Brandon and the sales manager Brad Lewis worked with me for literally hours to make a very difficult deal happen but he was determined to make it happen. In the end I wound up with the car I loved at the price I wanted. In the end they went lower on their car than any other dealership within 200 miles and gave me more for my trade also.I was very tired and irritable due to the fact that I work third shift and any time after 1:00 p.m. I'm pretty much useless. Nevertheless my wonderful salesman Brandon kept at and got Brad Lewis involved to make sure my deal happened the exact way I wanted it. These folks at the dealership are absolutely wonderful!On top of that 2 days later I noticed some warping on the car near the gas cap due to an aftermarket part that a previous owner put there and Brad once again stepped up and agreed to have his Dent guy take care of it if needed. When most dealerships would have told me look dude it's your car now your SOL. It was well worth the long drive down from North Carolina.This was just my experience and I highly recommend buy your next vehicle from these folks!UPDATE: I had some paperwork issues and Lee has also been amazing to work with she got everything handled in an extremely fast and communicative manner. Keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Most of the issues were caused by my bank but she helped get it straightened out.

We recently purchased a new to me Ford Bronco at George Coleman Ford in Travelers Rest, SC. Chase Rathbone was our salesman and he was so helpful. He made sure everything was just right. He is a man of his word and followed up on everything he told us would be done. We were well taken care of at George Coleman Ford and would highly recommend buying from them. I love my new Bronco and get so many compliments on it.

My salesman Chase was wonderful to work with. Came in on his day off to help me and my wife look at and purchase an explorer.Small communication issue with financing but nothing to worry about.Fixed a huge rust spot for us and it looks great.

I live 4hrs away from this dealership but I was able to communicate very easy with them and they were all so helpful throughout the whole process, Chase was my sales rep and he was so easy to work with and helped me get a great deal on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and also delivered it for me! Such a smooth, easy process!Highly recommend George Coleman Ford!

Thank you Brandon Vaughan for a great experience. We were in the market for a truck for our 16 year old and had been to many dealerships over the last 2 weeks with no success. We found this truck before there were even any pictures posted and Brandon made sure to send me photos while it was still being detailed and kept in contact with me up until the moment we arrived. Needless to say we walked away with the truck and a VERY HAPPY Teenager!

I had a very pleasant experience with sales consultant Chase Rathbone at George Coleman Ford in Travelers Rest. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had many questions about the vehicle we were interested in and financing options. He answered all of my questions and made my husband and I feel very comfortable about our options. He was also not pushy when it came to selling us a car which is much appreciated. We showed up 15 minutes before closing time and he was still friendly and still took the time to help us. Gerald Jordan helped us with financing and was very pleasant to work with as well. I highly recommend these two people to work with when purchasing your vehicle.

This place absolutely changed my mind about car dealerships. I was able to purchase my vehicle with basically no stress, no sour/pushy negotiating, and had a wonderful experience along the way. Randy has easily been the best salesman I've worked with in a purchasing situation. These guys are rock solid and will take care of you. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars, but unfortunately there are only 5 on Google Reviews.

I purchased a 2017 Nissa Altima from the dealership a few days ago and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car. Let me start off by saying if you want to deal with the best of the best car dealerships then shop here. I bought a used Honda CRV from here almost two years ago, it been a great car I also purchased a extended warranty on the car hoping to never use it but I had to make a claim on the warranty. You hear of horror stories of warranty claims not being honored bust rest assured if you purchase your car from George Coleman Ford it will be covered, thanks for being a honest dealership to purchase my car through. Another plus about George Coleman Ford is they make you feel like family always checking up to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase, when it time to purchase another car or truck I will definitely give Coleman Ford a look, from my salesman Mr Randy Looper to the financial team it was a great experience and a pleasure to due business with you. Thanks Again!

I can t say enough positive things about this dealership and the assistance I got from Cole Smith. Just closed on my brand new 2023 F150 lightning this past weekend. The entire staff here is courteous, professional, and really make you feel at ease, and like family whenever you do business here. I ll be going back for any vehicle needs in the future, and I highly recommend that you do the same. THIS is what customer service is all about.

The easiest buying process I ve ever had and the atmosphere is nothing short of walking into a caring and welcoming family gathering. We purchased a used Expedition a month ago and couldn't be happier with our experience! After the sale was complete, we had a small issue that we didn't see and it wasn't the type of thing the dealership should have noticed either. I called, they had me bring it in and took great care of us. James Occhuizzo was great to work with as well as Gerald Jordan. Great folks!! We will definitely be coming back for our next vehicle and are referring everyone we can!

My wife and we're negotiating a F150 at Burns Ford in York, SC. The truck we wanted listed for ~$65,500 and we offered $60,000 out the door. Danny, the sales manager said the best they could do was $63,500, otherwise Burns Ford would be losing money. We found essentially the same truck, very similar MSRP at George Coleman Ford listed for $57,800. I called and asked "what's the catch?" There was no catch. We bought it as listed on their web site. This included their document fee of $225 which is a whopping $599(?) at Burns Ford of York SC. Our salesman Not Garland was very good. Travel to Travelers Rest and save some cash

Went to "battle" it out and try to find me a vehicle that I'd be happy with. From the moment I arrived, to the instant I left, I felt like more than a customer. I felt like family. I got honest opinions on important matters and never felt pushed into anything. Mr. Randy Looper was my sales consultant and went above and beyond what I expected. I left with a new to me vehicle, a new pen and a new pair of socks ! "Don't forget to ask for your socks"!!!!

Unfortunily, we were unable to make a deal work, since I lived about 4 hours away. But the sales person I was working with, Cole, went above and behind to try to make things work and make me feel as comfortable as possible making a remote purchase. He was very upfront and transparent about everything. Never felt like he was trying to "get one over me" so to speak, like most other dealerships. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Man I can t say enough good things about this place. Randy is a phenomenal and genuine man who truly Cares about his customers. I have never been to a car dealership where I didn t feel like I was being swindled. I assure you that does not happen here. If you choose to buy for George Coleman Ford you can rest easy that you will be treated fairly and like family. I m so happy i decided to purchase a car here and I honestly feel like a made a genuine friend in the process! Call Randy he s the man!

I had the pleasure of working with Randy during the purchase of our car. We stopped by to look at something that wasn t an exact match for what we wanted. Randy advised of us of more vehicles coming in closer to what we wanted, and that he would call when they arrived. One of the vehicles that came in was exactly what we wanted and needed. Randy was excellent throughout the entire shopping experience, and his years in the business showed. Randy was fair throughout the entire process, concisely communicated, trustworthy, and followed up as he said he would. Customer service was the best I ve ever had during a car purchase experience. Gerald in the financing department was also exceptional. He made the closing purchase of the vehicle quick and painless! If you are looking for a family oriented, trustworthy dealership with phenomenal customer services from start to finish then I highly recommend Georgecoleman Ford! They will be our first stop for any future car purchases even though its an hour away! Thank you Randy and Gerald for such an exceptional shopping experience for me and my family.

This visit is probably the best visit I've had in the 2 years I've had my vehicle. The service department employees were ALL very polite, helpful and efficient and I got my vehicle back in 45 min. Recent visits I waited for over and hour and all I have ever had done was an oil change and tire rotation. Very pleased this trip.

Absolutely loved doing businesses with George Colman Ford. My husband and I placed an order for a Bronco and Chase R. has been phenomenal during the entire process. I love my 23 Bronco!! I highly recommend working with Chase R.! It was a great experience!

Randy was very nice, responsive and knowledgeable. Ultimately I ended up going with a different vehicle on a deal that I couldn t refuse but I would definitely shop for a vehicle at this dealership in the future!

First and foremost I want to thank Joe for the wonderful experience helping me buy my bronco sport. He is the absolute best and have so much patience with first time car buyers. We were so happy with the service we received at George Coleman Ford. We had a long day of car shopping with two babies in tow, and the staff was unbelievably friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I inquired on their website about the car we ended up purchasing and Doug responded to me quickly to set up a time to come to the dealership. We met Chase when we arrived and he couldn't have been more helpful and patient, as our little ones were less than cooperative throughout the process. He was quick to answer our questions and we were able to make a deal. Gerald went through the purchasing process efficiently and I was in and out with my new (to me) car in no time. Would highly recommend this dealership and team for future car purchases and will certainly keep an eye on their inventory when we're in the market for another new vehicle!

Can t say enough good things about this dealership. First off, Patrick Langley is one of the best sales people I have ever done business with. He called me immediately upon submitting my build online and I knew from day 1, this is who I wanted to buy a car from. From idea to delivery he helped set expectations, communicated when he had new info, and provided a world class delivery experience. Also big thanks to Doug Taylor who helped with my online build and price experience and Gerald Jordan who lined up financials. These guys do business the right way, no hidden fees, no gimmicks, straight up and down. George Coleman is hands down my preferred dealer going forward. The culture here is uncommon and you should experience it for yourself!

This place is an honest dealership. Brand new mustang on the lot at MSRP without me asking for it. Carlos is very kind and never lost his patience trying to negotiate a few options, and even when i went to look at other cars, he was kind; i ve had experience where other car sales man gives you a guilty trip when you leave the dealership, and all these upmarks are ridiculous and unethical. I m proud to have bought my car here and plan on getting my dad s dream truck here, even if i move states. Managaer was kind too and did not try to force gap or extended warranty when i asked i wanted the car as is. No pressure and no bs. Please go to this dealership if you are tired of unethical dealers. Also, i only paid the tax (about 500) and plate (about 65); Nothing else was charged like, dealership fees. Thank you for the honest and professional experience. You folks will definitely see me again in the future!
