Chris was great super easy and very fast, let my Machanic come and check the car out before I put any money down on it! Was very patient with the insurance situation, every one there was pretty cool, and pretty helpful as well. Definitely recommend them!!

Got a 2015 white Ford Flex. The very first day with in 2 hours the vehicle ran hot. Took them 3/4 days to pick the car up to get fix. Took 2/3 weeks to put a new engine in. Mean while I haven t had the car so shouldn t a payment comes out but they still took payments. Didn t give down payment back knowing the car messed up the very first day. Over time the computer system goes out and transmission slipping. Remind you just supposedly put new engine in engine light still comes on. They do not communicate well when something wrong with the car but blows your phone up for a payment. I do not recommend this car lot.

Me and my husband came here with the idea we may not leave with a car today, but Chris made the whole process so easy and stress free we were definitely surprised when we did. I came in stressed & worried, but left happy & content. We got a nice 2014 Ford Edge & I couldn t be happier! Thank you Chris! I really hope we run into 0 issues as far as reliability goes, but so far so good! 10/10 highly recommend family auto of Taylor s. Ask for Chris!

You know what!!!!, This was an excellent process..Chris Viars was wonderful. I honestly recommend him and this Family Auto. We hated to think about trying to get a car. You go to these places and they don't know your story only can assume but NOT CHRIS....we were looking with our daughter and I must tell you this was the easiest experience we have had. Thank You Chris, and for your honesty! We really appreciate you and your time.

My experience with family autos is quite like any other 1 star review on this website. Although the car I was sold seemed like an eye catcher, it was a definitely a lemon. HEAR ME WHEN I SAY THIS, IF YOU RE INTERESTED IN BUYING A CAR PLEASE HAVE THEM LOOK AT IT FIRST. These people gave me the upmost run around. I had a Lexus Ls 430 from this dealership. Only drove the car for like 2-3 days at the most. After having some difficulties I called the dealership and asked for help. Jeannie was the one that originally transferred the car into my name. This is also the same person that gave me the run around when I asked for my contract, when I asked to get my car fixed, and even when I asked for a loaner car. Y all, I had to get my car towed to another mechanic shop, and being that I did, the people towing my car told me there were other issues with the car. Not only did I need a new axle, but there was a massive oil leak underneath the car. All dents or other damages were spray painted and covered. No one looked at the car before I drove off the lot. After speaking with Jeannie about the car, we agreed on someone coming to tow the car for it to be maintenance on. When I called back, she told me something different and that the car was no longer being serviced by them. However being that I wasn t driving the car, haven t had the car for a week straight I refused to make payments on it. A couple of days ago I received a text saying my payment was due and I kindly told them I wasn t making any payments on the car. The car was towed no more than 2 days later . These people really thought I was gonna pay for a car they knew was messed up. A $650 payment for a 2004 Lexus ? With $14,000 left on the car . The same car I had less than a week. PLEASE BEWARE !!

Chris was an amazing salesman. He listened to our needs and met us at a happy monthly payment and in a car we love. The cars are well maintained from what I was able to tell from the outside, and the staff was able to answer any questions we had. Didn t try to upsell us (in fact, reminded us of our budget on one option we were looking at, a bad salesman would have just let us overspend). Couldn t have been happier with the purchase!

0/10 for sure I went in & got a car from them a 2014 dodge avenger to be exact & literally that next week I had multiple issues with the car continued having issues with the car for 2 weeks til the point I was late for work multiple times & could ve lost my job they wasn t willing to trade me out so they kept trying to fix it but all the was doing was putting tape on it literally it kept not cranking & locking up while I was driving on the highway very dangerous & scary so I had to keep calling & going up there so finally I guess they knew I wasn t playing so they finally said just bring the car back & well give you your money back. So I did mind you I only had the car 2 weeks so yeah they definitely sell people lemons 10/10 100% do not recommend. Sales guy Chris is a complete scam artist.

My car had got behind and was picked up went to things out my car two phones and money missing out my car...ask the FAT LADY want was going on with my things and was told she didn't know... By that time the tow truck driver put up that took my car and all hell broke loss between him and I.. long story short this is the worst experience I have ever had and I will never do business with family Auto again....

I wish they didn t even even get this one star. Something is shady here first off let me tell everybody they do not let you pay with card. You have to use your down payment by paying cash. I ended up blocking my bank card because I had to go to two separate ATMs, then I had to go to Walmart and do multiple transactions which ended up flagging my card as fraud, they tell you if you Pay $18 a week. They will let you say that you own the vehicle on your insurance so that it knocks it down but yet they screw you over you re paying a lot of money for a car that isn t even worth it. I do not recommend them at all something just doesn t settle with my stomach here. I think they are doing Something illegal! They also wouldn t tell us any details until they get you to sign some things. Oh hahaha I left this review on their fb page & they blocked me after calling me & harassing me on the phone! I wish I recorded this call! Honest! But I ll be reaching out further to have them investigated.

If I could leave a negative star I would... WARNING: DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE.... I saved everything I had to get a car and they literally stole my money.... they had to do a collateral exchange because the first car they sold was a lemon and now the second car is a lemon.. And they don't issue you any refunds.... It's really sad what they are doing to people.... you will buy a car and it will be in the shop more than you actually having it.... look at the reviews on the better business bureau because google is lying Family auto is a negative -5 star... ugh

I recently had a disappointing experience at family auto in Taylors SC and I feel compelled to share my concerns. The staff seemed more focused on making a sale than ensuring customer satisfaction.From the outset, communication with the staff was frustratingly inadequate. They appeared disinterested and failed to provide clear information about the car's condition. It was evident that their primary goal was to close a deal, even at the expense of transparency.The car itself turned out to be far from satisfactory. Despite the sales pitch, I discovered significant issues that were not disclosed during the transaction. This lack of transparency raises serious questions about the integrity of the dealership.I urge potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Family auto.The emphasis on making a sale without genuine concern for the customer's well-being left me deeply dissatisfied with my purchase. Buyers beware, and consider alternative options where transparency and customer satisfaction are prioritized.

Purchased a car YESTERDAY, A 2008 Cadillac with over 214K miles....I kept asking how much was the asking prices....Diego kept brushing me off each time the question was asked ...even my friend asked and the question of threw under the matt .....the finally process when you "sign" everything the lady DID NOT MENTION the full price of the car.....16,000+ is beyond ridiculous for that car.... HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!! Will be going back today or processing with a lawyer.

Why would anyone with any common sense purchase from family auto? If u have poor credit go to dilco loans in Greenville on poinsett hwy, they work with anyone with way lower rates.And Jamie is nothing like his dad, he has no character or morals whatsoever
