First time but will be back. Receptionist was super friendly and thorough. Oil change was quick. Did some nice little extras like vacuuming floorboards of car. They did an assessment of other things that were needed to be addressed and they found nothing! Sure was nice to know that no unnecessary procedures were recommended. Very good experience.

Kyle & his team are friendly, efficient, and honest! Great local business that does good work and is worth driving a few extra minutes to if you re not in TR. Can t recommend them enough for oil changes or for maintenance/repairs!

First time here great place to take your vehicle. I went in for an oil change and they were very thorough in checking out my car. Terry was very helpful in explaining some other issues with my car. Kyle was also very friendly and helpful explaing some things I didn't understand. I will come here from now on to get any work done on my car. They seem trustworthy and if you need any work done give them your business please.

Closed for lunch at 11:45am - they had to do payroll! Really? Told me to come back at 12:30. Jiffy Lube doesn t close for lunch. Doesn t anybody work anymore? Lost my business for good. So much for using a locally-owned business.

I have had 4 or 5 excellent experiences with TR Quick Lube from oil changes to major repairs and I will only bring my car to be serviced with them. I have come here multiple times to get an oil change and help with whatever else was needed and they have always been very efficient. The lobby is very nice and clean, and the ladies upfront have always made me feel welcome and made a priority in some way. The boys in the shop always get my oil changes done fast and they are very thorough in their checks on my car. Only place I trust to do any of my work, everyone there is very helpful and professional, this business is always willing to help with any service they provide, has always been quick with anything I ve had done, I ve had my oil changed, new battery, brakes and valve cover gasket replaced and was very satisfied with the service, I will continue to come here and recommend it to anyone, best service I ve ever had! To be honest I had faith in these people until today when I got the oil changed.. I was told two times I had a "transmission leak" around the cooler line.. One time when I previously got my oil changed and the second time today.. Im still yet trying to find this imaginary "leak".. I never seen any fluid on the ground let alone a shifting problem.. Let's be technical here.. first of all when you have a transmission leak it goes straight to the ground no matter what part of the transmission it is and secondly, when you have a transmission leak your transmission begins to slip due to the lack of lubrication on the gears and stuff.. Never experienced neither.. That's the school I went to.. So trying to pull a fast one is what made me lose my business with them for one and for two they don't know how to properly use a funnel because they spilled oil all over my motor and around my catalytic converter mounted in the front.. I noticed it whenever my car started smoking.. Also they didn't fill up my dipstick.. Seen a sign that says lack of employees.. Yeah, lack of good employees.. I think the owner just needs to find a new line of work and stick to what he's good at to be honest.. That place is going down the drain with the amateurs he hires and the lack of integrity lol.. Those numbers are going to be reducing pretty soon and the number of lawsuits is gonna go up lol..

I cannot recommend this place enough!!! My daughter who attends Furman was getting a last minute oil change due to holiday plans changing last minute due to an emergency. She now needed to drive home to florida for the Thanksgiving break. While changing the oil and new filter they found a severe oil leak in the engine oil cooler. She rolled in there with no oil in the dip stick. They ended up repairing it and stayed past closing to help her out. An employee even went to the auto part store after closing for another part. They made sure she was safe for drive!! They were so pleasant and reasonable. The cost was about $400 cheaper than the prices we were getting anywhere else and the other places couldn t get it done last minute!! Thank you so much for ensuring my daughter s truck was taken care of.Service: Oil change

I've actually never left a review, good or bad, for any business. But I felt this was due because an honest Mechanic these days isn't very easy to find. I recently needed a fair amount of work done to my car. The service and treatment I was given here was Amazing!!! Not only did they deal with my 2 year old daughter taking over their small lobby day after day, with patience and enthusiasm. They also took the time to really explain and Literally showed me the things that needed to be fixed. I Never once got the feeling of trying to be upsold on something unnecessary. If there was something I could get away with putting off for a bit due to my budget, they were very real and honest in letting me know. I will most definitely be going here for all my future oil changes and (hopefully not too soon ) any other engine trouble I have.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I had an issue with my fueling system and didn't know what part. Kyle ran a diagnostic test and promptly told me it was a fuel pump regulator. So he fixed it and my truck I drive to work is fixed! And he did it very quickly, living up to the name. Everyone was super friendly: Kyle, Lisa, Harley----I'm definitely recommending this business to people I know. Well done!

You will be hard pressed to find a staff more courteous and polite than the technicians here. I am always greeted warmly with genuine smiles and made to feel as if my business is sincerely appreciated. Everyone is so helpful. The techs take their time to patiently explain any issues with my vehicle to me in layman's terms, that I can understand, so that I can make the best decision for service. Further, there seemingly doesn't seem to be anything they can't do! They have earned my trust and you simply can not beat the value. Their prices are affordable and their service is prompt and as promised. Travelers Rest Quick Lube has my highest endorsement.Service: Oil change

Everyone is very friendly and they re very fast and efficient. It s first come, first served, but they have early hours and take cars until 5 PM on weekdays. Highly recommend!

In the past this was a good place to have your oil change. But the past few times that i have been there has been staffed with new people. The latest crew switched the automatic lights in my truck to manual. Long story short, I had to buy a new battery. I will not take any of my vehicles there again. One star because you cannot post without it.

Great customer service. I went in for a quick oil change, and they discovered an issue with my drain plug. They pushed my car to the shop next door, and they even gave me a ride back to my house. They took excellent care of me, will definitely be going back.

Fast, friendly, excellent. Oil changes are a breeze here. A few months ago the shop also did a small repair for me, they fixed a leaky seal. As you can read, cars are not my expertise, the more I rely on a good shop and TR's Quick Lube is one of them. I have been coming here for almost 6 years. Thanks Team!

I haven't seen anything quick about the quick lube. I stood at the desk for a good 15 to 20 minutes and several employees past me and looked at me but no one bothered to say anything about them getting back with me or I'll help you in a minute. I finally asked an employee if they were too busy in he said no just haven't made it in there yet. Well I left.
