Very knowledgeable staff. If they don't have it in stock in the morning, they can usually get what you're looking for in a very timely manner. Can't put a price on knowledge, and they have it.

Prices are a little higher but availability of hard to find tools, specialty tools and the knowledge to help you get the job done are great. Store hours are more like a bank including Saturday so plan ahead. If they don't have they will do their best to get it for you. I drive a Saab 9-3 and instead of just looking for for a serpentine belt they looked up the original specs for the belt and matched up a better quality belt that was the exact same length. Don't be fooled, they take the time to make sure you get what you need before you leave.

It's a little higher on prices than most other places but skilled workers and quality service ain't cheap and cheap services and workers ain't skilled or of good quality.
