I came in for tire rotation. Went home to realize that the brake reservoir cap is not where it should be, and also the latches for my engine air filter are not properly secured. This is what I get after declining a service about replacing my wheel studs for $306 that they messed up in the first place. I got all my tires for 2 of my vehicles and have been sending family members to this place for their tire needs as well. It's sad to say that the guys working here now lost my trust and will no longer be coming back.

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT BEING LIED TO AND RIPPED OFF WITH A CAR RETURNED BACK TO YOU IN AN EVEN WORSE CONDITION THAN WHEN YOU DROPPED IT OFF. I took my car here to get an oil change and bought two of their best tires from them to put on my vehicle. My vehicle was driving normal before I took it to this location. The bill was close to $1000 and when I picked my car up my steering wheel was off centered to the left when I'm driving straight and my entire car shakes now when I push the breaks in the slightest way. I called the "MANAGER" BRETT and he said this car needed an alignment so I asked why did it not come with a free alignment if I bought two new tires from you? He said it is not included and that getting two new tires would not cause it to be out of alignment. He contradicted his self and did not offer to make anything right and said this was due to hitting a bump in the road. How was this my fault when I picked my car up in that condition? I am highly disappointed and now I am stuck with a wobbly car returned from a bunch of uncouth liars who don't honor the plaque on their wall in the front office about making it right when the job isn't done correctly. BRETT was also very rude when I brought this issue up and was a bully to me on the phone.

Horrible customer service from the manger Brett. I was very disappointed in his tone, and aggressive behavior to me simply wanting to ask questions in regards to my OWN vehicle. I asked if I could speak to someone else, to further discuss his behavior. He informed me that he was the highest chain of command for this store. I will no longer be taking my car to Firestone after thai incident.

Bought Firestone tires a few months ago. I had a leak in a tire that needed a plug. When I called (2) separate Firestone at 8:30am both had low technicians for the day. Both said would take all day and possibly to the next day. I'll never go back to a Firestone. I went to discount tire. They ended up having to replace my tire (Firestone would have replaced it for free). I was in and out within an hour. I gladly paid for a new tire from a Discount Tire who runs their business with good customer service.

What can I say. Over 60 years of going to different businesses really was very happy with him keeping my appointment not making me wait especially in the middle of the day. And it was close to lunch time. They finished four tires on in less than an hour and it rides like a Cadillac excellent job the guy did balancing your tires. They even let me take a pair of glasses and go look at my truck so I can check my own brakes and suspension instead of taking somebody and trying to sell them add-ons was very nice and honest and that's the main thing and the thing you want when you deal with anybody is the transparency whether it be a doctor a bill collector or even a mechanic tire technician and it's very nice to have and they do have one of the best manners and demeanor than one of the companies I drove two and a half hours just to go there for that. Well worth a try there five stars in my book

I looked online for tire prices as i needed 2 new tires for a used car i purchased. We agreed upon a price and then of course here comes another $108 for alignment. My bill total was $500 so i looked a little closer and i was not told about the $47 tire protection fee that just sneak in there. I would have preferred they ask me if i wanted this extra thing as i would have said no. Instead i had to call and ask about it. At least i can go by and get the refund on that. It does seem mysterious that the very next my low tire light came on. REALLY?? not likely to use this store again. Service guy nice enough but i need more than nice.Services: Wheel alignment, Air conditioning

Imagine made an appointment and still take 2-3 hours to get an oil change. I had to reschedule twice of lack of planing on their side. Front desk person is nice but that can only get so far if the service isn t meet. At this point walk-in or make an appointment is pretty much the same so good luck! 100% wouldn t go back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Been a Firestone customer for years. They do all the work on my cars. I called to see if this location could do an alignment today, they asked if I had a life time alignment and I told them yes. I was told they don t have any openings for a week. I called right back told them I was new to Firestone and miraculously there was an opening today. Customer services sucks. Definitely wouldn t come to this location.

Heard one of the workers up front talk to I guess someone from a parts store, and I immediately walked out. He was cussing at the lady on the phone because he didn t understand how the part was ordered or something like that, and told the lady I ll just deal with someone else tomorrow. I don t trust anyone who speaks to people like that to look at my car or tell me what s wrong with it. Fix this Firestone.

If I could give a negative star rating I would, went in to get tires balance and rotation the service was perform. However service was poor!!! When leaving all 4 of my tire pressure were not the same ranging from 32-42 my sensors were not reset. Now have more vibration in my wheel then when bringing the car in!! When i returned to ask them to fix it they wanted me to wait and make another appointment! Poor service all the way around Highly recommend not coming here

Extremely knowledgeable and professional staff. This is my second car that I leave in Firestone's care, and I'm more than pleased with their service. Brett the manager went the extra mile (no pun intended) to make sure I got the right tires quickly and properly. Very pleased, and I trust my life with their service.

I could not be happier with my experience during a tough situation. We had a tire blow out on my pop up camper. I called the closest Firestone and they did not have my tire, but found one for me at this store. I called and they were in the ball as soon as I arrived. We were in and out in less than thirty minutes. Very happy with their pricing, professionalism, and service. Thank you, Brett!!!

Great customer service! These guys deserve a raise! They often go above and beyond! I once saw a guy with the flu still come into work and help out (from a distance of course). I admired their hard work to get my car fixed fast on multiple occasions. They don t beat around the bush and they can be trusted. If they can do it they will if they can t they ll tell you

This is a great place to take your car for more than just tires! Matt and Brett do a great job at customer service. They are prompt and honest, which is something that is hard to find with vehicle maintenance. I trust that when they say we need to replace something with one of our cars that it is a service we truly need. We wouldn t take our 5 cars anywhere else!

Technically, I have not been to this shop to have any work done, but they just really really helped me out on the phone and saved me some money and trouble. So for that and their politeness they get five stars from me and if I need work done they will be the first place that I go because I love respectful helpful people and this world needs more of them. Thanks Firestone you employ some good people~C
