Have had (unfortunately) to have both my vehicles worked on here, have always had them serviced here. Always understanding and receptive between Corey, Natasha and John and want to do the right thing.

If you need your car fixed, don't go here. The people up front are friendly and pretty easy to work with, but the technicians are not good at their jobs even it comes to diagnosing problems and finding proper solutions.

I was traveling from TN to GA and had a vehicle breakdown. I just happened to coast into the lot beside this repair center. The whole team was so kind and I m especially grateful to Wick for all the help getting me back on the road, I ll NEVER forget the kindness shown me by this service center!

George Coleman Ford's Service Center is one of the most frustrating and unfortunate experiences I have had with vehicle servicing over the past few years. After purchasing a car there and having air conditioning trouble, I had to take it in three more times because the technicians could not fix the a/c. Years later, the a/c still gusts and doesn't work all that well.I've had similar experiences with tires and alignments, where the technicians could not fix the issue and said things were as they should be.If you want service here, be prepared to return multiple times for the same issue and to never have it fully fixed. Their service department needs better quality control and better pride in their work. Seek service at any of the other service centers or shops in town to save yourself money and headaches.Services: Tires, A/C installation & repair

We had an issue with our truck, only a month after we purchased from them. When we found out what was wrong, it was not covered under the warranty and I was worried I would end up being responsible for it(even though it was not my fault). I spoke with GCF s service department and they were so friendly and understanding. They assured me that the problem would be taken care of and they understood my concern. I am so thankful for their outstanding customer service! They truly care about their customers. I will never purchase a vehicle from anyone else.Service: Auto brake replacement

Took my Lincoln mks here. They put in a radio module. I picked the car up it was almost 700 bucks. Less than a hour later. My heat and air started going up and down on it's on. We called back the they said they was busy the next 2 weeks bring it back then. Then the manager called and said we can fix it for 1200 bucks. We told him we didn't have no problem till they went in and messed with the electicial. We not paying cause y'all messed up. After a whole day of going back and forth they kept the car 5 more days saying they would right their wrong. We finally got the car back and boom 45 mins later that heat turns on and itsgoingcrazy now they won't return our calls so I had to hire a lawyer. Avoid this place. Save yourself some trouble..Service: Electrical

I had been going to this service provider for years. But in the winter of 2020 I came in to get a throttle body cleaned, and the guy said that wasn't possible, the replacement part was close to $8,000. I purchased another car... only to find my car online for sale with the description stating that they CLEANED THE THROTTLE BODY. Once happy with my new car purchase... I felt rather duped and manipulated a week later reading their website.Strike One.New service technician changed my oil, but left the oil cap off the car and the latch that opened the hood fell off the car so I couldn't get it open to fix it myself. Car smelled of oil the whole ride home. Not only do they not accept oil change appointments after 3:30pm (do you really have to miss work for an oil change these days?) but the mistakes are pretty disappointing.Strike two.They read my check engine light code incorrectly and that caused me to drop the car off twice and go without a vehicle for two different days. My poor 70+ year old grandfather transported me back and forth to drop off and pick up my car when all they had to do was reset the light the first time.Strike three. I found a different shop and am going there from now on. I'm also done with Fords after this car.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
