Very very impressed on how quick they were! They got me in and out the door for four new tires and sensors within 45 minutes. Customer service was very nice as well. This is the second time I ve bought tires here, both times have been top notch.

Ben, the store manager was able to get us back on the road when we were in a very tight spot. I can t speak highly enough of him. If you re searching for someone to take care of you, go to Discount Tire. We have been customers for years, and this just reassured us why.

The guys at Discount Tire in Taylors SC are fantastic to work with. i have used them for tires on several of my vehicles and they always do a thorough job at a fair price and are extremely professional. Specifically, Justin did a tire swap on my Winnebago Navion and worked his tail off doing it with no complaints and making sure all details were taken care of. You couldn t ask for better service from these guys.

I would like to thank Ben and his entire staff. The level of professionalism, dedication and customer service is astounding. It does not matter whether it s tires for my work truck, personal vehicle or one of my trailers, discount tire always has the best product and at a price that works for my budget. Always buy tires here . Very helpful and friendly staff. Always greet you at the door . Take care of anything that happens to your tires . I always buy the warranty and anything is fixed or replaced for free.

I had a tire that kept losing air but had no visible problems. They took the tire off of the rim and located two small nails that had punched through in the same hole. Great service.

Awesome experience at the Discount Tire in Taylors/Greer on Wade Hampton/Hwy 29!!! Ben and Dave were extremely helpful and went way out of their way to make sure they had a happy, satisfied customer and keep me, my little truck and trailer safe on the road! Thank you again, great job guys! I had not been here in a while but I will be back soon for sure! Folks, don't hesitate to do business here! Excellent service and prices!

Me and my fianc� went there to get a new tire and they tried to upsell us on 4 tires and then they put my tire on took off my full spare and left the donut on. Stripped out my locking lugnut key and one lugnut is missing on my tire now.

They are friendly, helpful, and honest. I came here after being at another shop that told me they were unable to patch my tire because of the inside having a foam lining (I don't drive an electric car) and that I would need to pay for a new tire. I came to Discount Tire and they were able to fit me in and get it patched, and add air to all of my tires, including the spare, within an hour.

I had the most pleasant experience at Discount Tire. I arrived way early for my 10:45 am (10am) appointment and was fully prepared to wait until that time. The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant and polite. I sat in the waiting area and 11:00 am, they pulled my truck up and it was ready to go. I overheard a service rep tell someone over the phone about replacement tire prices but he also advised the customer to bring the car in to see if the tire could be repaired because Discount Tires offers that as a complementary service. I chose DT because they are nationwide and I am moving to TX in a few months and they did not disappoint. The price was right and the service was exceptional.

Exceptional. I've been to half a dozen shops around town and keep coming back here. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, prices are fair, waiting area is clean and comfortable, no complaints!

My husband and I had ordered our tires online and made an appointment. The morning of the appointment, we got a call that the tires had not come in but we would be receiving another tire, slightly more expensive, for the same price as the original one we ordered. They were super friendly and made sure we were taken care of! I love this location.

I'm Robert Harley and I had my '10 Mustang in there for two front tires on 12/17. The young man that did my car took extra care on my wheels when changing them and painstakingly balanced them until they were right. The professionalism was superb. Great job.

What a great experience and customer service I received today! I was pleasantly surprised by the professional team and quick turnaround time for my new tires. My appointment time was kept and Matt made sure that my sensors were reset properly to prevent quirky alerts in the future. From someone who is slightly obsessed about her tires and tire pressure, it was much appreciated. : )I highly recommend them.

We have been coming in to this location for years and usually deal with Ben Silvers. Ben always helps us out with our 8 vehicles making sure to help pick the correct upgrade from factory tires. Just this past time we needed a tire in an emergency situation before a long road trip and Ben wasn t there so we were helped by Robyn. Let me brag for a minute he was great!!!!Ben had already set our tire to the side and had it ready the day before and Robyn took care of it right away. Because we have a 22 Jeep Grand Wagoneer that s all wheel drive he explained that just changing one tire could effect the driving of the Jeep. Well I ignored him and found out that it did effect it by just changing one it caused it to pull to the left.After we returned from our trip we promptly bought the order three new tires. Because I didn t listen we had to take it to the dealership and have it realigned.The greatest part of this story is that for years I have been coming into there before my M2F transition. Now this time I came in as my new and improved transgender woman self. Robyn treated me with the up most respect never once calling me Sir.I want to commend the management and corporate for their wonderful training in this manner.We will continue to buy all our tires from Discount tires.Thank you for a wonderful experience Ben and Robyn!!!

Wes an associate at this location kept on persisting trying to get me to buy a full 4 set of tires when i insisted and told him i only needed one being very rude about the entire situation wish i could leave a negative review !!

Stopped by for a quick tire pressure check since my light was on and ended up waiting about 15 minutes before an adult actually came out to help after seeing me sitting there when he was taking trash out or something. This, after sitting and watching what I would call boys (employees) dancing around and playing with the equipment in the garage while I sat there and waited for someone to help me. I have a strong feeling I would ve ended up leaving without being helped had the adult in this situation not accidentally saw me. Very disappointing these boys don t have a better work ethic or respect for a lady, if no one else.

Very professional staff also quick! I had a problem with pressure sensors after replacing I always had the light on. This guy named Robin got that fixed in minutes!!!

We've been loyal Discount Tire customers for 6 years in 2 different states and just as always this location treated us like we'd been coming there just as long. Our punctured tire was patched with the free repair program. Less than 45 minutes on a busy Saturday evening we were rolling down the road again. Thank y'all for another great DT experience.

Replaced bad tire inflation sensors under warranty. Very satisfied!
