On the road with problems they solved every damn one of them. I pulled in they had the parts I needed and everything fit perfectly and got me back on the road and less than 20 minutes. Thank you God bless you

My family and I were on our way to Edisto Beach early on a hot July Saturday morning when the radiator hose blew out on our Tahoe. Thanks to the good Lord we were less than a mile from the Walterboro, SC Oreilly s. Joshua greeted me, came outside to look at what hose I needed, found it on the computer, and even though it wasn t in stock, got it ordered and delivered within just a couple hours. I YouTubed how to change it out and had it on in 10-15 minutes and the staff let me wash up in the bathroom after I got it put on and we were on our way. They helped what started out to be a rough vacation turn into a great one. Thanks Joshua and Oreilly Auto Parts! Keep doing what you re doing.

I ordered sway bar links for my truck a day earlier. I get their the next day to pick it up.... and I'm informed they sold it. Like really... Never shopping O'Reilly again!!!

Well stocked, clean store! Knowledgeable staff! Great selection of over the counter parts! They will price match the competition if you bring in an ad or estimate from a competitor! They resurface rotors and drums too!! Have yet to have a negative experience here!

I'm not to pleased I went there to get my battery checked because my car wouldn't crank the employee (wish I got his name) put the machine on my battery and said it was a good battery...so I ended up taking it to a mechanic thinking I had a different problem...the mechanic told me it WAS the battery ..if the man had put a load on my car checking the battery properly then the problem would have been solved sooner and not sent to a shop for a simple battery change

Walterboro SC.Rented a tool. It's on the receipt to return the tool before 48 hours. I called within 48 hours to ask if I need to come to the store to rent for another 48 hours. The employee told me not to worry about coming in and theyre not strict on that policy and they'll just take it back whenever I return it. I went to the store to return it a week later, they were gonna take it but I didnt have the same debit card with me that I had used to rent it with so they couldn't put the money back, due to the cards being different, no big deal. Here it is after the holidays, I call them before I drive there, and the manager is telling me they will not take the tool back because I have had it longer than 48 hours. I tried to explain that her employee told me it was ok, but she wouldn't even consider. I could understand if I was slack and disreguarded the "48 hour" time frame intentionally, but O REILLYS told me it was ok. And now im stuck with a tool that will never be used again for $200. She didnt try to apologize or show any concern to be helpful at all. There wont be a next time.

The ineptitude was truly astounding. Told a part was being ordered call back two days later and spoke to woman who placed order only to find out she hadn't placed the order. Because they had a part that didn't fit? It made absolutely no sense.

They helped us with what we needed. Was very friendly but I thought they had a lender program for tools and they said they had to stop it because of stealing. Lucky we had the tool we needed. But in all they did their job well.

The lady manager and there is the one to go to for help.she knows more than most men know that work there about things you need .She is willing and very able to help you get exactly what you need and make sure it is the right heart or anything you need. Love that manager

Knowlegable staff that care more about your car than making money. Rated 4 out of 5 stars because once they did give me the wrong part. Which was easily refunded.

O'Reily's, is one of my Go-To's for auto parts. First the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are pretty competitive. The O'Reily's store in walterboro is just a good feeling store when you walk in. If you been in there a couple time they talk to you like you're a friend. Again .. Just a good feeling store. I recommend trying them out.

The people at this store are amazing! Leslie and Joe went out of their way to help out when my car broke down in the parking lot. Leslie even drove me and my kids home!

Not even capable of swapping out a battery. Both employees working have no business working in an auto parts store. They are completely lost. Go down the street - auto zone had me in and out in less than 15 mins
