My family and I were broke down in SC here and went on a hunt for a serpentine belt so I called this location. Donny answered the phone and found the part almost before I could even finish telling him, then had it laid out on the counter before I made it to the store(coming in hot 5 mins away).His professionalism and in -depth knowledge about anything I threw at him, set him above most of the personnel I've dealt with. Then to boot, Donny even called me up to verify that the part was correct for the vehicle I was uncertain about, because they would have been closing soon. I want to give him a personal thanks and recognition to this "NAPA know how" location. I wish we had a store and personnel like this in my town.North Carolina Passer-by,Brian

We had a hitch malfunction on the way to Florida and stopped here for some help. The people were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and did everything in their power to get us back on the road safely. I would gladly give them my business if I ever loved in the area.

Went through town looking for the tool to remove power port/cigarette lighter socket from the vehicle. No one knew what I was talking about even got strange looks. Walked in to Napa and talked to Mr. Donnie and he knew exactly what I was describing I needed, he also ordered for next day shipping for me along with a new cigarette lighter socket. That man was a Big help that day. Made life so much easier. Thanks Mr Donnie from Napa in walterboro.

People are good and everything but they never had the parts I need stand in line like forever and get up there they don't have it on the phone they got it but several and overpriced but good people..

Broke down right in front of their store and so many people came to help even in the pouring rain!! Went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong and to fix it! Also made sure we got home safe since we were out of town. Definitely recommend and would come back without hesitation

Excellent parts store here! Great selection of on the shelf parts! Very helpful and friendly staff! I've found some of their prices are actually cheaper than the competition,if not, they offer a better warranty/quality!

We had a tow dolly's bearings fail on I-95 two days ago, mid-day. I stopped first at O'Reilly's (which I passed first) but they directed me to NAPA, knowing that they would actually have the parts I needed. I am forever grateful to the two people working there who took the time to ensure I had the parts I needed, and that I would know how to install the parts correctly to get back on my way. Thanks so much!!! You saved the day for us -- got home in time to make my son's birthday party back in VA.

Staff needs upgraded training,went in for 2 oil fiters,not in stock but claimed they would be in later that day. Said I would be back the following day to pick them up. Arriving the next day found out they didn't have them,staff said they would be in later that day, I said by by

This has to be one of the best places I've shopped for auto part. They told me more about my car than the honda service centers that I have gone to. You want a honest friendly knowledgeable place. This is it.
