I ve always gone to Auto Zone and they ve been great but today they went above and beyond. I took my Honda trike to get a battery which I thought was the problem. Jonathan tested it and said it was fine. Went to get on it and it would not start. Jonathan took his time, cleaned the cables as there was corrosion to see if that would help. To make a long story short after about 15 minutes he had me up and running at no charge. I would recommend to anyone that has a car issue or needs supplies to go to this store. Customer service is their middle name.

I recently has a disappointing experience with an employee at the Travelers Rest location. Not only did they fail to assist me whenI needed help, but he mad matters worse by following me around the store, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was frustrating to not receive the support I needed and to feel like I was being watched rather than assisted. Overall, the lack of of helpfulness and the intrusive behavior left me with a negative impression of the store's customer service. After all this I made a purchase, because I had to replace my headlights. I was asked if I had a number in with them, and I gave my number and he asked if I were Sam. I stated no and he refused to input my information with my number.

What a good experience! I had suspected my battery was bad in my car. Jonathan greeted me as I walked in the door, heard my situation and recommended we test the battery first. Sure enough- it needed replaced. Recommendations were given on which battery to purchase, and he even installed it for me as I waited. Top notch service!

Best customer service ever!!! The store manager Jennifer worked magic by calling around to get me parts and a mechanic to help fix my car. Also Sammie, the parts manager was quick to help with battery change out and warranty. I am truly impress with how much they go above and beyond to take care of everyday customers. I was able to get care fix and get my family safely back home 3hrs away.

Thank you to Jennifer (Manager) and Brenden!!A bad day had turned Into an even worse evening after my car battery died. Hoping that was all it was, I rushed to AutoZone in TR, barely making it in the door before they closed. I was greeted with a smile and Jennifer helped me immediately. After testing my battery, she went above and beyond helping me find an appropriately priced option for replacement. Brenden got right to work and had me back on the road a mere 4 minutes after close.I can't express how much I appreciated the kindness and unparalleled customer service. Y'all saved my night!

It's pretty good! Some staff is super great and helpful, some less so. Always groan internally as a woman going into an auto store, never had a misogynistic experience here! So, it's my go-to. The store is clean and I always get in an out quickly.

I went into this store today August 17th thinking I needed a new battery. I asked the assist parts manager if he could assist and run a check on the battery. He did perform the check with a little reluctance. The check came back showing I had a bad battery. He showed me the test and I confirmed. I asked if they would do the installation and disposal of the old battery thinking this was a service they provided. He looked at me and basically said not all the time do we do this. I kindly thanked him for his time and test and drove down the street to Advance Auto Parts where I gladly purchased the most expensive Die Hard Battery which they gladly installed without question. Customer service is for sure a lost art here at this store in Travelers Rest.

I came into the Simpsonville store looking for some ignition wiring for a small engine repair. Really this is a part that isn't stocked much inside these type of stores anymore. Anyway, Ryan was down from the Traveler's Rest store and actually had a clue about what I was looking for. He took the time to find the wires that I was looking in the back of the stock area. Now these aren't very expensive wires. But they are what I was looking for and needed sooner rather than later. Ryan really distinguished himself by remembering where these wires were and what they could be used for. I could tell he really takes the time, thought and care to help a customer out if he can. I was impressed by his dedication. I hope AutoZone continues to hire and employ people like Ryan. They are few and far between these days. Thank you!

Went in and bought new windshield wipers. The associate looked up my car in. The system and sold me whatever it recommended. Ended up being wrong for whatever reason so they had to do an exchange for ones that would work. The correct ones totalled $5 cheaper. They refused to give me my money back and instead gave me a gift card.I have a gift card I will never use because I will now pay more somewhere else. Anybody win a $5 gift card to a store that is not worth shopping at?

I had a great customer experience at Suto Zone Travelers Rest SC.I went in looking for a Cabin Sir Filter. I was helped by the Store Manager Daniel.He researched the product specifications for my vehicle and then assisted me in how it s installed.It was a very difficult for me to access the housing for it so he took the time and installed it for me.In my opinion that is TOP NOTCH service. Daniel deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond with customer serviceAuto Azine Travelers Rest has my business and recommendation.SincerelyRose

It was great, The guy did a great job trying to match a tore up lawnmower belt while the other gentleman was talking and answering my questions I had about other topics on a car I own. I would definitely recommend AutoZone in Travelers Rest to anyone that would ask.

1 star because the person in charge can not handle pressure. He was dropping F bombs left and right and in front of my kids. My expectations were not high going in but in front of kids. Come on man.

These guys are always very helpful. I've never been in the store when they didn't ha e what I needed. They are quick to issue remaining rebates on batteries and knowledgeable about auto electrical systems.

Worst parts store ever. We had a problem with a car,come to this store to buy tools and parts. No help was provided, no tools, no parts. Even a simple electric socket doesn't provided. Very ugly personal.Ugly place. Never will come again to any AutoZone branch. No customers service, nothing.

Bought brake pads in the clips that came with it we're wrong so went back and they couldn't fix it but they could sell me the clips extra. Then bought a rotor and it was the wrong size said it was the only one that called for and then looked online and it calls for a different one the correct one

Had to get a valve cover gasket set for my Honda couldn't put it on last night because it got to late. So I disconnected everything from my valve cover and took out all bolts so o could finish it up quick in the morning here it is 7 in the morning and one of the seals that goes around the spark plug tube is torn and I am unable to use it. I'm a locksmith and I have an appointment at 8 and another one at 9 and the store doesn't open until 9THANKS Auto zone I will never go into the T.R. Store again or any other one for that matterI have to rate them 1 star just to post this but they really get no stars from me

Not very knowledgeable. I asked several types of questions and the clerk didn't have an answer for a single one. He didn't appear to be a new employee but he couldn't answer the simplest thing. I'd rather drive a mile down the road to Advanced Auto than have my time and possibly my money waisted by buying the wrong thing at this Auto Zone.
