I damaged my tailgate on a 2024 Grand highlander by accidentally driving out of the garage with tailgate up. It was ugly! Andy and his team replaced it and it looks like new. Beautiful work. Cost was very reasonable in line with my USAA estimate. Entire process handled efficiently, location is easy to access. Highly recommended.

Kris Heath and his team at The Body Shop were excellent! They repaired the front end of my car after a significant deer encounter. My car looks brand new and Kris updated me throughout the process, so I knew just what the status was with my car. Very impressive and professional from start to finish!

These guys did an amazing job with my 22 Mustang! They color matched and attached the spoiler and had the stripes put on. I was running what was supposed to be a quick errand for work and caught a flat and saw their sign just up the way, so pulled in, honestly expecting to just wait until roadside assistance could come. Without hesitation they took my car around and changed the tire and had me back on the road within 20 minutes. Saved my day! I'd never had a flat before, and was in a work vehicle, so was already flustered beyond belief.Thanks so much for the friendly service! I live in the Augusta area, but keeping this shop in mind for any future service needs :)

Several people highly recommended Kris Heath and The Body Shop to repair damage to my new vehicle. When I arrived, the owner, Kris Heath, looked at the damage and worked on it with his buffer. By the time he was finished, I could hardly see any damage. Then, he refused to take any payment. It is refreshing to see that kind of honesty and character even when it cost him a job. My family and I will be taking all our body work to Kris and his team.

First of all, they came very highly recommended to me by two separate and reliable sources.My daughter had her very first fender, bender, and her relatively new little car.Chris and Andy were absolutely amazing! They were able to get us in quickly. They kept us informed every step of the way as to what was going on. The car looks like brand new!!!Don t go any place else, these guys are the absolute best

I brought my deer damaged truck to The Body Shop for an estimate based on a recommendation. Any nervousness I had about using a shop that wasn t affiliated with my insurance company was immediately eased by talking with Andy and Kris. They provided great customer service and did everything they could (and then some) to ensure I was happy with the finished product. I would highly encourage anyone to check out The Body Shop before committing to another shop that doesn t appreciate your business.

10/10 would recommend. Chris kept us updated consistently. As well as communicating with us, communicated with our insurance and made the process super easy. They worked hard to get our van back to us as soon as possible, and were very efficient in that especially considering my wife is due for a baby any day so it was short notice. Andy and his crew did an excellent job repairing my truck. I am a very picky person when it comes to my vehicles and they exceeded my expectations! Very easy to work with and very personable. I will definitely use them again if ever needed.

I just had a phenomenal experience with the body shop. They got my car fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price. Everyone here is friendly and they don t take longer than they say they actually got my car done more quickly than they originally said. I highly recommend!

I took my 2000 black corvette in to be looked at for some minor scratches. The guy, Andy, blew me away with his patience and knowledge. This is what customer service is about. They will get all of my business. It cost a little more than a high quality detail but well worth it. Andy gave me a ride home and then picked me up when the car was ready. Reception was just as good. Any of the bad reviews on here have to be from the competitors. This place is awesome.

I would like to say best shop around stop searching this is the place to go Andy and his guys are the best they do phenomenal work I didn t even have to deal with the insurance they did everything the night I dropped the truck off they are working on the truck next morning had it back to me within a week I drive a 2016 Chevy Silverado Z71 LT the Truck looks as good as It did off the showroom floor from the dealership if you want quality work bring it to Andy and his guys I will always take my stuff back to him only no other body shop !!!!!! Rate 10/10

For the first time ever wrecking my car and having no idea what I was doing, Chris in the office went above and beyond. He kept constant contact with me, sent pictures, helped set up my rental car and all the in between. My car looks brand new. 10/10 recommend. Stop searching... you ve found the place to take hour vehicle. Andy and the staff are phenomenal. Professional. Courteous. Hard working family owned business. They helped us out in a bind and handled everything including dealing with insurance from start to finish. Would highly recommend and will never take our business elsewhere.

Now I would highly recommend this paint and body shop to any and everyone. I was very impressed with the work and the outstanding customer service. The work is the best that I ve ever seen and I will definitely use this establishment for all of my future work. My truck is black in color and I m a very picky person when it comes to getting what I want. However the paint job is flawless for it being black and hearing other body shops saying that the black is very difficult to paint. Andy and his crew went above and beyond to take care of my sick Cadillac Escalade. Thanks for the great work and I will be paying you a visit to do a little spraying for me...

Someone hit my car and I had a small dent in my rear bumper. The guys at The Body Shop were so nice and had the parts ordered and the car fixed in just a couple of days. I'm so happy that my car looks as good as new and they were super quick!

Hands down a great place for body work for your vehicle. Andy and staff really listened to my concerns and got me back on the road safe and sound. The only place I will ever take my vehicle. You won't be disappointed this place does amazing work. So happy i met a great group of friends by accident!

The Body Shop is the way to go! Not only have I heard great things from many others about this business, but I first hand experienced their knowledge, generosity, and kindness this week. While coming down the highway we realized our car was overheating, and immediately pulled over. We just happened to be passing The Body Shop, and stumbled in like danzles in distress with absolutely 0 knowledge on vehicles. Andy stopped everything he was doing to help us, and had us back on the road in less than 20 minutes. He was so sweet, and really made us feel like VIP customers. Highly recommend!

The only place in Aiken my husband will take his car for repair. As a former body shop worker himself, he can be picky. Fair, fast and quality work. The Body Shop has not disappointed him.
