Just bought a car from here. It was a smooth transition. I m excited to get to know the new used car. He made my life easier by registering it for me Saved me a trip to the DMV! So far the check engine light & change oil soon lights are on . Not good but still driving ok

One of the best used car lots in the area if you're looking for a nice cash car! It's my second time buying a car from Planet Cars and I've had a great experience each time. The first car I bought was back in 2022 and it's still running strong with no issues. I've been very pleased with that purchase, so I decided it would be the first place I'd check out after deciding to buy another vehicle. It ended up being the only place I checked out. Always friendly service and the prices are great. I'll definitely purchase a car from Planet Cars the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. I recommend checking them out if you're looking for car.

I bought a BMW 750Li from here and they are the scummiest people ever. I was letting the car warm up literally 5 minutes after signing the papers the car started smoking. All the while I hadn't even left the lot, I then called one of them and they said it's because it was sitting in storage. I then said I don't even want this anymore and since I haven't even left the lot can I just take my money back and you guys keep the car and they said it's sold as is. Do not buy from here because chances are It's going to break and you're going to be out of a car. If I could rate these people lower than a star I would and I think they should go out of business.

Bought a car from them, car needs windshield and front bumper, that's fine.. the next day all tires pop expect one and oil is leaking everywhere and won't crank. Seller says you get what you pay for and blocks me. It's only been two days I'll post the outcome when I reach out to someone who can help with a 30 day law. You can't intentionally sale dangerous cars or lemons.

I bought an 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7. I went and within 20 minutes found a car the Jeep, and had the deal done and on my way. Amazing pricing and service was out of this world amazing. Treated us like family, had my 3 kids with me and they were awesome to them. Made sure car was all warmed up when we got ready to leave. If ever needing another vehicle we will be back. Thank you Ahmed so very much.

Just wanna say thank you deeply for being a honest salesman I went to look at a car here that I seen on Marketplace upon arriving I was greeted with a smile and he took me to the car I had seen upon me checking that car out he said well I have a later model in the back you might like he took me and my son in law to check it out I did like that one better so he decided to let my son test drive it. When they returned my son noticed that it had begin to smoke a lil so he brung it to Ahmed attention he went and took a look at it discovered the issue and assured me that if I really wanted the car that he would fix the problem which was a cracked valve cover (gasket) problem he did let us know upfront that the car had been sitting and that to his knowledge he only knew it needed some brakes and window switch but he GLADLY told me to leave it and he would get it checked out and fixed whatever needed to be fixed! And he did exactly what he said he would and it ended up costing more than what he could physically see with his eyes and he didn t go up on the the price of the vehicle at all he called me the next day to let me know it was ready we checked it out he showed us the parts and everything that was done we closed the deal and that was that!!!! I can honestly say he was a man of his word! Took my daughter to see him a few days later and he let her look at a few cars and let her know what was done to the cars and what needed to be done to em before she decided to choose anything! So don t always go by what you read go check them out yourself!!!!!! Signed a satisfied Customer

Bought a car from them & we test drove it & it was fine. They had to fix the Air !! There have been Issues & I mean alot issues with the car that is costing us a lot of $$$... They blocked my husband on FB and that is fishy enough

DO NOT COME HERE!! went here and test drove a 2013 kia optima with a bad wheel bearing and needed a paint job and the check engine light was on. Joe agreed to fix all of this before taking our $500 deposit we returned the next week to get the car after getting a call saying it was ready. nothing that we agreed on had been done besides the paint and it was a terrible cover up (looked like shoe polish). Joe and his sales partner refused to give us our deposit back and fix everything in our agreement. Joe hung up in our face and now they won t answer our calls. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! very dishonest people.

My aunt and grandparents called me from this location today to ask me to look into a vehicle on the lot they were interested in. They were told two owners and no accidents, with the employee at the dealership being the second owner. Most auto sale companies have their inventory listed with free carfax reports. Was immediately suspicious when this place did not. Googled the vin number and became more suspicious when I saw the last sale was in May for about 12k and now Planet Cars was selling for 4K. Paid out of pocket for the carfax report. Four owners, two accidents 7/2023 and 8/2023, car recently bought at auction. Good job trying to scam my family but luckily they have people looking out for them. Clearly dishonest. If you are considering buying a car from here, do your due diligence.

ABSOLUTE SCUMBAG.Knowingly sold my sister a car (2011 GMC Acadia) with a junk motor. Less than 12 hours after she bought it, it wouldn t start. Finally got it to start after an hour and a half. Then it would barely go. Finally got it to a auto shop to have the codes read. Two pages of codes came up. One of which is the p0008 code timing is off and essentially cannot be fixed. He blocked her and won t help her at all! My husband tried to call to talk to him and he blocked his phone number after hanging up on him. My sister is a single mom to 3 kids 4 and under. He knew this and still sold her this car. Putting her and her children in danger.THIS GUY IS A CROOK. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM.

I came last minute with no hope in finding a car until I found this place , I bought a 2017 Cruze and it was the best thing I ve seen all day , everything works , it was a minor issue but he got that fix for me and I left in a brand new used car ! Price was great the ride is everything

My husband just purchased a Toyota minivan here and we got a great deal!!!! The vehicle was clean and in excellent condition. The owner was so helpful , he even gave us a discount. I would definitely be coming back for my next purchase and I highly recommend them for your next car.

Planet Cars of Taylors Auto Sales LLC sold me a car with a bad transmission that i specifically asked about before purchasing May 9th. The mechanic it was taken to said there is no way they didn t know the car had a bad transmission. I am a single mother that was looking for a reliable vehicle and did not get that. Did I mention being disabled and having numerous appointments I need to get to. They have not tried to resolve the issue and very relentless. Please save your time and money, and take business elsewhere. If you expect genuine, sincere, trustworthy and honesty about a vehicle, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO! You will Thank me later!

Stay away from this place.sold me a car with leaking water pump . $850 part and labor. steering wheel horn and buttons not working. quoted around $1000 , needed new clock springs. bad brake sensor cable $100. worn tires . might be other bad stuff coming too. cross mine fingers. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SMALL DEALERSHIP. And read review before going to another small used car dealership in greenville spartanburg area. They got their cars from auction dirt cheap and ofcourse mostly bad cars. Best thing is bring a mechanic with u to these bad dealership if u want cheap cars.

Owner is an absolute scum bag. Showed up to see car i said i like it but not sure if this is what i want he asked to go inside i said okay thinking hes going to negotiate. He starts filling out paperwork and when i say i dont want it demands i pay him 15$ for the paperwork. Dont reccomend to anybody. guys a liar

Beware! Not only do you get cars with problems, as in my civic I bought the brakes kept locking up to the point it barely drove! Cost me $400 to fix AFTER buying the car from them. But not only that . I ve had multiple people contact me about my old car and asking if it had any problems but it s a car I ve never owned before. They take your info and put junk cars in your name and sell them to other! & even after going to the law about this nothing gets done! do NOT recommend, save your money just because they have good price deals & go get a car from somewhere else that s reliable and with a warranty. LESSON LEARNED, & never again!

DISHONEST!! RUDE!! ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY THEY MAKE SELLING CARS!! THEY ARE RIP-OFF ARTISTS!! SCAMMERS!! My daughter who is a single mother went up there to get a car and they totally deceived her. We looked under the hood and saw some oil that had leaked. We were told it had a blown head gasket but it was just repaired and they would clean that up. Needless to say, they didn't clean it up and the repair was NEVER done. Furthermore, they didn't even want us to take it for a test drive. Who buys a car without taking it out to see how it maneuvers on the road? I was able to take it out and it was fine at that point. We drove the car home and parked it overnight. In the morning she drove down the road to the store and back and noticed slight smoke. All the oil drained out. I bought 5-gallon oil and we poured it in. The next morning it was all gone. Her boyfriend went and got more oil. He contacted these 2 brothers who didn't want to fix the lemon they sold my daughter who has her baby in that thing. Her boyfriend had to be assertive with them and they finally agreed to fix the car and said she'd have it back in 2 days. Every day it was a delay until almost 2 weeks later they said it was fixed but NEVER supplied paperwork. Their mechanic called and was soooooo rude, we tried to ask him a question and he hung up on us. RUDE!! RUDE!! RUDE!! THEY DID NOT FIX IT, THEY JUST WANTED US TO BELIEVE THEY DID!! The engine still was not cleaned when it was returned. I would not recommend these people to anyone. They are not nice. They are not helpful. They are not truthful. They are not fair. They are out for themselves only. How can they sell all these bad cars? Would they want their family driving around in them? I highly doubt it. I took it to my mechanic who said it needs a new engine. Wow!! Now you can imagine my daughter's heartbreak. She basically can only drive to work and home. How disheartening that this young lady was totally robbed of her money by 2 brothers that care about nobody's safety putting people in these run-down, fire hazard, hoopdie vehicles. Planet Auto should be shut down!!

second day of my purchased of the car i had a transmission problem and plus i have seen the oil leak. worst experince ever , i dont recomend anyone to this place. Dont waste of your time with tose rude dishonest ppl, i am 100% sure you will have problems.Stay Away!!!!!!!

Dishonest ppl, as soon as I left the place check engine light came on, transmission started acting up. They sold me a in very bad condition car. Don't recommend this place to anyone, don't waste of your time with those Dishonest ppl especially with Ahmed.

I don't even want to give this place this one star. I traded in my old vehicle, only 500$ left before it was paid off. They said they'd pay it off and give credit towards the vehicle I was getting from them. A few months later, after thousands of dollars i spent in repairing the problematic vehicle I got from them, my old finance company tells me they never paid my vehicle off, ONLY 500$. They also already sold off my old vehicle, I'm getting tons of people calling me about wanting to look at all these vehicles I've never owned located at planet cars of Taylor's. They're using my name to buy, sell and trade their junk cars. They've literally robbed me and stole my identity. BEWARE. THEYRE ON THE UPSTATE NEWS FOR THIS

DO NOT buy a vehicle from this place! Owners Ahmed and Rashidi are dishonest. My son bought a car from them and was told that maintenance/repairs were done but in less than 24 hrs after purchasing, the check engine light came on and he had to replace catalytic converter and car had an oil leak! He asked them to pay not even half of what it cost for repairs and they would do nothing! Save yourself problems and money and let your families and friends know to stay away!
