I searched for a truck for close to 8 months before I found one at Tigers Ford and fell in love with it. This was my first vehicle buying experience and it couldn't have went more smoothly than it did! The salesman, Earl, was very nice and answered the questions I had for him. He never made me feel like he was treating me any different because I'm a woman like many other dealers in the past have. Earl stayed after closing to ensure that my purchase went smoothly, he had my truck cleaned again for me while I filled out paperwork, and he filled my truck up for me with gas. He even text me a few days after my purchase just to make sure I was still happy with my truck! It was a wonderful buying experience, and if I ever need to purchase a vehicle again in the future I will 100% go to them.

Great buying experience, we travelled to see the vehicle which was clean and ready to test drive. Shawn was an open book, honest, professional, and communicated throughout the whole process. Got the feeling they really wanted to connect people with good and reliable vehicles at decent price without pushing to sell you up, definitely not a high pressure sales environment. Delivered vehicle for free (on a Saturday!) 1 and a half hours away for no extra charge, and replaced missing key fob. Great experience in a stressful time!

After searching for months for the perfect truck, we finally found it at Tigers Ford. Upon arriving, the truck was exactly as advertised and we knew it was "the one" for us! The experience was pleasant and quick. We had a 2 hr drive to get there and knew we would arrive later in the afternoon after working and would likely push into after hours for the dealership, but they worked around our schedule and never once made us feel rushed. Shawn, Dylan, and Zach were an absolute pleasure to work with and we will definitely recommend them to friends and family that may be searching for a vehicle in the future.

Earl talked to me and made me feel comfortable with the decision making process; not pushy or aggressive at all and gave me the information i needed to make a well informed decision. Shawn made the process that usually takes the longest and makes you hate buying a car seem effortless and was so thorough in his due diligence that he found a way to save me over $400 AFTER i had already signed for the vehicle. These folks really do have the customers best interest in mind and they do what they say they'll do. Google doesn't have 6 stars so here ya go guys:

My fianc� and I went to Tigers Ford Thursday February 15th just to browse at some vehicles, we were not expecting to drive off with our new truck! The customer service was beyond amazing, we worked with Earl Baldwin he was very patient with us, listened to us and our wants/needs, and got us in our new 2020 F-150 XL! Not only did Earl help us out, the whole team, from service to detailing, treated us so well, very friendly place all together. We will definitely be using them for any further vehicle purchases, and we highly recommend you go to tigers ford and work with any of their staff but especially Earl Baldwin!

Hands down the best experience I have had buying a vehicle! The sales representative we worked with, Drew, was very informative about the vehicles and paid close attention to my needs as a customer. The entire staff from front desk to finance were incredibly nice and did not try to push us into a vehicle we did not want. I walked away with a nicer vehicle than I originally thought I would get for the same price. Huge thanks to Drew, Zach, and Shawn for putting in the work! We love our new ride!

I purchased a Ford Explorer and I love it!! I want to thank Drew for helping me and going over all of the features of the Explorer and making it happen! The most painless car buying experience ever. Go see Chris Carter. He knows his cars and was able to answer all my questions. SO patient as I took several cars for test drives before settling on one. Then Zach Quick, the General Manager shopped auto loans to help make sure we got the best possible interest rate. Good folks here.

I purchased my 2023 f150 pre owned with 6400 miles from edwards ford, my sales person was Barry, i could not be happier 2 months in truck runs and looks fantastic, i had some anxiety purchasing a truck unseen, but barry and his team assured me the truck was like new and it was,my experience was fantastic and would highly recommend this dealership especially Barry.Thanks Mike G New jersey

Drew and Zach got it done!Drew is attentive, friendly, understanding, and has genuine empathy for you and your specific situation. He is very open that his goal is to have the name you trust and return to through the generations and boy did he and Zach really deliver on that goal! They worked with us and the bank for several days to get us what we needed!We left with a gorgeous F150 Lariat today and secretly my husband, a chevy lover, loves it!He can't stop complimenting every single thing about it and we have those two to thank!I'll absolutely be back for my vehicle and in the future my child's! Thank y'all so much for taking such amazing care of us!We highly recommend this dealership if you don't want the typical run around with very high pressure sales and time wasted! They do everything they can to go above and beyond with their customer care!

I had specific desires for what I wanted in my new car and found it at Tigers. Justin was my salesman and he made the purchase very easy and straightforward. Everyone from the manager to the finance manager on down was very friendly and not pushy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

If you are looking for a sales representative that does it the right way look no further than Eddie Rogers. Eddie is my go to guy for all my vehicle purchases along with my family. He always communicate well, he listens to my needs and shares his extensive knowledge to assist me in making my decision. Justin Best just gave us the BEST service in purchasing a vehicle. He was very professional and had a great sense of humor and was not off putting at all (as some sales pros can be). Made buying a car a pleasure which has never happened before. Ask for Justin at Tigers Ford if you re looking to purchase a vehicle.

Everyone here is fantastic, but Barry, Rodney, and Dylan really are the reason that I bought my new car here. Barry took the time to explain everything to me and answer the endless questions I had. He was more the accommodating with figuring out what would be best with my family. Dylan worked extremely hard to get the financial bits ironed out to where we were both satisfied. There is a reason why my family buys our Fords from Edward's, you should definitely go here first before wasting your time with another dealership where you're just a sale. 5 stars are not enough stars for Edwards!!

Outstanding! Jimmy honored a competitor s coupon and made up for service another local dealer neglected. He got me in the day after I called even though I know they stay busy. Very friendly and professional. They are just what I ve been looking for in a dealer service center.

Never in my wildest dreams would I have ever thought that I would receive the service and respect that I was given. On Friday the 22nd, Justin Best was amazing. I was able to have my husbands truck delivered for him for Christmas, all by the hands of Justin. He was amazing to work with. You guys have a true winner with him. I would give him 10 stars!!! Came a week in advance to ask if there would be any warranty s/extra fees that would added on to my car and they said no. When it came time to sign the paperwork there were roughly 2k worth of warranty s that were added onto my sale. Overall people were nice.

I use Tigers Ford for service of my Ford edge and 150.These guys take their time, do the job right and since I have an extended warranty and service plan I never pay them. The service/warranty company does.Highly recommend using them to service your vehicle.

I came in to purchase a vehicle for my youngest son. I had the pleasure working with Eddie. I saw the car I wanted online and Eddie showed me that car. He didn't try to push anything else off on me which I appreciate. Eddie and the Edward's Ford Team worked with me to get me at the comfortable price I wanted.
