Jay was very professional and quick with his service! I was stuck in the mud in the forest and not only did he pull me out of the mud but he also backed my car out of the woods! I am 100% a city girl and never could have done that myself! Amazing customer service, Thank you!

Would give a higher rating if I could simply get a receipt. Towed on 12.22. Jay was very responsive and got us off 95. And, he arranged for an Uber to get us to Savannah airport for a rental car. Expensive for a short tow, but grateful they responded. I cannot get reimbursed for this without a detailed receipt as to the location. The one that was supposedly sent to my phone never came thru. They were to send to my email on Tuesday. Then, they were closed Tuesday. Wednesday told by Jay he would get it when he got to the office. Today, no response. Seemed like I was blocked. Called from a different number and he picked up. Said they were busy and when he had the opportunity he would get it. I thought someone in the office was sending it to me. Anyway, hung up on me when I pressed for a time frame. Still no receipt.Updated: The lady in the office did respond to me and got me the receipt. If I had been told they were out, I would have understood, but I was not told that...just kept me hanging like I should expect it within the hour, multiple times.Thank you - I believe it was Leslie? My husband and I blew a tire on our box truck, traveling through South Carolina and did not have a spare. We could find no services to help us until John with Advantage Towing came to our rescue! He would not give up finding us a tire, even to the point of taking it off one of his own vehicles to ensure that we could get off the side of the interstate that night! It was dark and in a dangerous location, but he still did the job with patience and friendliness. He and his wife Shana were a Godsend!

On June 19th I was involved in an auto accident and advantage towing was called to clean up the mess. I was able to walk away with a broken ankle, stitches in my left elbow and a beat up body. My pup Ellie had internal bleeding and a beat up body as well. Kelley on the other hand wasn't as fortunate and is now paralyzed chest down. The gentleman driving the other car sadly died at the scene. When I was finally able to go to the business where our car was at to get what belongings I could get I quickly realized all of my tools were gone as well as a couple of batteries. Over time I've thought about things I didn't get back and it makes me more and more upset each day. Every time I call I get the same person that just keeps giving me a runaround or blaming someone else. Once I even got that he did manage to find a few wrenches but I had a lot of tools in my car. It's sad to know that even when you're in a bad spot that there are people out there that's still willing to take full advantage of those hurt. I will be returning to the business personally seeing as i can't get any where via phone and If I don't get my tools back I will be filing a police report. -PamOh, and the guy that worked my accident was named Jay.Jay will steal from you.

This was only towing service available for our blowout on I95. Counting the time spent calling around was only on side of road an hour. I appreciate the fast response on a Sunday afternoon. Helpful information, too .

We were hit on the interstate 2.5 hours from home. The company was efficient and even helped us with getting to their shop so we could be picked up and not have to wait on the side of the interstate.

If I could give a 10 star I would. We can t thank Jay enough for everything he had did for us. We were on our way from MI to FL when our car broke down on I95. I called three different companies and no one could help. I called advantage towing and Jay went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He stayed in contact with my husband and I the whole time and made sure we got everything we needed. He was so caring and honest the whole time and made us feel more at ease due to the unfortunate circumstances we ran into! Thank you again, Jay!

The driver for our company had a tire come of the rim at six pm in the evening. The 2 tow companies we called before Advantage were rude. Not only did Advantage fix the tire & rim on our trailer he took our driver to a hotel. His trailer tire was too bad to move off I-95 to a safer location so he actually dropped him at a hotel. I would HIGHLY recommend this company where your not just another another customer but an actual person. It is important to us that our drivers are taken care of!! This week, my husband and I were traveling north on I-95 when the truck in front of us caused a tree to fall across both lanes of the freeway. After swerving to try to miss the tree (and missing the majority of it) our car was totaled. We were blessed to escape without major injuries and also blessed to have Advantage Towing take away what was left of our car. In the days that followed, Tommy, from Advantage helped us by picking us up from our hotel, transporting us to the wreckage, loading our personal belongings and talking us through the full process. Tommy also made a special effort to help us get a rental car (on a holiday weekend), when our insurance company came up short. We are eternally grateful for the caring service Tommy provided as well as the advice he shared to help us get through this emergency. Tommy even checked with us to make sure we made it home safely two days after the crash. We highly recommend Advantage and especially Tommy - he will go above and beyond to help when you need it!Service: Car towing

We got a flat tire in the pouring rain. Road side assistance was having trouble dispatching a tow truck and most tire places were closed because of the bad weather. Luckily advantage towing LLC was able to make it out to us. They checked high and low in their inventory and found us a serviceable tire. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Had an airbag on my trailer come apart last night so I spent the night at the rest area on I 95. Called advantage this morning and he asked me for the part number which I text him within five minutes. He had text me back that he could be there by 10 AM. he was very prompt arriving right at 10 AM and had me back on the road in about an hour and a half. Can t ask for much more than that.

I met the owner when I had car trouble in the day before Thanksgiving, driving from Jacksonville, Florida to Rocky Mount, NC. He was extremely friendly and courteous. Do not hesitate to call him if you need towing services. His business partners also have a full service shop.

I called this company this morning 8 or so and he told me it would take an hour and he would be there. I sat 4 hours and never showed. When I tried to call I was sent to voice mail which was full.
