EPM detailing is a family owned business and they do excellent work. I just moved to the area and they did window tints and ceramic coating on my 2022 Audi S4. The car looks amazing! They show great pride in their work and really value the customer experience. I was ecstatic picking up my car as we were talking about the work they did. When I went in for the ceramic coating they even proactively replaced the rear panel window tinting because they said it wasn t up to their standard. I honestly hadn t even noticed. That s how you know you found the right place to do business with. Attention to detail and pride in their work. I will recommend them to anyone I come across!

Excellent customer service. I brought my new Tesla Model Y here to get the windows tinted, front end PPF and ceramic coating. They did an excellent job. Answered all my questions about upkeep. My vehicle was in excellent hands and I'm glad I chose EPM for all of this. Highly recommended. We will be back with the next vehicle in the future!

This family owned business is the best in town. I love keeping my own vehicles clean and ceramic coat them myself in most cases. When I purchased a new GR86, I decided to let a pro work on it and get a PPF and professional grade ceramic coat. They exceeded my expectations. My car looks absolutely stunning and will be easy to maintain for years to come. Have had multiple services done (ceramic coating, washing, detailing inside and out, window tinting, headlight polishing, and ppf). Took my new truck there for window tinting and ceramic coating. Was recommended through a friend. Everyone there is fantastic to deal with and is spot on with their recommendations. They work with a lot of high end vehicles and they look incredible when they are done. I got my car tinted here and could not ask for a better experience. Everybody was knowledgeable and friendly. They were very helpful in guiding me through the different percentages and how they would look on my car. The end product was perfect for me. Every time I go to EMP to get my car detailed they do a great job and take excellent care of me. Everyone that works there is so kind and welcoming. They tinted my windows almost two years ago and it still looks as pristine as the day they did it. Can t say that about other places!! I won t trust my Porsche with anyone else! EMP is the best!

Would not use this shop. Very limited on their skill set and bad customer service. They did a horrible job on my tint work, they did it out side and the dust caused several bubbles. When asked to correct it they had us bring my car in twice and never fixed the issues. When's asked why they said they ran short on time. The last attempt to fix the issue I asked for a refund and they said they could not do that and never attempted to correct the bad job they did. The owners are rude and do not know how customer service works. I wouldn't trust them they are a mom and pop shop and they don't care how their work looks .

They were great, the work that I had done was expedient but quality, even though I had to drop it off later then discussed. They went out of their way to make everything happen and still give me great quality service. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to get the leather seat cleaned and conditioned. They've done paint corrections, coatings, paint protection film, and many other services on a plethora of high end vehicles for me... including pick-up and drop-off in some cases. Where do I begin? What can I say? I am one happy, excited and thrilled customer! This was the best and the most amazing experience I've ever had. My new/used car was filthy! The previous owners must have had a dog too, hair everywhere! But, the attention to detail was spot on! I brought them my car, that I just purchased, and I asked them to turn it into a "new car." EPM detailing delivered! I am still on cloud 9 with tears of joy! Jeff and Tanya do excellent work. They all put 100% effort and they do it with a smile and heart. I would recommend them any day, all day! Thank you EPM for the excellence and attention to detail that you delivered. Happy with my new car!

The best detail I have ever had and I've been to several around the upstate! Their sealant works great and they only use professional products. I had a friend get their ceramic coating and he has been very satisfied with that as well. I am thinking of going that route in the future to protect my car. They even have professionals come in to do any type of wraps or window tinting if you need any of that type of work done. I'm having my tail lights wrapped with medium tint to add to the appeal of my car. The wrapping is done at a very good price as well. I've been back and they really appreciate the business. I feel very confident in their abilities and will continue to go back anytime I need detail work done.

This family owned business does very high quality work at a fair price, with amazing attention to detail. I have had two vehicles corrected and coated here, and will certainly continue doing business with them in the future. Even on a brand new vehicle, the before and after is mind blowing. It's very rare, and refreshing to find a company today with their level of customer service.

EPM Detailing was recommended to me by the Alfa Romeo dealership for window tinging. They did a great job, and then I had my car ceramic coated. I LOVE THE CERAMIC COATING!!!!!!!! My car is beautiful and zero maintenance with the coating. Since I've had my vehicle done, my neighbor has gone, and my father is getting both of his vehicles done. This family team does awesome work. They installed a ceramic coating on my car and some type of water treatment to my windshield. When I tell you it so easy to clean my car it's ridiculous! They do tint and just about anything else you can think of to keep your car looking great!

If you leave an honest review..the owners will report it and your comment will be removed. I brought my car here..I am a female and was threatened and yelled at..needed to have cop escorts to get my vehicle back..please do your homework and go somewhere else.Edit to reply to owners comment - funny how you spin the truth. True or false.. did the owner say to me he was going to take a hammer to my car and put the dents and dings back in if I didn t pay for your miscommunication? That s why the cops were called sweetheart. Also..I can supply a video for anyone wanting it to see that Tanya actually said "I shouldn't have to eat a bill for miscommunication on our part." I had the windows tinted in my 2013 Chevrolet Silverado. I could not be more pleased from my initial contact with Travis. He was keenly interested in working to have a great job done. Very professional and knowledgeable. He had Devin Boyce and Kayla Young do the work on my truck. They were extremely professional and did an absolutely fantastic job. I could not have expected better service from Travis, Devin and Kayla. I will not hesitate to go back to them for additional needs.
