This is my 2nd review ever writing in my life. I'm 44 years old. Please beware of buying a car here. Having little or no credit i understand i have to over pay for things. And thats fine. But when you get taken advantage of, thats a BIG problem. When i fist purchased my 2003 350z Olga said "If you have any problems with the car, bring it to our mechanic. Not a another place because they will charge you 1000's of dollars for repairs. that raised a red flag. But i thought nothing of it. 6.5 months later and car barely runs. Got an estimate of $2500. When i called to discuss the issue with Olga there was not an ounce of customer service. There are way too many dealerships in the Area. Please shop around and get things in writing. But "DO NOT USE THIS PLACE". In any customer service business if rating is not a 4 you suck. This place is a 3. I'm Not a bitter customer, Just a very unsatisfied one. Don't fall with the low interest rate. They get it in the price of the car.Kelly blue book value $5700HJA Auto $9000you think they care if they make anything off interest?I'm upset i have to give at least 1 star to post this. Which means there reviews are lower than a 3. SMH

Nothing short of the worst car buying experience ever. The owner which now seems to be different or a group of scam artist that call their selfs owners are all crooks. All they want is your HARD EARNED MONEY... they will disregard any issues that the vehicle may have it being 15 min after u drove of the lot or one week every issue was "addressed" by them stating you can fix that on your own later on with time. Are you kidding me!? Let me just finish by saying that long story short car was in their shop for 5 days without the mechanic taking a look at it even though I had a schedule time for my vehicle to get fixed. They never called me. So I go up there and talk to Fadid the "owner" who not only looked at me like I was crazy when I asked about my vehicle not even being looked at but proceeded to assault me and it's now facing criminal charges for the physical damage he cause me. Do not buy anything from here not even for your worst enemy!

I don't recommend that Diler because it is a Diler where they have very expensive cars and the treatment of people is terrible.Ese Diler no se lo recomiendo porque es un Diler donde dan los carros muy caros y el trato alas personas espesimo
