in short - i highly recommend getting work done here !if you care to read about my experience - i'm from out of state and needed work done, my aunt recommended this shop she s been going to them for years. it was easy to get an appointment, they were very kind, fair and honest with me. as a woman, it was nice to have a mechanic listen to my concerns and not dismiss them. as well as give me an explanation i could understand, without making me feel incompetent. they had me leave it there for them to check it out, it was an average wait time, no complaints there. if you re interested, it s in a super cute small town ! easy access to walk around and check out the local shops while you wait. they diagnosed the issue, called to let me know and gave a plan of action. the estimated time and price given was excellent and the total was very close, which was super nice. i appreciated the respect, proficiency and diligence of the employees and would like to say thank y all again !!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

AMAZING!!! i show up and was immediately greeted by chase! He was able to figure out what was wrong with my tire right away and got it fixed so fast! The cost of the repair was so low it made my jaw drop! 10/10 would recommend so friendly!

I drove all the way here from TN because they could fit me in sooner than anyone around me and they were more reasonably priced than here at home. They did a wonderful job and were very nice! Highly recommended these guys!

Great owner! Chase is a great guy and very knowledgeable. Saved me $300 over the competition and did it in a timely manner. Only charged my for what I needed and not a bunch of other stuff just to inflate the cost!

These guys are the absolute best! I know nothing about cars, only that it was smoking when I brought it into them. They had it fixed by the time I was done work and they were real honest about it being an easy fix. I feared other places would take advantage of the fact that I know ZERO about cars, they were highly recommend to me by 4 people because how "honest and sincere" they are... They were more than honest and sincere with me! I can definitely say that I will recommend them to anyone who needs work done! Thank you so much for making my day and taking a huge weight off my shoulders

Chase and James will shoot you straight. They have an amazing facility. They are true pros. They sourced tires when no one else could. They then installed earlier than projected (1 day for shipping). Chase and James are incredible when it comes to service and being professional about getting it done! I myself have been going there 4 over a decade and without a doubt they are the two most professional guys in the automotive business that stand out amongst the rest!!!

I made an appt to get my hood latch fixed, it had apparently came off track & wouldn't open. I left a bag with a few things that needed to go back in place during this process (screw, snaps, overflo cap) & after I got home & raised the hood I noticed my overflo cap wasn't on the car so I went back, he told me the guy who worked on it was out of town for a week so I stopped again today & he lost my cap! It was in a red zip lock bag with the other parts so now I have to replace it ($15) & he just shrugged & said he didn't know what happened to it. I' don't appreciate the lack of concern or not even offering to replace what THEY lost. I grew up in a mechanics shop so I know how things should be done & this isn't it!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

They did not have the correct size tire that anybody needs. Definitely do not go to them.

Do not waste your time here. They workers are incompetent and rude. They over charge and you'll still have problems out of your vehicle when you finally get it back. My serpentine belt had broke and wrapped itself around the inside of my engine and they took real good care of me and got my car fixed a lot faster than I expected. I'm going back to them now for another problem. These are some real good guys that love cars and seem to love fixing them.

Always a friendly and concerned staff. Usually have to leave tire with them but they always get to it quickly. Very knowledgeable staff. Prices and service is great!!!

Those guys at Walhalla tire service are super nice honest men. They get you in and out so the next person on schedule doesn't have to wait an hour past their appointment just to get oil changed.

Our car ran hot and was pouring coolant 300 miles from home on Easter weekend. After calling roadside assistance who set us up with a wrecker and this repair shop, we had to depend on my brother for a ride during our weekend camping trip at Devil's Fork. On Monday, we got a call that our car was repaired and ready to go. The water pump was replaced and the repair bill was more than fair! I would recommend this place to anyone whether local or here for a visit! Thank you guys so much for getting us back on the road and ready for our trip home!
