Incredible service every time I visit! Somebody hit my trailer yesterday and after the accident I went straight to Ronnie s. They had me back on the road in less than three hours and the trailer looks like new. Thanks again for the great service!

I have been doing business with Ronnie and Stella Lazar, and Curtis since 2002. Never had an issue with their service. Hands down best company/ supplier/service I have worked with in my landscaping company. Bought 4 enclosed trailer 1 open trailer and a golf cart which they service all of them. Thank you all for your help with the success of my business!!

I received an appointment and services were on time. The service I asked for was completed. The pricing seemed reasonable. The customer service was very unprofessional. The individual who completed the job complained that not enough people were working, talked down to my sister who took the truck to be serviced, and could not give an opinion regarding a replacement part. There was no thank you on the worker's part when the job was paid for. I hope this is just an anomaly and this is individual just had a "bad day". Regardless, professionalism and customer service are severely lacking. I will not be patronizing this business again.

Spent a day looking for a part they had on hand with a simple call they handled the situation like we were family hard to find staff like that in today's society

Took our covered wagon into Ronnie's this morning to get the lights fixed. They had us in and out of there in about 45 min. Reasonable rates, friendly quick service. They really know their stuff. If you need any work done on a trailer this is the place to go. This will be where we come for any future trailer service needs.

Ronnie was very helpful as I am a new RV camper own. I had electric brakes installed on my truck. He went over all that I needed to know to make the breaks work properly.

Came in on Monday to install a hitch and wiring, gave deposit, parts came in the next day, dropped off my car that night, and work was completed the next day. No surprise upcharges, just clean, professional service. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough positive things about Ronnie's Hitches and Trailers. I was on a long road trip from Florida to Rhode Island when I had some issues with the 1966 Ford F-100 I was driving and the 24" trailer that I was towing. Even though they were very busy, the General Manger Curt and his mechanic Rodney took the time to help get everything working and get me back on the road all at a reasonable price. Thanks again Curt and Rodney!!

The first thing I would say about this place is that they need to change the website if they're not going to be open on Saturday don't advertise as being open on Saturday as far as getting a hitch put on or buying a trailer this is one of the better places to go their staff is not only reasonable and knowledgeable if they don't have the right hitch they will get it for you and install it

My neighbor tried to install my electric trailer brake box. He fried everything! Took it to another friend. He couldn't fix it. Took it to Ford, they fixed everything but would not wire in the brake box. Then I realized I didn't even have trailer lights anymore! Brought it to Ronnies and the very next day they had everything right and were extremely reasonable! I am so thankful.

I tow my Ford C-Max behind a Class A motor home. The adapter plate that is bolted to the car frame came loose on our last trip. I took the car to Ronnie's and they did a fantastic repair while I was on the road. Curtis coordinated getting some body frame parts and some cables the previous person failed to install. The adapter was not originally installed by Ronnie's. Curtis did a great and timely job.

Ronnie's is the only place to get a hitch installed, they all are very kind and polite, reasonable you want it done right the first time get Ronnies. They sell golf carts, trailers, Thanks yall.
