While we don t live in the Boone, NC area, we did have an incredible experience with one of their employees. We were in line in the Starbucks drive thru in Boone and the driver thanked us with a $25 gift card for letting him get in line ahead of us. What a kind gesture which tells us a lot about him. Would highly recommend any company who has such thoughtful and selfless team members.

I don't write reviews for just anyone. I had to share my experience with HAILSTARZ because the word needs to get out. This is a top notch business that takes care of their customers and are experts at their craft.I have a large truck that I absolutely love. Recently, it got damaged by an unexpected hailstorm that came through. Jason took a look, gave me an on point estimate, and was spot on about the time needed to repair.The communication throughout was amazing. Jason treats his customers very well, and is upfront about everything. During the time they had my car, Jason would regularly check in with me and even provided a few pictures to show me the progress.I highly recommend Jason and his crew, and have already sent a life long friend their way. If you're looking for a business you can trust to take care of your vehicle, HAILSTARZ is the place. Quality craftsmanship with amazing customer service. I hope I don't have to come back, but I know exactly where I'm going should one of my vehicles get caught by Mother Nature again.Thanks, Jason!!

It is one of those situations where 5 starts is just not enough. Exceptional service and communication. These people know what they are doing and they are very good at it! I am in the area for work, and my 4 week old car got hit with hail that I've not seen before. I was really worried, then a little bit of research brought Hailstarz up and I am glad it did. Just like it never happened! Can't recommend enough, thank you guys!!

10s, 10s, 10s across the board! Jason was hands on through the entire process, kept you in the loop with the insurance company and sent pictures throughout the wait. Communication was superb! If you re looking for the best in the city, look no further. Thank you again for making my car look perfect all over again! Pleasure doing business with you!

From start to finish, Hailstarz was a definitely a 5 star place. Great Communication and excellent service. These guys do a top notch job - no cutting corners. My car had hail damage and looks like new. Not only is the work superior but Jason was attentive, courteous, and helpful. Thank you, Jason! I would say your service is open and aboveboard! Highly recommended!

Jason does great work! Seriously, just look and the before/after pics. He was able to work this football sized crease out of my wife's hood without damaging the vinyl stripes or the plastic hood ornament. Jason is kind, professional, and quick. I hope I do not dent my wife's car again, but if I do, I know that I am coming to see Jason ASAP!

Jason and his team did an excellent job repairing my Tesla from hail damage. Not only is it dent free but it was freshly washed inside and out when I picked it up. More importantly, he communicated with both me and insurance company promptly and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Highly recommend this shop.

Thank goodness I went to Jason. I don't think anyone else could have taken care of me the way that he did, having insurance almost claim my car as a total loss--but Jason stood up for me and told insurance who's the man!! Insurance took forever to pay him, making my car take forever in the shop. Soon as Hailstarz started the work on my car though, it was ready within days! I had dents all over the hood, roof, truck lid, and dings on the chrome pieces of my Corolla, now my baby is back to normal--and bonus, it's clean now ! If I ever have hail damage again, I know who to call.

Jason did a great job repairing my Polestar 2. You d never tell it had hail damage! He also worked through complications with my insurance and I really appreciate that. Overall, excellent service! Highly recommended.

I'm a perfectionist and very hard to please but I have to say HailStarz exceeded my expectations! From the first day of scheduling my appointment to picking up my vehicle was all processed with ease, professionalism, honesty, and overall great experience. If you have hail damage or any dents that need repaired I highly suggest calling HailStarz and make your appointment now. Jason did amazing work on my SUV. It was heavily damaged by hail and he turned around and made it as beautiful as the day I bought it. There was great communication from start to finish. He genuinely cares about his customers. He went above and beyond, I can't thank him enough!

My wife had someone ding up her ride a few weeks ago and I contacted HailStarz and inquired if they could help repair the damage. I sent in the pics of damages, they reviewed them and said it would be no prob! They came out to my home picked up the vehicle and repaired the same day. the place on the car that was damaged was in a very peculiar spot but HailStarz made her vehicle look showroom ready and like it had never happened! I highly appreciate everything about the process from initial convo to the final delivery of completed work. The staff at HailStarz are professional, courteous, very fair in their prices and they deliver exactly what they promise and provide top shelf service to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied!. We will share our experience with many that are looking for quality work and quality people that get it right the first time! trust me you will not be disappointed in the results! Jason provides great expertise and top quality work and a very reasonable price. He also provides customer service excellence, and genuinely cares about the quality of his craftsmanship. I must say i was VERY VERY PLEASED with the work that was done to my car!!! I had hail damaged and I just purchased my car, the folks at HailStarz was awesome! They were very knowledge and took the time to look over every detail and didn't rush to do the work and I had my car back at a reasonable time. I just wanna thank u so much HailStarz Jason & his crew y'all did an awesome job and my car looks GREAT. I would recommend anybody that nice this type of work done please give them a call!!!!

I accidentally dented the rear quarter of my truck in an area that I thought could not be repaired. HAILSTARZ performed a miracle on this area and you would never know it had been dented. I highly recommend his service which is remarkable. He saved me an insurance claim and costly replacement plus painting. The best on the area. Thank you.

I went to this location, as it's the overflow shop for the original HAILSTARZ on Wade Hampton Blvd. I must say, They did a phenomenal job on my Car! I didn't think the dent could be fixed without conventional repairs. I'm sure glad these guys proved otherwise. Looks great and they preserved my original paint! I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in need. Thanks guys!

I went here for what I thought would be just another repair shop that would make promises they couldn't keep. HAILSTARZ said my car would "look like glass" when they were finished, that they would work with my insurance company, that their work was the best in the region (and maybe the world), and that repairs would be fast. I gave them a chance to show me their skills, and let me say--they were AWESOME!!! They kept me updated every step of the way, my car looks like new--not a single dent or dimple in sight--and the best part: ZERO deductible, folks! They took extremely good care of my car--did no damage to it during repairs as some other shops will do. Now, I have to be as sweet to her as the HAILSTARZ team was! Thanks a million, HAILSTARZ! I will tell all of my friends to go to HAILSTARZ from now on! (note: I do have some friends) A+ !!!!!!

It's not many times that I give a five star review. Our experience with HailStarz have been nothing less. Top notch customer service, extremely detail, my Mercedes E300 got a dent on a very peculiar spot on the fender. Well, my baby was brought back to new. Beautiful work!!! I highly recommend!!!

I found out about HailStarz at a big local car show (Cars and Coffee of the Upstate), and decided my year-old hail damage needed to be fixed. I called HailStarz, and everyone was very nice and very willing to work with you. The team here is very dedicated to doing quality work. They don t just work on your car and get it done as quickly as possible to get paid. My car had around 120 hail dents total, and they not only fixed those, but fixed all of my door dings and other small dents for no added charge! My car looks flawless, and I definitely recommend HailStarz to anybody and everybody. The experience was actually perfect (No, I didn t get paid or asked to say that).

I feel like I made a new friend meeting Jason, I contacted him on a Sunday and he didn't mind talking business at all. He is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to get your business. He even met me at hailstarz on memorial day to inspect the damage on my two cars. Waived the deductible on both cars as advertised also. I damaged the rental car & he volunteered to take care of it because my insurance company wouldn't replace hail damaged painted roof molding. I just can't say enough to let him know how much I appreciate what he did for me monetarily since my hours were cut due to coronavirus. God bless you sir. Don't hesitate to send your hail damaged vehicle to hailstarz they are fantastic. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Hailstarz was amazing to work with. Starting with consultation, the communication was excellent. I received regular updates including pictures texted of my car while the work was in progress. The team went above in beyond in returning my vehicle to new condition in a matter of days. The best part is because there it no drilling holes, bondo, or painting, my Infiniti retains more of it value. Would highly recommend!

Hands down the best shop to restore your vehicle from hail damage. The owner is highly professional, skilled, and knowledgeable. The experience was super easy and absolutely stress free. There was constant communication and updates every step of the way. Highly recommend and will be my go to shop for any hail damage in the future. A+

We had some serious hail damage from early 2017 and I've never dealt with having to worry about this before. My intention was to shop around for the best deal to repair the damage. Luckily, I stopped by HailStarz first and spoke with Jason. The dude spent some time explaining his process of repair and objectively explained how a body shop would repair the damage. I researched both sides and found Jason to be exactly right. He immediately builds rapport with his customers and can take 99% of the headache of dealing with insurance for you. He took on my heavily dented van and completely smoothed it out without making any holes that body shops would have to do. He also gets the vehicles completely detailed at no additional cost. In the end, no money out of pocket. Jason is very good at his job.

I'm not one to brag much. But I must take a few minutes of my time to brag on the friendly crew at Hailstarz. I was so worried who to take my car to for all the dents from the hailstorm, but then I found Hailstarz. Jason was very detailed on how they would fix the dents and everyone was so professional so that reassured me that my car was safe with them. I was very pleased to see the Awesome job they did to my car. They paid my deductable and even cleaned and washed my car! I Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you Hailstarz!

My teenage son misjudged the width of the garage the first time he drove my wife's new car. Hailstarz may have saved his driving privileges. The service was impeccable, the quality of the repair was wonderful and the price was fair and reasonable. I can't say enough good things. Highly recommended.
