Honestly I was referred to MeanStreet in Greer by a friend, but when I walked in there I looked around and sat for almost 20 minutes and no one acknowledged me so I bounced.Got in my car and googled the nearest audio store and Serna popped up. I walked in and was immediately greeted with all smiles by everyone.!! Everyone was very knowledgeable. I told them what I wanted and they bundled everything for me. I agree with the other person about getting it cheaper somewhere else but I'll pay for things to be done correctly. And my equipment has a warranty. Annndd they installed everything right then and there!! Wasn't expecting same day service. Definitely was a plus! The Lady of the House was just as amazing as the guys!! I recommend Serna Car Audio!!!

They did a great job on repairing my audio system. They took me in the same day & had me fixed & ready in about 35-40 mins. Great customer service. I took my vehicle to the dealership & they had it a full day & couldn't find the problem. But Serna Audio found it in about 15 mins.

Terrible if you re speaker breaks they ll blame it on you, my sub woofer was receiving 200 watts and it blew the max rating for the kickers is way more than that. They blamed it on me WONT RECOMMED TERRIBLE!!!

Installed a dual 10 subwoofer and amplifier in my 2019 Genesis G70 several months ago. I probably could have paid a little less elsewhere, but I felt I could trust Serna Audio to do a good job. They worked quickly and met my expectations. I recommend Serna.

These guys are awesome. Very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I definitely will go back to them. They asked me for the description of my car when I got there, they have everything ready and waiting for me to showed and suggested me the best stereo fitting my needs. Very Impressed with the service and quality of their job.

Would NOT recommend, had to take the truck back twice because they broke the faceplate around the radio and slapped some superglue on it, guess they didn t think we would notice then failed to install the replacement properly. It does not sound good but will not go back to purchase speakers and have installed since they said the radio was the problem (not speakers) in the first place.

Horrible. I tried giving them business. Wanted to purchase remote starter but was asking if someone could troubleshoot why my radio wasn t tuning stations. She insisted I needed to change the long metal antenna on the outside of my car first then come back. How can they not know mosey newer cars don t have that anymore. Tried explaining this and she brushed me off. WOW

Sold me faulty speaker and blew within a month,poor customer service,certified dealer but was refusing to give me my receipt,was speaking trash in a foreign language thinkin we wouldnt understand they we where saying.

Had them install an 10in kicker sub/amp kit in my RAV4 the other day everything is super clean no wires are showing and you couldn t even tell they re was an sub in loved the professional work done and their prices beat any other audio shop I d definitely recommend to any friends as they re work is super good and they re very knowledgeable on their craft

I came 2 years ago to get new speakers and a radio and it came out perfect. Had an Infinity I30 and just got a Kia forte and they switched the installation from one car to another. No problems at all and really professional work, even got new speakers when I was at it too. They even helped me fix my window motor just to help out. I recommend this place and very satisfied with their work.

Went in to get a quote and 40 minutes later left with 4 new speakers installed. Super friendly, great pricing and lots of options. Will definitely be back for other vehicles.

I came today to get my car re wire with 1/0 OFC and had my amp removed from under my seat and these people do a very good job!

Poor service. These guys don t really know what they are doing. I simply needed a radio adapter plug and these guys barely understood what I needed. I even provided them a part number and it took them 20 min to figure out they didn t have it. Buyer beware. I d be concerned about the quality of work this place can produce.

People were very friendly and the installation appears to be good. They even shared some Colombian bread with me! But, they bait and switched me with cheap speakers. The day prior to installation, we discussed front speakers and tweeters around $100 for each set, and settled on a "less than $400" price, which I thought was fair. Half equipment and half installation, give or take. Come to find out, they installed $50 front speakers and $30 tweeters, than charged me $430. Had I known they were installing less than $100 of equipment for $430, I would have passed. BEWARE and make sure you know exactly what is being installed prior to installation and pricing.

I Just got my Kenwood stereo put in my Pick up truck with Serna Car Audio. They were very Respectful and Proffessional with the installation, as soon as I got there they did the Job correctly In minutes. I will come back again and I recommend this place to all customers. It was fast and easy. I am very happy and proud of their job. Thank you Serna Car Audio!

Friendly, helpful staff. Only place I could find same-day installation. Good pricing. From what I saw, most installations are completed within 90 minutes of puchase. Did a very good job on my car, wires are not visible and the sound is high quality with no distortion. Highly recommend.

We get vehicles needing car audio work all the time. Probably buy 3 or 4 car audio, nav and cam repairs a month. We usually take to Rogers Stereo who also has great service. These guys were new and right down the street so thought I would try them out. Stopped in to introduce myself and I asked a stereo hookup question. This was a simple generic question anyone who does this could easily answer. I know businesses can't give away their wares for free. The person I spoke with would not answer my question because I hadn't bought from them. She was rude and had absolutely no interest in helping even when I explained who I was and what the question was about. I called Rogers, they answered my question on the phone. Take it for what its worth, that was my experience here.

Came in to get a broken touchscreen radio fixed, ended up leaving with a fixed touchscreen and new speakers! Very quick work, very good prices, and very nice people! :)

Hands down amazing service. Very talented and knowledgeable team! They installed new speakers throughout my entire 2019 Silverado as well as a 12in subwoofer and I couldn t be more happier! I highly recommend Serna Audio to anyone thinking of upgrading their car audio.

This man Harris is a mastermind expert at his craft. wish I would have found him decades ago. I had him to install a amp and some subs and wow!!! Awesome job!. However, I wanted more, so he pointed me top the right box for my subs and wow outstanding job. He even fixed what another audio shop done wrong years ago. This Man Harris and his lovely wife is a dynamic duo. I will be going back next week. Great guy he is..

Best auto audio shop in Greenville and has a variety of products for any car audio need you might have. All jobs I ve gotten done through them have come out with professional quality and with unbeatable prices. I would recommend this shop to anyone getting anything audio done to your car big or small they will take care of you even if your into competition audio they got you covered trust me this is definitely the place to go.

I went to add a better sound system at another location it ended up being about the same if not worse. I heard about Serna and they fixed the highs and I went ahead and got some new bass with really good quality , this week I brought my boat in and added some monster speakers , I really recommend this guy he knows exactly what you need and is ready to help.

Shout out to Serna audio they installed a complete sound system in my 08 Dodge Ram and they did a damn good job but what I love most about them is they are completely honest with you when I find me a Tahoe or a suburban for the right price I will be going back to have them do another installation for me. You guys should open up another location in Anderson and nothing but love and respect to the whole staff at Serna audio SALUTE 100
