I love Express Oil Change! I have been going to various locations for years to do oil changes! They are very knowledgeable and friendly! I came in for an oil change and had been stressing over where to get new tires from and they eased all of my worries when they recommended new tires and walked me through the process! I look forward to going to them for all of my vehicle needs in the future! Thank y all again for being so helpful and friendly!

Came for an oil change on April 1.Jeremy was awesome and gave great service!He told me about the health check service they offer for $20.00 which I took advantage of. He was very informative every step of the way which I greatly appreciated.Every time I come to Express Oil I have a good experience so I ll continue to be a repeat customer!

Highly recommend! Every single one of the employees here is transparent and happy to explain the work they do. Prices are fair and itemized/straight forward. As a young woman, with many unpleasant mechanic experiences, I would recommend this shop to other women. They will not insult your intelligence or try to make an extra buck with made-up problems.I was also impressed by the certifications their employees hold- these are not newbie mechanics!

First time going and was fast and affordable, there took care of my needs in the matter of 15 min. Respectful engaged with his costumers and made sure you was comfortable the whole time and let you know what he was doing every step of the way! Ladies Tuesday's you get 5 off I highly recommend!!! Jeremy was the best assistance manger! Will be coming again

I've been here 4 times now; for car repairs, oil change, for tires on my vehicle, and just today to get new tires on the trailer and spare tires. Every time has been fast, reliable, friendly, and affordable! Josh (in the photo) even found a coupon for me for an additional discount!I really appreciate that they see me and talk to me like a person and not a blank "customer". A+ guys!

I blew my motor on the way back from Texas, I called Josh here at Express Oil Change and asked him when I could bring it in for him to look at. Within a week he replaced my motor a d got my car running like bran new! So happy with the work he did and how professional he was with the whole process. Very excited to have my car back.

Really great service; and extremely efficient. Jason P. was very professional in explaining all options, and helpful team of 3 got me all squared away in less than 15 minutes; even on a Saturday AM.I usually dread/avoid oil changes because it seems to take hours of waits and hassles, but this group totally changed my perception. Definitely will be back and highly recommend!!

I ALWAYS go to Express Oil Change. They have the best prices and the best customer service. They don't try to force anything that needs to be fixed or overprice parts. They also explain things to you so you don't feel like you're gonna get ripped off. Highly recommend this place. Also, shout out to Jonathan, with no H, for doing some awesome work today even when my Dip Stick was giving you trouble!

So glad this location opened up closer to where we moved. Was even happier to see that Jeremy was the AM. He has always had the best service and treats everyone with the utmost respect ever since I went to him at the Pelham location. Thank you Jeremy you re the man!

Just sitting in it cost me $90 to get my daughter's oil change. In her 2012 GMC to ran 2 weeks later. Started having problems took it to shop only had 2 qt of oil instead of 5 and cost me $1600 in engine work. Not happy with these people do not waste your money.

Stopped by for a full synthetic oil change, and I had the guys assess the vehicle just to give it the once over and make sure everything was kosher. I just purchased the vehicle about a month ago, so I wanted to make sure everything was mechanically sound. The entire crew was kind and cordial, helpful and transparent. I left with my oil change completed and an alignment as well. They finished the job in a decent amount of time and I was pleased with everything. Thanks so much, you guys!

I know this location is new but the service here is outstanding! Took great care of me and my vehicle. The crew working(especially Austin and Scott) is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly! I will recommend to all my friends to come here.

I went there for an oil change and a tire rotation. The entire experience was fantastic. Jeremy, Josh, Austin, and Scott were friendly and helpful. There wasn't much of a wait time but the air conditioned waiting room in mid summer made even waiting feel great. Checking out was a breeze and the friendly staff that cashed me out, Scott and Austin were great. I would highly recommend this place!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Less than a week ago I went in to get a brand new set of tires. Overall my experience was very good only issue that I experienced was that the set of tires I purchased had a slight if you want to call it a cosmetic issue or manufacturer quality of the tire.. After expressing my concerns on Google review as a customer not happy of my purchase the Director of Operation Scott personally reached out to me and did everything to make it right by his customer.. Though my first experience I was very pleased with the service that I received just not so much as the quality at that time of two of the tires that were placed on my vehicle.. When I tell you Scott Crowe went above and beyond to make sure that me as a customer left feeling much better about my purchase I am so thankful that he did everything to make me as the customer feel much better about my purchase.. I am very pleased with my second go round with these guys. Thank you so much Scott Crowe for taking the time out of your personal life to personally come to the customer to stand by your quality and standards that means a lot to me as a customer though very skeptical my first visit I now have a different understanding and perspective and would definitely more so now with the quality and service I received would highly recommend you give this place a try.. Also thank you Josh Lehr for giving me more knowledge as well as good service on my brand new set of tires that was very helpful and I appreciate it.. Again thank you both for your professionalism great customer service and making it right by the customer. Definitely give this place a try and would like to remain a loyal customer down the road..
