PROS- On time, communicative, respectful of property & had good tunes These guys are super easy to deal with! They showed up on time and did a great job repairing my cracked seat - looks factory new. It took about an hour and there was zero debris left to even show that they were there. They even knocked on our door to hand over a $20 bill found under the seat. We took a headrest out of our new car to an alterations shop to have it made shorter and they completely destroyed it. MAI rebuilt it from scratch and even added stitching to make it look like factory new. Could not be more pleased! Amazing work by Pete and Brett to replace entire 2005 Lexus 430 perforated leather seats! Outstanding communication and price quote was very fair and scheduling was easy. What an incredible experience with Pete from Mobile Auto Interiors. Quickly responded, very efficient, extremely friendly, and professional and the SUV console, stitching, and work truck seat came out perfect, just like fresh off the lot look. With the perfect stitching and color matching, you can t tell there were issues beforehand. On top of this, he s mobile which was amazingly convenient on a tough work schedule. Pete did an awesome job. The fabric match was perfect even though it s a 2008 Mazda Miata M-5. Showed up when he said he would. He ran into a snag when my old stuffing on the undamaged side shredded in his hands due to the age but he was able to repair it perfectly. Looks like a new seat. Called the company and after discussing they quoted me $450 for drivers side seat. Job was completed. Soon after the upholstery started cracking in a spot on the seat that very rarely is touched. I called multiple times to come out and look. Finally they did and said it was our fault. We meet at be using a conditioning material that is causing the cracking. I assured them we didn t. The car is 18 years old. He suggested we wipe down the seat after each time my daughter drives the car! They refused to help in any way other than charging me an additional $200 to fix. I did not invest the additional money. Now it is coming apart on a seam. I am sure that s our fault as well. They do not back up their product. Do not use this companyService: Upholstery repair

The service was extremely professional; a mobile service that comes directly to you! The two leather seats were worn badly. Pete hand cut each piece for the replacement, then sewed the pieces together, placing the completed covers back over the foam. They look like original factory installation! Perfect!! The owner was responsive and very professional. We were in a time crunch and almost didn't worry about it, but he came to our house and replaced the headliner and sun-roof liner in just a few hours. I would highly recommend this service to anyone with auto interior needs. His price was better than everyone else, and he was able to take care of our car quickly. Pete and his coworker exceeded my expectations, which were very high. They replaced the headliner in my 3 seater Porsche. Tight fit for two workers. The result looks better than new. I rarely do recommendations, but these guys are 5 star professionals.
