They do great work at a fair price and offer honest suggestions they feel are needed for your vehicle's safety & function. I definitely recommend them if you need Automotive care & maintenance. I've been a customer for the last 2 years for oil changes, winterize, Air Conditioner checkup, wiper replacements, lights replacements, brakes. I'm VERY pleased with the services they provided and how they've accommodated my schedule when I needed them.

The reception guy was funny, friendly and professional. I was told it might take an hour, but I was in and out in 30 minutes and there was no charge! The waiting area is comfy, clean and well appointed, with refreshments and a restroom available. I am SO impressed! The Jefferson Davis C & C is my new go-to place for service on my vehicle.

I brought my E36 track car in for alignment before driving at Road Atlanta. The technician was great to work with and came back to confirm alignment specs were where I wanted them before taking the car off the lift.The staff and technicians are very professional and great to work with. I ll definitely be a returning customer to C&C.(Hood is open to vent heat)Service: Wheel alignment

My 1# go to for my vehicle's maintenance and repairs! Exceptional customer service, from the moment you enter the door to the time you leave. They are prompt and efficient with their service. C&C automotive was excellent. Recently purchased a car at a good dealership. Thermostat went out and they got me into C&C asap. C&C diagnosed and repaired my new to me car immediately. Drives like a dream once again.C&C, always a 10/10 experience. Good job!Service: General repairs & maintenance

It was easy to obtain an appointment pretty quickly. The office is nice and the bathroom was clean. Staff was professional. Unfortunately it took 2 days to get my car back with simple repairs being done. They're a little on the pricey side but, I am happy to have my car back in working order!

I took my SUV in to have the tire repaired and remounted. When I arrived, the lot was full, customers with appointments dropping off cars. I figured I would be there for hours, waiting my turn. I was greeted immediately by the staff inquiring how they can be of assistance. I explained what I needed, and to my surprise, they took my vehicle back right away and took care of it. I was out in less than an hour. I was so impressed that I made an appointment for repairs on my wife's car. I highly recommend C&C automotive, they are a great source for whatever your car may need.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Christina at the front desk was very helpful with options for my repair. The mechanic was knowledgeable and completed the work quickly. Always have had a good experience here. The staff is friendly and it is priced fair. I had a little hiccup with my tires and ended up needing to leave my car there unexpectedly until the next day- the staff went above and beyond to offer me a ride home as it was closing time and I was waiting on my husband to come pick me up. Megan especially was so sweet and them offering was a nice reminder that there really are good and caring people still out there, so thank y all for being so nice and the good service !

Was given a quote for fuel filter and oil change. I decided to use them for the service. Dropped the truck off at 8am and it sat at the warrenville shop all day went to pick it up and pay the bill. They never changed the fuel filter. If they can't get a simple service done. How can they get a major job done correctly?Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I took my car there for repair to the A/C in May of 2021.Location: the shop is located on the Aiken-Augusta highway in a bit of an inconvenient location to enter/exit. If you are coming down the highway toward Augusta, the left turn cut out isn't quite aligned with the store so it isn't very safe to take a left in. That same cut out becomes an issue when trying to get out. You must go up the road and take a u-turn if you want to take a left in or out, which is a bit inconvenient.Staff: Had no issues with the staff as they were very profession and courteous. They clearly did their best to take care of the customer and provided accurate estimates of both cost and time of repairs.Shop: The interior of the shop is nicely updated and very clean. They also have a spacious waiting area with a drink machine, coffee machine, snack machine, and fridge with free water. This is by far the nicest auto repair store I've ever been in. Cleanliness is top notch as well.Service: I had a heater issue that I discovered on the last cold day of spring so I'm not sure how well it is fixed yet. However, on my initial visit for a diagnosis, I noticed that something wasn't quite right as I was pulling out and they dropped what they were doing and investigated further in a few minutes. Parts were ordered on a Tuesday and I got a call Wednesday to schedule the final service. Price was reasonable to me and labor didn't appear to be overcharged.

This was the first time I took a vehicle to C&C for service, but it won't be the last. I called on a Monday afternoon looking to get the rear brakes replaced on my truck and they scheduled me for the very next morning. Dropped it off by 8:00 and it was done before noon. Great customer service and quality work!

First experience with this company. They were great about getting the car in quickly for service, gave us a quote for the work that needed to be done and completed the work in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicle there again for service!

We took our car here because it sounded like it had a random misfire. They diagnosed the car and we approved over $900 of repairs that included an oil change, a tune up, replacing the valve cover gasket and intake manifold gasket, as well as chemically treating the intake manifold and fuel injectors. They called us and when we test drove it right out of the shop, we found that it still had all of the exact same issues that we initially brought it in for. They kept it and tried to re-diagnose the complaint, but then called us and wanted to send the car to another C & C shop. We just picked the car up and took it to a different mechanic altogether. In summary, the car is going to need a new motor. There is irreparable damage to to cylinders. C & C is probably good for minor maintenance issues, but I would not recommend them for anything that requires difficulty and/or deductive reasoning or analysis.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I've used C&C automotive twice this month and was very pleased with the service and the timely matter in which they performed the service. They advised me of the issue and the cost prior to the repair. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. I recommend them for any automotive issues you may have.

1st time user.C&C Auto did a good job as far as time & quality of work. But; They also tried to sell me a battery I didn't need. And thier prices were so high, that alone will make me try another repair shop.

Purchased new tires for our dually while visiting the local area. Had C&C do a front end alignment. Staff was friendly and work was performed quickly and professionally. Reached our a few days later to ensure the work was performed as expected and everything was working as it should. You don t see that much these days. Would definitely use these folks again.

I went to C&C for the first time a few days ago to get my air conditioner repaired. Everyone was friendly and there was a nice waiting area. I was in and out in about an hour and I felt that the price was fair. I will be back for other repairs and I'll recommend them to my friends.

Found C&C when looking for someone to replace the rear main seal on my 20 year old Frontier. I'm so glad I took my truck to them. They did some extensive work for what I believe a reasonable price. It was a pleasure to deal with Megan and Christina. I was kept up to date on the work being done on my truck and there was a need to keep it longer than expected. Will definitely be taking my vehicles to them in the future. Thanks C&C!

Fairly quick turnaround time for mechanical work. Slightly higher prices than other places, but no problem. Staff is knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend getting work done here.

Our transmission when out in front of C&C and they did every thing possible to replace the transmission. We were teaching a class at the College and did not miss any time. ALL staff are friendly and helpful.
