I got shutdown by a Dot officer and was placed out of service for air line and a air leak and a tractor protection Valve . Adam came out within the hr , had me follow him to his shop and he ordered all my parts went got them and came back and repair all my issues within an hr !!!!! I was up and running and am able to safely operate my truck I am extremely pleased and Will definitely come back for anything that I need done !! Definitely would recommend to anyone needing service !!!

I ve started this review 4 times already but let s be honest the SC Highway Patrol employed them, $251 tow, $40 storage starts immediately. 3 hours later $291 out the door. No price cut, No nothing. I need to quit getting my vehicle towed or get one of them self driving cars and as soon as I tell it it s getting towed it drives straight to the scrap yard and scraps itself. I m tired of paying this ridiculous amount for a tow. 5 Stars for being good at what they do I suppose..

I wouldn't recommend this company at all.!.. The manager is rude and has no people skills what so ever. They lie and overcharge to release a vehicle.!!! Check before go there!!! Safe you time and money!!! Just read what people received there and it only words ...... thanks be safe everyone!!!!!

I had a wreck on the 17th of March and I was given the run around about getting my tag. This company is being ran by a human that has absolutely no idea what he's doing. Save your rime and money and go else where.

Shady business employing deceptive tactics. Stealing labor hours on the invoices and doing the repairs in the most expensive ways possible, WITHOUT APPROVALS or any sort of communication. The industry is big enough to stay away from players like this. I don't know what our afterhours was thinking calling someone with 2.5 review grade in the first place lolWell, BBB is notified, and they will only take action if enough reports for an entity are filed, so do your diligence and let's clean up these misbegotten enterprises.

I got water in my diesel fuel in my 2018 Ram pickup in McCormick SC. C & M was dispatched by Chrysler roadsideAssistance. Adam arrived and repaired my truck and got me back on the road. He even called me twice to make sure everything was okay. Adam bent over backwards to help me and I will be forever grateful. THANK YOU

WISH ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION BECAUSE THATS WHAT THEY RE WORTH. They are liars and they steal. They turn a 1 hour job into 7 hours. They say they got part at their shop but really don t and they ll tell you that once they take your old part off and the truck can t move, they charge 200$ a hour which is outrageous in itself. They are rude and their own worker said our bill was highway robbery. Avoid this company if possible, you ll thank me later. You re better off with roadside service. I had the same thing done 120 miles away by roadside and cost me 800$ less than what they charged me. They also charge you more for the part than what they bought it for, 5 times more. I don t know how this company is still in business. Will be filing a complaint with BBB and will be hiring a lawyer.

I do not recommend this company for anything. They lie about certain situations and they don't know how to leave the personal life at work. The manager Tommy is a rude sob and doesn't know how to treat his customers or employees

Not very smart to drive recklessly and tailgate drivers while you re in the company tow truck. Your driver was speeding, weaving left and right all over the road through traffic like they weren t dragging a long tow bed behind them. I wouldn t trust these guys to tow my car safely if that s how they drive.

Avoid, if it s possible, way too expensive, even if you are going to the shop . Charged me $ 633 to replace a brake chamber on trailer compared to a different shop where I paid $190 for the same job ( had the same problem 2 days later to a different wheel, still on the trailer)

Do NOT go to them they will lie and over charge you like crazy. This man lied to me and told me 200 dollars a hour. They charge me $2400 for 2 hour job they told me water pump and coolant was $1100 dollars lol when I asked for receipt they told me they don t have and they never keep receipts. Keep in mind ICalled where they got the part and it was 285 dollars. They hold my truck hostage for 8 hours till it was paid. They kept us there for 10 hours almost. Worse people ever in business I have been doing this for 10 plus years never never had wores than them. I repeat do not go to them. They will lie and over charge you

I wish I could give them a 0 I had a truck/trailer towed and they charged $14,000 dollars for the oil clean up and we couldn't get our equipment till paid. I have been in this business forever and have never been ripped off like this. They said they sent 5 men to drop oil dry and sweep charging $200 dollars per man per hour. Disgusting how people such as this are able to stay in business. DO NOT USE THEM!! And tell others I work for a large reputable company and this treatment is ridiculous.

If I could rate 0 stars I would because that is what they deserve! Rude to customers and drivers, Liars and thieves. The first price was 2,000 after asking if they really thought that was fair they charged 2,300 for a 30 min job and one $280 part.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would as well. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I WILL ALSO BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB! Rediculously high rate as another review stated of $200 hour/40 minutes of actual work to install 2 air bags, our driver timed him, and a part that cost $250 and $135 for them to pick it up as if it was in another city! We left with a $1000 bill for a $650 max job by a roadside service and we were at the actual shop. Been in this business and done enough repairs to know this was a rip off! Also my husband was told on the phone they didn't care about Google reviews! Not concerned at all. It's not coincidence at least 10 people have the exact same complaint as mine! I dont care what the "owner" says they are simply ripping people off! You reap everything you sow!

This company is garbage. They was 3 hrs late and then charged me 535.00 with 400.00 being a labor charge. And they ain t do nothing. Driver told me 535.00, then went in truck called my dispatch and said 635.00. Stay away from this company.

Please have your driver(s) read the fine print before authorizing repair work. They will charge a flat rate of $200 per hour for labor...even for simple work. I have been in logistics for 6 years and I have never heard of an amount as that. If you can, please use another business for repairs as it will be cheaper for you.

i would rather gave there "0"...the worst service ever.i call out for a tire service, the time request was 1:02 SCtime, service guy reach to my driver at 1:30, and finished service by 2:15. they charged 3hrs, are you Money hooker i called , you said port to port. well, 18miles how you gonna calculate for 3hrs??? dude???you charged 200/hr for labor, thats already ridiculers.i wish all the drivers who got bad service all go dispute his service.once too many dispute, the bank will believe how bad service they have!!!!!!Service: Tires

Disgusting place! not competent people work: first they call one amount of repairs, then they say another (4 times more)! they take a very long time to repair, I had to live in a hotel and spend a lot of time waiting while a small breakdown was repaired. demanded to transfer money via zelle. If I were the tax office, I would look after them. so honest business don't do guys! you want to cash in on simple hard working truckers as they have no choice of where to repair their car on the road!

Came in to have my truck looked at for dual amber check engine lights. Glad to have the promptness and knowledge that was provided to me. I checked around the area for the best place with a quick turn around, and short wait. C&M was ready when I walked in the door. Most all the local dealers are setting on a 2-3 week wait. I needed to get down the road, so it was refreshing to see the crew spend extra hours after the shop closed to run for parts, and do there best to have my truck making money and back on the road. When your trucking, sitting obviously isn t a money making business. I appreciate these guys and the work done. Also shop and lobby were well kept, so hanging around wasn t rough either.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

the worst service in the united states!!!! unprofessional staff! did the wrong job at a very high price. this work had to be redone in another car service. incompetent workers, I do not recommend anyone to ever deal with them.

WORST SERVICE EVER ! we called them regarding a trailer tire they gave us a price , when the driver arrived they asked for $300 over for service when they gave us a different rate over the phone with all service included, they try to take advance on our Spanish speaker . DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCKS/TRAILERS FOR REPAIRS HERE OR THEY WILL TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY.

contacted this company and regretted it. I had to pay a lot of money for minor repairs, disgusting, the service is worse than in Mexico, the quality of the work performed does not match the price list, I do not recommend contacting this service! scammers!

I needed to be towed. Glenn called me right away once my insurance filed a claim. He arrived when he told me he would. Very professional and courteous. Great story teller too.

false advertising.They claim they located in georgia but when we received bill they said they mechanic came from south carolina 1.5 h away.they charged us for port to port hours so total bill to replace airbag was $2149. most expensive repair i had in 20 years !!!!I wish i read reviews before i called themService: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

We wanted to keep out business local. But these people can t even get to work on time to even do a job. It was something minor. We dropped truck off at 12 noon on Thursday and told them we had to have it back by closing on Friday. They told us no problem. Went by Friday morning to see how it was progressing. Mind you we were there at 10 a.m to check on progress. No one had shown up for work but one person and that person was asleep on the couch. Get a call at 1:15 in the afternoon and they said they couldn t do the work. Still charged us over $100 for them to do nothing.

When I called I told them we need a new starter, waited 2 hours for the tech guy, he finally showed up without a starter; took 20 min to crank the truck in 'cold start'; INVOICE-$365-stating 2 hours for labor. really fixing nothing??? plus $95 a service call. These guys have no shame. I think if they just told me that it'll cost me that much to keep me going I would feel much better. BLOOD SUCKERS!!!

**Correction: The work was terrible and the leaf springs fell out a few days later. Could have caused a fatal accident. We are in the process of legal action to get a refund. Stay away!**They charged 18 hours at $135 per hour for leaf spring replacement for a step van. This is about double what it should be. Also they did not answer the phone so we had a hard time communicating for pick up.I will say the work was done right from what we can tell so far and finally they did communicate for pick up. But we were still highly ripped off and will not do anymore business with them.

August 11, 2022 I-85 South Carolina Suv engine died. State Farm sent them to take us to local car shop! Amazing driver, honorable marine corp retiree gave us great advice & checked on us after drop off.
