For a short time, I was the manager here. I left this morning due to personal differences with the owner. That said, this is the finest bunch of techs I have ever had the honor of fronting, and the owner is of the highest moral fiber and character. Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt. There's a recent one from a former tech, Chris Taylor, who couldn't fix breakfast and got fired. Another from a woman named Brandi, who's father-in-law, Mr. Goodpliers, FUBAR'd her wiring and then tried to blame the shop.When my car needs repairs, I WILL in fact take it here. If you are wise, you will as well.UPDATE: well I tried to take the high road here, but the truth is that John Watts has absolutely no working knowledge of machines. Two weeks ago he was surprised when I proved that his son's outboard motor does in fact have spark plugs-they are just under a cover. If you choose to attempt to run this shop for him, you will answer an unending number of really silly questions. Those silly questions turn into the most childish insults I have heard since 6th grade. If you're running a different shop and looking for razor-sharp, top-notch techs...recruit Rick W. and John C. Bobby D. is an absolutely phenomenal body man as well. You can see that I left the 5 star rating intact, that is because I am a bigger man than Watts. He is a lawyer, and will attempt to goad you into actions he can hold against you. I didn't fall for it, and he's that much angrier now, reading this review. DELICIOUS!!

On the mark automotive, the best auto shop to send your automobile to for repairs. Nothing but A1 service. They re very professional & does great work. They throughly check your vehicle. I m very pleased and my vehicle will always go to them for repairs. Check them out, thank me later lol .UPDATE I was referring to randy owens, great guy, excellent mechanic, lately I ve been trying to call them, secretary takes my name and number 4 days in a row but no call back and I made each call in the morning, finally talked to someone and he cuts me off while I m talking, getting smart when I asked him can I finish my sentence, because he was cutting me off, he then hung up on me, I had an oil change scheduled for this Friday and now I will take my car somewhere else, especially because randy is not there anymore, hope you guys have a better experience than I did, my car will not go back to on the mark!!!

Not very good at telling the truth. I normally do my own work at home on all my vehicles I've never had to take my vehicle to a shop for any kind of work done except for this one time needed a power steering belt installed it was a little tricky, I thought maybe they knew something I didn't, bviously they didn't know more than I did about the belt installation. The mechanic was not honest with me he didn't tell me how he damaged the belt all I was told is that he shredded it and my question is how do you shred a belt when there's no torque or high rpms involved? My wife asked to speak with a manager the receptionist said that she ran the place . I kind of don't believe that ! No one would explain to me how the belt was shredded.all I wanted was to have my power steering belt installed and it turns into a fiasco . Now my vehicle is making a noise that never had before and the mechanic drove the vehicle he knew how quit the vehicle sounded I don't know he did or what happened . Is there any honesty left in the world?

Outstanding job at a fantastic price, better than new! Took my 2014 Honda ridgeline in that needed bodywork and new paint job throughout, on the Mark delivered an amazing product ahead of schedule, and well above all expectations!! Third car I ve taken in there to have work done on, and they ve always gone above and beyond!! Will always use them, and recommend them!Service: Auto body & trim repair

I have driven past this place many times and thought that I needed to check them out. This week a family friend needed a used vehicle inspection and so we called and they said they would happily take care of it. They got it done quickly and provided a thorough review. Extremely helpful. They are very kind and attentive. We will definitely be making them our preferred mechanics going forward. By the way, they do body work and painting too.

I needed an oil change last minute and they squeezed me in! Everyone was extremely friendly and when they didn't have the specific filter for my car, one was brought in quickly so I could be taken care of right then and there! I highly recommend this place and will continue to give them my business! They truly go the extra mile for their clients!

While fixing your car they rigged other parts so you will be back soon for more service and pay more I took my Mercedes-Benz there they stole my medallion off of my hood they took one of my good tires and put on a used tire if you really value your car please do not take it there

I cannot thank On the Mark enough for the amazing job they done on my car. I had a new bumper put on along with it being painted, a new motor mount, new brake pads and they fixed my oil leak. They done amazing work and also gave me an amazing price ! Anybody needing some work on their car I strongly recommend On the Mark .

Couldn't find a single employee to find out how much an oil change would cost. Walked through building and stepped into shop but nobody was around. Don't waste your time!

I took my car there to get worked on. They charged me over $500.00 and did absolutely nothing to my car. I would not recommend this place.
