My technician, Ty was very professional, polite and extremely thorough. He was very respectful of my car as it is a show car and he treated it like it was his own. Employees like this are few and I hope that you treat him well. He is a huge feather in your cap. I went to Firestone because they could align the car as well as install the new tires, I will go back because of Ty.

Light bulb install. Never any issues with staff or repairs. Firestone should really use this shop as a model for others. Have used Firestone for years across country never had a bad experience. Lot of people nowadays don't want to work you have a great staff at this location.

The service writer was very friendly and professional. Justin, the General Manager runs a great operation. I buy all of my tires, oil changes, alignments and minor repairs for all 3 Jeeps I own from this store. It is nice to have neighborhood source that is honest and does a great job everytime !

I made an appointment to have two of my tires seen because I was almost certain they were damaged to the point that I would need to replace them. They were able to fit me in to be seen same-day. After checking out my tires, they informed me that replacing them at this time would not be necessary. I highly value and appreciate the honesty and integrity they showed me. It felt like I was being given honest advice by a family member instead of them just trying to make a sale and replace my tires when it wouldn't have been necessary. For this reason, I give this establishment 5 stars - and while I hope I don't have a reason to be back anytime soon, I do know that this is where I will take my future business!

I trust them completely with the periodic maintenance on all our vehicles. Ive been a customer for a very long time and it remains my go-to place. Friendly, well trained and certified technicians who deliver exceptional service.

I have been using Firestone for years and have not been disappointed. Until now. I had all new tires and oil change done, and when I drove my car a few days later the worst noise I have ever heard came out of motor, why No Oil, so they took it and put oil in it and said it's all fine. I work from home so I do not go outalotand went to drive it again today and And now that I am cautious of the oil I happen to look and I have no oil registering on the dash when it was checked there is oil in the car but there's no antifreeze in it not one drop. If you have a business working on vehicles and that is your business then you should make sure you're properly working on people's vehicles because they are not something that cost pocket change.

Poor customer service. Service writer didn't listen to the problem at all. Brought the car in for loosing air in the left front tire. Service writer wrote it up for TPS problem. Tech checked sensors and told us the left rear sensor was bad. Told them that is not why we brought the car in and to check the left front tire for a leak. OH! There's a nail in the tire! My wife was there from 2:30pm until I picked her up at 5:30 for our dinner, for a problem that should have been repaired in 30 minutes. Plus, when we picked up the car the next day it had been parked outside overnight with the sun roof partially open. And, it rained that night.

I had my truck towed to the shop on sunday, technicians were able to look at my truck and give me details by phone that day, and repaired it the next morning. i was able to pick it up that next day in the afternoon when i got off work. Justin was so knowledgeable of what they did to my truck, and was kind to add some discounts to my bill.

They resolved my problem with the ability of the car to crank and quit stalling out.evrything is back functioning now.still needs more repair but I think it will last me longer now and get me back and forth safely they were polite and I appreciated to Them for complaining about last time due to my misunderstanding not their fault.I will be back soon.

I had my car towed there because I broke down, I explained that my car had overheated, they gave me my car back without any fluids in my radiator, when I called them and said they didn't fix everything, I was told they would NEVER check fluids in a car that overheated and if I wanted they would run a pressure test and charge me more money, I will Never be a customer there again!

Their work seems to be good, but their pricing is ridiculous and their honesty in diagnosing problems is dubious at best. I took my car in to get the brakes looked at and was told I needed $700 worth of repairs. The part they said needed to be replaced lists for approx $200-250 at most auto part stores. So $400-$500 in labor?? I told them no way, took my car elsewhere, where I got rear brake pads and the work Firestone said needed to be done all for $550 - parts and labor. Had I stuck with Firestone, I would have paid more and had less done and had to get the rear pads done eventually anyway. So - while their work seems to be good, I don't have any trust in their diagnoses or suggestions or their pricing. If nothing else - get a second opinion from a local repair shop before trusting them with anything. Never using them again.

Really bad experience. I lost 4 quarts of oil after an oil change from there, engine shut off, damage to the engine. They will not concede to any type of assistance or accept any fault.

I have a 91 Honda Accord and was having problems with the blend door actuator not switching over to heat. So I called around to a couple of places and they recommended that I take my car here. So I called and scheduled an appointment to bring it up there and have them do an "inspection" on it to see what they could do and if they would be able to fix the problem. Well a couple of hours after dropping it off I get a call from them saying they think the issue might be a loose wire but they would have to take my whole dash apart, it could take 2hrs or more, and would cost over $300 with no guarantee that it would fix my issue. Obviously that sounded like an absurd amount of money and not worth risking them taking my whole dash apart for something that may or may not fix the problem. I decided to decline and picked up my car. After bringing it home to my husband and explaining what had happened he took a look at it himself and fixed it. No dash removal and no $300 either. All he did was lay upside down in the driver seat, unscrew 3 screws unplug my actuator, and moved the blend doors in the correct position. Then put it backed together. It fixed my problem (the blend door was stuck in a halfway position) and everything is working properly now. I'm glad that I went with my gut on this because had I not, I would've been out $300 for unnecessary work that wouldn't have even fixed my problem! I think they just thought they could con a girl out of her money. I will not be taking my car back here again because either they have no clue what they are doing or they just want to take advantage of you.Service: Air conditioning

Love getting my oil changed here but I wish whoever is changing it , would have respect for my car and not put oil hands on it ..Every time I get it , it's greasy smudges ( hands )

The staff is so nice. They always get me right in...even if I don't have an appointment and need some quick emergency help...like air in my tire or a quick oil change. The inside is clean and it's always welcoming if I need to wait. Never feel pressured or like they are trying to get over on me. Have been going to Firestone since my first car in college. Will continue to do so and recommend to my friends.

Set a appointment for 10am. For a simple oil change and didn't get my vehicle back until 2pm and the guy a the counter was rude when I called to inquire what was taking so long at 1230

FIRESTONE THANK YOU! KP at Firestone has great intergriry and very nice. IF you need a honest person to work on your CAR KP is that person.. Firestone in Greer, SC is the best.. KP will keep your car going!!! I wouldn't trust anybody else with my 2003 Infinity G35, BETTER THAN INFINITY OF GREENVILLE!!!

They have good service for the most part. Was mainly coming here for oil changes. The last time I was here and had an appointment I went next door to McDonald's and spent about 2 hours there hoping they would see what was going on with my car and the car stayed where I parked it the entire time. So I asked for my keys and haven't been back since. I had been going their for over 5 yrs

What a great first experience I had here and I was in quite a pickle, as I had a nail in my tire and they were closing in 20 minutes. Dawn gladly got me taken care of and they found the nail and fix the tire. Great attitudes & good work. Very efficient as well. Would definitely recommend.

Oil change and tire rotation were scheduled. Knew I probably needed rear brakes. Technician correctly diagnosed issue and made repairs. My only issue - I don't think my tires were balanced because I have a chatter in front when braking. After spending over $500, I'm disappointed.

Fast, friendly and professional. Asked to look at my tires slow leak while getting my oil changed. Did both and didn't have to wait for hours! Gives Veteran's discount and has fair pricing. Great service, trustworthy and fair pricing.....deserves more than 5 stars!
