No good costumer service on their website they advertice things that they don't have and then when you call them they get mad because you call to ask. less than one star for me

I called looking for an NPR bumper. I got a bumper three days later (when they said it would show up) for a fair price. No hassle. No drag. I'm relatively new to ordering truck parts and Busbee's sales staff put up with me. I'm getting my next Busbee shopping list together.

So glad we found Busbee's Truck Parts. RT was so helpful. Great customer service and fast 1 day shipping. We received our parts today and they are just as advertised, great used parts! Will definitely be using Busbee's again!

I stay extremly busy in my day.... like all of us!!These folks are no exception...they are busy as well.Given all the moving pieces and challenges....I want shout out how great they did for me.I purchased a system to save my client money and couldn't have achevied it without the help of everyone at Busbee's....However ....a special THANK YOU to Louis ( Lewis ) for all he did.I'm just looking for the oppurtunity to do business with them again!!Mark S. I have used Busbee's many times. Their service has been prompt and professional. The parts have always worked perfectly and the one time that it didn't, they quickly replaced it with no fuss. I highly recommend Busbee to anyone needing parts for their truck.

Attempted to locate an injection pump for my Fuso, They have it advertised on their website. I Call and the guy has to go "check" in the back and tells me he will call back. Waited a couple hours and decided to call them, I Get another man who tells me the first guy "will be back from lunch shortly and will give you a call" waited a couple more hours then I called them back and FINALLY get an answer, and they don't have the pump! I look at their website and not only is the pump advertised but they also have many trucks that they could pull a pump from and yet "No we don't have any at the moment" and was speaking to me like I was inconveniencing Him! If you don't want my money I will take it elsewhere.

One of the worst salvage yards I've ever had to deal with in the past 12 years. 1st issue is I ordered a part checked to see if it would be here by Fri. They checked and guaranteed that it would live today and it would be to me by Fri since they had one on the self. Now this was at 10am. They called me back at 240pm and said the one they had on the shelf was cracked "cylinder head" . Was informed they would have to take one off anotber truck they had and it wouldn't be until Monday until I get it. Only if that one wasn't messed up as well.2nd issue I asked them to cover shipping because one they wasted all my time on this matter. Was told that's just the used part business. Lmao what kinda answer is That? You shelf a part with a crack in it and waste a customers time. If they would of said no the head is cracked we can't have it to you by Fri I would of had 5 to 6 hrs I could of looked for another one and had it here by Fri. After all this the owner said I'd give you $50.00 off that's all I can do. Wow so my time and my customers time isn't worth anything to them but they want top dollar for what they have and when they mess up the excuse given is that's just used parts for you. Lmao. Seriously save your money and headache find another salvage yard to deal with theses people aren't worth the DRAMA.So as you see there in defence mode. 1 I called Monday to get a price and make sure they had the product before I sold it to my customer. They use the phrase noo money changed hands as a saving grace. Hey guys why would money change hands if the product was bad. Wow this had turned into the most comical situation I've delt with in years. Can't wait to read there latest respoonce. It has to be amusing after the no money comment.So here is an update for the reviews and Busbee's.I overnighted my old cylinder head which they " Busbee's " said couldn't be don't to Clearwater cylinder heads in FL. There stripping my head and putting everything into a new cylinder head , cutting the seats, setting the night, shaving it etc and are overnighting it back to me Monday. Will have 945.00 in the head and shipping with a 2 year warranty. So don't fall for there over priced inventory. I gave Busbee's a chance to make things right and they just want to come up with excuses and reason for there short comings instead of just fixing the problem and making customers happy. FYI with out customers your business can't survive. Just a little food for thought. Ty.

Just received parts for my truck, they seem to be good, the biggest issues was with the shipping, was told that he would shop around for best price, got hit with a 200 shipping charge when I called and asked about the shipping charges the salesman said oh that thing weighed 250 plus pounds it had to go truck freight.... the funny thing is when I looked on the invoice it only weighed 156 lbs for 2 items , well it could of been shipped in 2 separate box s or one on the small pallet and one boxed and shipped ups ground and shipping would have been half of that ...... got bent over on the shipping fees.... which was no big deal to them.....

Pure southern hospitality at it finest! Mr. Busbee and his people went above and beyond in helping to get me home safe and sound in a truck I purchased from them. (drove from SC to VA) Good hard working people filling a niche in the market.

Received TWO bad Isuzu motors from them. First one they returned, second one has blown head gaskets and warranty has expired. Would not trust them for motors. Will not be using Busbee anymore.

Looked at box storage containers. Purchased one but when delivered a week later not the same container. Did not realize untill next day.

Truck parts they got um truck body's they got um, looks like they got tires too. I got to meet Mr Busbee just short talk with the man seemed to be full of life ready to assist employees seemed to enjoy working there also ready to assist. Good help is hard find...MAGA
