Beth, Robert and Travis are all very nice and professional. They did a wonderful job communicating the timeline of the repair and stuck to it. The damaged wheel, fender, and passenger door have no signs of anything wrong. Everything is as good as new. Working with them made a bad situation a little brighter.

If you need any bodywork/collision repair George Coleman Ford Collision is where you need to go. They make you feel like family. They make you feel like they are going to take care of you and their repair work is top notch. Beth would call and keep me informed of where they were on my repair and Robert Hall was excellent. He explained everything that they were going to repair. The staff I dealt with were professional and helpful.

This place was an absolute gift to my wife and I during a very difficult situation. They were patient and determined and sympathetic and WOULD NOT STOP until my car was fixed. They even gave it a wash before I picked it up, and they were nice enough to cut us a break on the bill.I cannot recommend this place enough. You can trust them.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Travis Rosselli and his staff. They went WAY ABOVE taking care of customers! My insurance company set up for me to get a rental car from the Enterprise branch at their location. When my ride ( the tow truck driver) dropped me off I found out the branch was only open from 9am- 12. My heart dropped as I saw the sign they were closed. Travis saw me and asked if he could help me. I explained the situation and he could see I didn t know what to do. He kindly said for me to take a seat and he contacted the nearest enterprise car rental. He made sure they had a vehicle and even had one of his staff give me a ride there. I am so grateful for him making sure I was taken care of even thought I really wasn t his customer! While riding in the car I was talking with 2 of his staff they stated he is GREAT to work for! They said they were like a team and everyone helps out where they can. If I ever need collusion work I will most definitely see Travis and his Staff! Travis took care of me and my vehicle in a decent time frame. 2 weeks after picking up my vehicle from the body work they did after hitting a hog, I noticed my tire was low and was concerned about why the tire pressure light didn't come on. They were about to close, but Jay still took my car back to check on tire. He noticed a nail and took his time to put a plug in for me even though it wasn't his responsibility to at closing time!! I didn't even have to ask!! They have really impressed me with their customer service and care they put into my vehicle and ensuring my vehicle was safe to drive! Travis Roselli is the man!, He was straight forward, honest and helped advocate towards a resolution with my insurance company. If you need body work/collision repair this is the place to go. Will definitely be back if I ever need any work done.
