What an amazing experience!!! The entire process was so smooth. Alex definitely put us with the right salesman. Aaron was an amazing salesman and got us in the perfect van for our family. Thank you Aaron and The Honda Cars of Aiken Family!!! Everyone was so pleasant and Friendly, the entire atmosphere felt like home and the customer service is top tier.Thank you again for our new 2024 Honda Odyssey Sport!!!!

I am happy that I choose to work with Honda again. I leased a car in 2021 and it was time to turn it in. I worked with Kaitlyn and was able to get the deal I needed to stay in my budget. I was honest with my needs and they were able to work with me. It was an easy transaction and I was out within a few hours. Thank you to everyone at Honda.

Arvin was excellent! He listened to me and didn t give me the run around. They made good on their promise to remove some yellow striping paint that was on the trim of the vehicle I purchased as well. I am very pleased with my experience at this dealership. Even Joseph in finance was great and personable.

This was Arvin s second time helping me purchase a car and I greatly appreciate him. He is very nice and patient. He always has a smile on his face and tries to help anyway that he can. I also appreciate his follow up, it shows that he really does care. Great job Arvin.

My husband and I have been Honda Cars of Aiken customers for almost 3 years now. We love the service here! Everyone from sales to service is polite and helpful. Our sales representative, Arvin, gives us excellent personalized service everytime! If you are planning on buying or even if you are just looking around, it's best to look for this guy. He is knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to make sure you get the best deal. Absolutely topnotch!

Tanzy was so helpful, helping us buy our first new car as a married couple. She's sweet, knowledgeable, funny, if she doesn't know something she is honest and tells you. She is also Not Pushy like alot of car salespeople. Go to Honda cars ofAiken, we had a great experience.

Chisom was our sales person today. He was very helpful and thorough. He wasn t pushy or aggressive when we arrived. He asked if we needed helped and answered our questions and then gave us space to talk and look and I appreciate that part. He did a great job!

Geri was my sales associate and she was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. If there were any questions that she did not know the answer to or the information she was able to get it quickly. She was extremely patient with me especially while setting up all the features on my CRV. Very pleasant to work with and professional and very personable.Geri made my car purchasing experience extremely pleasurable!!!!The finance director, John was also extremely helpful with the extended warranties & road hazard. I paid cash for all.My only disappointment is that the manager did not introduce himself or thank me for my business or congratulate me on my purchase. Maybe it is Old School practice for management to introduce themselves but I feel it is a nice touch and good public relations for leadership to show that they appreciate their customers; also having leadership meeting customers and managing up their products & emploees shows pride in their dealership!I do know for sure that he was in his office when I ordered my car!!!! I think he was there the day I purchased the car as well, so he had ample time to take 5 minutes away from his chair! I hope the management and leadership realizes that they would not have success if it wasn t for their excellent employees taking such good care of the customers!I could not rate any lower because the employees do not have any control over managements actions.

5 stars for Honda Cars of Aiken. We had the best experience when purchasing our new Honda Pilot. The entire process was easy, stressfree, and we left the same day with a new car. To top it all off, we feel we got a great deal. Everyone was wonderful, from saleswoman Tanzy Moore who was an absolute delight to work with. She s got it going on. She s friendly, patient, kind and so knowledgeable about the features that the cars have to offer.The finance manager Joseph was a pleasure to work with and had a great sense of humor. He was patient with our two young children, which we appreciated. Sales manager Deshon was there to make sure everything was going well. The dealership is clean, had lots of snacks to offer our young growing children, and even a play room, which saved our sanity. My husband commented that this was the best car buying experience he s ever had. I can t recommend this car dealership enough.

My wife and I drove from Virginia to Aiken Honda in January because we had been searching for an Acura MDX with low miles for close to a year. They had a 2023 with low miles and it was the same trim we had test driven here in Virginia. We worked with Arvin by phone and text the week that we were planning to drive down. When we arrived at the dealership, Arvin had the vehicle ready and he went with us while we drove the car and answered the many questions that we had. While working the deal, Mr. Berry really worked with us and came to a good compromise with which we were very happy. We felt very welcomed from the time that we arrived until the time that we left. Both, Arvin and Mr Berry contacted us a week to two weeks after we had returned home to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the vehicle. The dealership handled everything with the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles and our new registration arrived in the mail with no issues or delays. We highly recommend Aiken Honda!Monica and Tiffany

Geri was wonderful. Allowed me to test drive several models before making a decision. Didn t think we would be able to make a deal, but in the end she pulled it off. Appreciate her continued push to land where I needed to be. Finance overlooked some details that were missed, but didn t mess with my purchase. Loving my new Pilot!

I was told that I would get free car washes but when I called back to inquire about it, I was told that wasn't true. The good thing that I did like was my credit was only pulled once. I appreciate how quickly I was in and out.

We had a wonderful experience at Honda Cars of Aiken. This is my 2nd CR-V. I got a 2006 one when it was new from a different Honda dealer and that was a great experience too but 17 years later lightening struck twice. We found ourselves at Aiken because it s the location that had the CR-V color/options that we wanted. Everyone was nice and attentive. Our salesman Arvin was beyond awesome. He was so knowledgeable about the CR-V and it s nice to have a good understanding of a new vehicle before opening up the user s manual. I enthusiastically recommend Arvin and Honda Cars of Aiken to anyone. If Aiken isn t close to you, it s worth the drive!

They make the sales process super easy, give you a fair value on your trade in, and take care of you after the sale with a fantastic service department that is friendly and takes care of you in a timely manner. Purchased a used vehicle here 2 days ago for my son to get back and forth to school/work. Today he texts me that the CHECK ENGINE light came on in the vehicle (Catalytic Converter code). I understand what "As Is" means. But I find it hard to believe this issue just popped up today after you sold it to me the day before. I thought this was a reputable dealership. Now I have an expensive repair on my hands after dropping thousands on a vehicle. I can't tell other people where to spend their money. Just know I won't be back or recommend this business to anyone.
