Woke up in my own bed. Horses in the barn and the dogs, well, also in the bed! Thank you Eddie and A&M for picking all of us off the side on I95 in SC and delivering us safe and sound to Wilson, NC! Professional service and such a blessing..I literally have no idea what we would have dome without you!

What a great group of people. They were able to squeeze my daughter in to fix an emergency brake issue. They corrected the issue and had her safely on her way at a very reasonable price. I sincerely appreciate what they did for her and how well she was treated. Thank you so much!

My husband was towing our boat home to Lake Murray and his trailer tire had several lugs that broke and needed to be replaced before it could be towed. My husband spent 4 hours with a mobile repairman going to 4 different stores looking for lugs. Finally determined they could not be located and the boat would need to be put on a flatbed to be towed. After one transport company failed to show up, A&M & Auto took the call, towed the boat to their shop, searched and found the lugs and replaced them and then towed the boat home. They were wonderful at communicating with us on the status and took great care of our boat to get it home. What a relief they took out call!! Totally worth the wait.Services: Car towing, Tire change

We blew a tire on 95 heading home with 400 miles still to go. We were a bit hesitant driving 11 miles off 95 in what seems like the middle of no where but A&M seemed to be the only place around so we gave it a shot. The staff was great and so was the price. We had our 2 young kids in the car and they made sure they had drinks and even popped them fresh popcorn while we waited. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing to get back on the road.

If you ever have your uhaul stolen from anywhere in this area, come here and you'll find it. They stole our tow dolly and thought they could hide it behind the bldg. They took advantage of us from being out of state, use addicts and a disabled person to steal U-Hauls from the area hotels and motels (ours was stolen from Knights Inn in Yemassee). Shame on you! There was never anything reported by any uhaul office that our dolly was in recovery because it was never returned. They never had any paperwork to prove their story. And they never called the office we bought it from nor did they call us. They are thieves. Next time be careful who you steal from they may not be as nice as my husband and I. Shame on you!

Jeremy was called by our insurance provider to help us out with a flat and I am so glad they did. It was a hell of a day nonetheless. Drove about 4 hours on the tire with no problems and then about 1 1/2 from our location the tire blew. Was about 30 miles from any close tire store location. Jeremy even tried to find a local to have a shop 10 minutes down the road help us with a tire which sadly was no use so he had the tow truck driver take us all the way to a Tire shop in Hilton head. Tow truck driver proceeded to drive us all the way to our hotel. Then to top that he helped us get our belongs off his truck once he arrived at the location. This man was great. Amazing service from back to back calls to letting us know the driver is close to the driver keeping welcoming conversation throughout the drive. 10/10 service all the way thru. We broke down on the interstate...prompt on the tow with a clean tow truck and courteous driver...waiting area clean and comfortable...service on the vehicle was quick...price fair...easy 5 star...if I lived local, they would be my go-to shopSide note, I over heard a service call for a flat tire and they recommended another shop because it was closer and the job could be down quicker because they were busy with our van...when a shop has your best interest in mind they should be your go-to

So grateful to have ended up at this shop when my tire went flat on my drive from NY to FL! The atmosphere is great, they started looking at it and working on it right away when I walked in even though they were busy, they were all SUPER knowledgeable and kind, not condescending at all, explained everything to me, showed me and walked me through things, didn t push anything, and even gave me tips for the future for my new-to-me diesel short bus. Everyone was super friendly and nice and i enjoyed chatting while I waited for the work to be done! Would highly recommend this shop to anyone!!!Services: Tire change, Oil change

I Lost my key fob to my new Yukon at a restaurant on Hilton Head. It was late and no resources on the island to tow my car to a nearby dealership and with the Heritage Golf Classic in town there was no one to take us to our room. Eddie with JB s Towing and A&M Tire came from over an hour away to our rescue! They were the only ones GM Roadside Assistance found willing to take on this tow. We are so appreciative of their awesome service they provided to us so late at night and from so far away! Eddie was the best!! He even took us to our condo 15 minutes in the opposite direction from where he needed to go. Eddie was so friendly and accommodating and really eased a very stressful situation for us. I highly, highly recommend this business! Their number is forever saved in my phone!!Service: Car towing

Seth and his guys are some of the kindest men I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. When our car broke down and my husband simultaneously had a medical emergency, Seth rescued my kids and me and got us to the hospital as fast as he could. He went out of his way more times than I can count to make sure we were ok and our car was taken care of. Good people do exist and the guys at A&M were a bright spot in an otherwise terrible day. I could go on and on about how wonderful our entire experience was and would not hesitate to use them again. Seth will forever have a place in our hearts!

These guys are the best. Our car broke down on vacation and we had too many of us to fit into our other one. They came out and picked up my mom, fixed up a car for her, picked up our broken vehicle for scrap, lent us their personal car to get the rest of us from the hotel... hands down amazing men in this shop. They even kept in touch all the way home to make sure the car they sold us was safe. honest, trustworthy and kind mechanics are hard to find. thank you

We had our car break down and was unable to get it to someone to look at it. Called A&M auto tire and spoke to Seth (owner) and before the end of the day, they had towed (Eddie) my car, went out of town to pick the part up and had my car fixed! Very good service! Thee Kindest and most professional service in town. If you have an issue, hit them up for sure. Fixed my Truck in 30 ish minutes, would use them all the time if I were local - and they did this for me while they were already backed up. Experienced mechanics who need a career, look no further and apply to A&M Tier and Auto LLC, you're needed because too many people on and their services so the back log for work is big - you won't be out of work. Eddie did a wonderful job and was very detailed and exacting in his work. He had to tow a 20 Uhaul and did it with out issue at 11:38pm est. Great work uhaul needs to do better with their equipment.

This was by far the best experience that we have had with having a vehicle towed and tire replacement. From the initial conversation with JB to the last conversation with Eddie. These guys were phenomenal. Great, so personable and kind. Superb service. Thanks guys we really appreciated the service. You made a challenging situation seem not so bad. Jacob is great. They have very experienced mechanics that really take care of your car. Honest job, very hard to find nowadays.The only people that work in my cars , if I have any mechanical issues.

I was traveling on I 95 and had some major misfires in my 2010 Honda accord they where extremely friendly offered hot fresh coffee in the waiting room and the cleanest restroom I have ever seen in a service station . Everyone was helpful and understanding of the vehicle s problem figured it out fixed it and put me back on the road at a great price they went above and beyond with service what a great shop and great group of workers . Today was a Thursday Ed was extremely helpful and Jacob was a saving grace . Thank you so much to the team at A and M awesome work guysService: General repairs & maintenance

Had a uhaul blow a tire and multiple other services failed and they came out super fast and fixed the tire in minutes. The gentleman named Eddie was not only very kind but knowledgeable and just seemed like a good guy. Driving down 95 in South Carolina is a bumpy ride. On our drive from Maryland to Orlando our truck towing our 5th wheel decided to give us some problems at 8pm on a Sunday. The guys at A&M were great not only did they tow the truck to their shop for repairs, they were the only tow company able to move our 5th wheel. They were kind enough to allow us to park the RV which is self sustaining in their lot since all the campgrounds were full for spring break/Easter.Two days later the truck was repaired and running again. And while Disney had to be rescheduled for a later date, my faith in humanity was slightly restored.These guys from the mechanics, office personal, and owner went out of their way to make this really horrible situation palatable. I doubt I will ever find a group of people so willing to help. These folks are AWESOME!!! We had a problem with our RV tire as we were heading from Florida for fall trip up north. They helped us out as soon as we got there - replaced the valve stem for no charged! Even pointed out wear on repaired tire and cautioned us about using it any further (it s our spare for now). Helped us get back on the road and pointed in the right direction to make our next destination! Thanks SO much!!!Service: Tires

Had a tire blow out while traveling and my insurance company contacted A & M Tire and Auto to tow my car for a tire replacement. So glad this was the business they called. Eddie, the tow driver was terrific. He got there quickly and got my car to a repair shop that had my tire size (he verified this before leaving my car for repair).
