rick suggested I take it to another shop and they figured it out. Rick didn't charge me anything for his time, he just asked me to let him know what the other shop found.Very pleased with their honesty. Very kind and helpful. I was about 2hours into a 4 hour trip, from out of town and car started making strange noises. Found Grays online. They immediately helped me, fixed my car (loose front air flap) and didn't charge me to screw it back on! Wonderful quick service and gift me back on the road fast

Very efficient service. Great mechanics and fair and reasonable prices. Owner is reasonable and fair. I had my car towed but didnt have the money for it right away. The owner and his son was nice and allowed me to get my possessions. And then reduced the price so that I could feed my children.

Very fair and reasonable priced. Ricky was very friendly and understanding when explaining my vehicle problem. Delivered when they said they would. Very convenient location off Hwy 29. They even have a wrecker service if needed. I would definately use them again when needed. Clean customer waiting room.

What a great family owned business. Good and fast service. Called three different Ford dealerships and not one of them could or would get us in for hours. We are traveling from Florida to Cincinnati and would probably sit at the dealership and drink free coffee until they got us in. At Grays, we called from the highway and they told us to come right in . They fixed the leak for $20.00 ! Yes that's what I said twenty dollars. Fast, reliable, and reasonable service. Thank you so much !

Do not use this shop. I took my car there for a basic coolant leak. They said I had a hole in the radiator and changed it out. That took a week and a half. They gave my car back to me with it still having a coolant leak. Took it back and they kept it another week to fix a leaky hose. Didn't even call me to tell me it was ready when finished. So, I was struggling to find rides back and forth to work. After getting the car back a final time, now I have a pretty bad oil leak that I didn't have before. I guess they caused it during the replacement of my radiator. Had my car two weeks and I came out with $400 less and a new oil leak. Please never use this shop!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This shop has a man that is in the office part that when you call about your vehicle progress he don't know anything. I paid them to fix my car but they said that the part that they bought and put on my vehicle was damaged. I paid them in cash. Now when I took it back for them to correct it took over a week to get my car back eventhough the first repair job was done in a day. I am a firm believer that if I make a mistake that I fix my mistakes instantly, especially if I have been paid in full for the job. I was extremely disappointed with this repair shop after I was highly referred to it.

Gray's Auto was very thorough in explaining everything that would need to be done before work started. After work was finished they explained all the work again and made sure I was not only satisfied but had an understanding of why the work was completed in the fashion it was done. Very reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with!

My truck was there for a while (not because of them) and then when I gave them the ok to start the repairs I was told for almost two months we'll start on it next week. Then I was told that I need to bring a deposit because it had been there so long in which I did and they still didn't start the work. Finally it took my brother going to them about it and I got a call that it was ready for pickup and it wasn't what they initially thought it was. We picked it up and don't make it 5 miles down the road and it cuts off....I had it towed to my home. I honestly think they just got it working enough to crank just to be rid of me.I couldn't get any results when I would contact them by phone and personal visits, just the run around I felt like they did not want to deal with a woman, which is entirely wrong.

Great place. Fair and honest. They are always slammed, but good mechanics usually are. If you need something in an emergency, talk to them. They will go above and beyond. I know a lot of people who go here and nobody has eve had anything bad to say and have always liked the price and result. I won't go anywhere else if I can help it.

Scammer. Clueless about cars. There is no way these reviews are accurate. He had my car over a MONTH. Eventually took it elsewhere. He messed up my car more than when I took it there. Didnt even try to resolve the issue. Put new part on n screwed that up. I'm so livid. The day I hot it towed there he said he would call me the next morning..I heard Nothing. Didn't hear for a week so I called n he wouldn't answer my questions n was actually annoyed that I was asking about MY car. I could go on and on but Long story short this guy is a scammer, doesn't know what he is doing, so sad.

My truck was basically stollen. Was supposed to be at the machanic and was drove near here. Welford police got it towed. Cost me almost 500 to get it out. And the gas was gone out of it completely. Rude and didnt consider my situation. But atleast it was locked in the back.

As I inspected my wife's car, late in the evening before she went on a cross country trip, I realized that the fan motor had died. There were no parts shops open and she was leaving early in the morning. Since I do all or our auto maintenance we were not familiar with a shop in the area. The next morning she called Gray's. They told her to come in immediately. They took her car right in and got her on the road in just over an hour. They also pointed out a problem that I had not noticed and were extremely reasonable on the price! Thanks for your help!!!

Dropped my vehicle of for a oil leak, after waiting a couple weeks i called multiple times, they said they will get right to it, if course never did, after waiting a full month I went an got my keys an left, owner didn't try to apologize or reschedule, "did they ever get to it" he said. I said no, an he just handed my keys, I guess they don't like having return customers that pay?, Won't be going there again.

Great place to go and get serviced. Came in on a Friday without even calling, on our way to Atlanta, and we were able to get service in an hour and it did not cost as much as the initial estimated price. Highly recommend!

By far the worst towing experience in my 31 years on earth, DO NOT USE. I was extremely specific about my location and where we were going. Was told 30 to 35 bucks over the phone. He pulls up then jacks it up to 55 on a whim. Use Toms Wrecker Service instead. The owner of Grays is a real jerk. When I called to just explain why I felt I was wronged, they just hung up on me two times. Go anywhere else, but be warned about this place.

Great experience first time second was horrid. They supposed to get vehicle back to me in 3days. Kept it 5days cost me my job and charged me before they explained that they had not even fixed it

Not friendly. He tried to overcharge by a few hundred dollars, and it wasn't even the correct part to replace. When asked why so much, he said they were going to do extra "services" that wasn't even asked for or explained in the quote. He completely ignored us as we picked up our keys to go somewhere else.

They broke something else when they were working on our vehicle. this is not the first time. my grandfather has had issues with them in the past also. do not recommend.
