I just had an oil change done at the Rutherford Rd. location. They were fast, very friendly, checked and filled all the fluids, checked all the filters, wiper blades,and recommended when some other services needed to be checked. Offered to clean windows and vacuum inside for free. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Although there are many car care locations closer to my house, including another Jiffy Lube, I drive over to the Rutherford Rd site for my routine maintenance. The staff is always super friendly and they take the time to explain my car needs and options. They also give recommendations without being the least bit pushy. I bring a book and expect to wait a bit, but I don't think I've ever gotten a chance to read more than a chapter before they finish.Great team. Worth the extra few miles for sure!

Excellent Service! I have had 2 tire emergencies on my way to work and both times I have pulled into Jiffy Lube on the corner of Wade Hampton and Rutherford and they have taken care of my tires and got me to work on time!!!!! 5 stars!!!

Took our 02 VW for a tire mount & balance; brought our own tire. They stalled out my manual vehicle; to which everyone laughed about it and road the clutch to which an issue may or may not be expected. No manager in sight to speak to and the person cashing out my service could care less about possibly being held responsible for issues towards the drivability of my vehicle. It also took over an hour to complete a 30 minute or less job.

Have been a customer for both personal and company vehicles for several years. They are very efficient and professional. Love that I can get basic maintenance like tire rotations, air filter and oil changes done in one trip. Appreciate the customer centric atmosphere.

Very knowledgeable staff and never try to "up-sell" you on products you don't NEED. They give honest evaluations of your vehicle and tell you what you WILL need at a future date so you can prepare yourself for the future. I've been going to this particular store for at least a decade now and will continue to go in the future!!

They were very quick. The service was very good. There price online said it was $64.99 for ther oil I picked for 5 quarts, my truck takes 7.7 quarts. but when he rung it up it was $74.99, I questioned the price difference but he just ignored it. I will not go there again.

These guys are exceptionally well at their jobs. Not gonna lie...Jiffy Lube was not my go-to shop for auto work, however, every time I've been to this location, the folks there have gone above board to offer helpful suggestions and get the best deals.

I found a couple nails in my tire and the gentlemen there were able to get a new tire on quickly so I didn t have to keep my spare on too long. There was no wait and I was in and out within 40 minutes. Thanks guys!

Got in and out quickly, but service is the real winner. Extremely polite and communicated very well. I also appreciate that they showed me my filters, etc but didn t pressure me into add-ons. Will definitely return to this location.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Car Owners Beware! I had my oil changed at this location and shortly after my I dropped my entire oil filter in the road, causing me to have the car towed and spilling oil everywhere. The car was towed to a different repair shop and they confirmed that the WRONG oil filter had been placed on my car by Jiffy Lube. We tried several times at this location to ask the manager to take responsibility for the error and reimburse for the towing and repair costs, providing them with the incorrect filter as proof, but to no avail. Mechanics are just people too who make mistakes - the real test of a business is the initiative to correct mistakes that negatively impact customers. Would highly recommend car owners to look elsewhere in Greenville for their car repair needs.

Excellent store. The guys recommended additional service to be done. Not only were they helpful in explaining why but they completed the work in a very timely manner and the price for such excellent service was fantastic. I strongly recommend this store on Rutherford rd, Taylors, SC. Also, they cleaned my windows!!!

I d heard from some friends that things have gotten better here so I decided to give them another try (their location is convenient or me). The good news is that my friends were right. The staff were very courteous. The oil change I needed was done quickly. I asked them to look at the CV boots while they were under there and confirmed that all was fine (always a good test of honesty). My only complaint is that the price of the basic oil change has risen to almost $50. Some of their competitors have special offers in the $20-$25 range but they tend not to be quick change options. So, I decided the speed and convenience was worth the extra cash. Bottom line ... yes, I will now return to this location.

I have to say that was the quickest oil change I have ever had in my life! The people were extremely friendly and very professional while we were there. I would definitely stop in again next time I'm passing through.
