Definitely choose these guys if you need any body work done! I had a tight deadline for when I needed my daughter's car repairs completed. They met the deadline on the nose and would've had the car back sooner if insurance hadn't delayed us by almost a week. Mario was a pleasure to deal with. He kept me up-to-date on the repairs the whole process. I hope we don't need their services again any time soon but I will be back if there's ever another accident! Thanks for all your hard work!!

The whole team at Custom Collision are the absolute best, hands down! They have helped us with several cars, and even helped navigate difficult insurance issues. They are the only ones we truly trust with our cars. Great people who really know what their doing!

Best service I can dream of. The price is very fair, I compared with several places and this place has one of the lowest. On top of that this place is very clean and professional feeling.They actually did the job under the estimate, which is very surprising I never had a job below estimate beforeMy car was fixed really well. They even straight the hood, fix the side, wipe my tire and clean the interior for me. They did not have to do that and they did.Owner is super friendly and just the nicest person around. Would definitely come again, hope my car doesn't crash again tho!

I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly, the price of repair was very competitive, and their facilities are clean. Communication by email was always quick. After the repair my car looked really new. They even detailed the wheels and interior. I am very impressed with this place and fully recommend their services.

Brought my car here for some insurance work after many recommendations. Added bonus was Mario was a guy I knew briefly through the car community. I can not brag enough about Mario and his team here. I called on a Friday and he had me in by the following Monday. Car was done within 10 days. They did incredible work. I expected to walk in and find flaws like you generally do with most body shops and collision centers. But, I couldn t even tell the car had been repainted in areas or even worked on. They blended the paint and matched it so very well and their craftsmanship truly showed. Mario even personally texted me to show me the progress and let me know when it was done. That helped out a lot considering I was out of town while he had my car. This business is by far the best collision center in SC, possibly even the country. I will certainly be using them again if I ever unfortunately need body work again. Thanks again Mario and team!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot recommend this place enough. They have done work for my wife and I on 3 separate occasions including a recent rear end collision on my 2022 Si. The entire experience was a pleasure to have even in this type of situation. Rashad and Mario are truly compassionate about what they do and the constant communication and reassurance to the customer. They go to bat for you as an advocate to Insurance and ensured my vehicle was returned back timely and in better condition than before the wreck. No shortcuts, full transparency, and honesty. They go above and beyond from assisting with getting OEM parts and immaculate paint blending and lining up panels, to returning my car with a full detailing. The guys at Custom Collision were beyond amazing. I was involved in an accident and the insurance of the other driver (who was at fault) was an absolute nightmare. The shop fought for factory parts when the insurance was trying to get after market garbage. My vehicle looks better than before the accident!

Mario, was amazing, the service was awesome. We brought our vehicle to be painted because the passenger side door had a serious dent.. we needed the vehicle back in a couple weeks.. He not only got it back to us on time but he did a wonderful job. We will not hesitate to come back to custom collision cycle his professionalism spoke volumes and you don t see that to much now days.. thank you Marco for being a man of your word and doing such a great job on our Toyota corolla.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The fellas at Custom Collision Cycle saved my beloved Sapphire (my electric blue RAV-4). Mario cared for us the entire way and updated us as much as he could. He was so polite and patient. He took the pain of insurance out of the wound for us. No one wants to deal with insurance, but Mario makes it to where you really aren t that irritated to. He is a professional at what he does and my family can not thank him enough. I missed my Sapphire and I m glad Mario and the crew took good care of her. I took my Nissan Rogue to Custom Collision Cycle for a new front bumper. They were able to get me in pretty quickly and quoted me a price that was much better than other shops I had been to. When I picked my car up last week it looked better than it did the first day I got it. They fixed the bumper and detailed the entire inside. I will never go to another car shop after using these guys. I would recommend them to anyone needing car repairs.Service: Body & Trim

After my car was deemed unrepairable by 2 body shops recommended by State Farm, and fighting with the insurance company over the claim, I found Custom Collision Cycle. They were able to find parts and repair damage that the other shops could not and Mario was very helpful in trying to work with the insurance company. I am extremely pleased with the repair and how conscientious they were in detailing the car. I would heartily recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

Professional, on time, attention to detail, affordable. CCC exceeded our expectations repairing our Pacifica after an accident. While the repair was slight, they returned our car in better condition than when we purchased it new. Hopefully we will not need another repair after a collision but will always go to them for work instead of the dealership. Thank you!

After reading Google reviews for collision services, I decided to call Custom Collision Cycle. I needed an estimate to determine if repairing my 10+ year old car was worth it after a fender bender. I called on a Saturday and the owner answered even though they weren't open; I came into the shop first thing Monday morning. I had a written estimate within 20 minutes. Mario was top notch! He answered all of my questions. If I decided to complete the repairs, I would complete them here based on other's reviews.

I came into the shop today, and Mario was very helpful. I have some truck body damage and he was very upfront, straight forward, and honest with the price of repair/ what it takes to repair something like this and gave me some insight on how to resolve my issue without spending so much money. Soo essentially these guys didn't actually perform a service on my vehicle, but sometimes all you need from somebody is a conversation. Not somebody just selling any services they can squeeze out of you. The genuine concern for how the customer is spending their money is just awesome. These guys are legit

Excellent service. I took my car to custom collision after someone hit my drivers side door. Mario was reviewed the damage in detail so I could understand all repairs that were needed. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car. The paint matched beautifully, which was my concern since my car is older. I'm not from Taylor's,SC but I can tell you from my experience this is the best shop to ever come across in the state of SC!!!! I promise you want be disappointed. I'm talking about honesty,commitment,dedication what I looking for and this is it. MARIO AND HIS STAFF A1 across the board and other on thing i like about this shop is if they can't do it they will point you and the right direction.think I'm lieing about this shop go for yourself and see theyi don't have 5star rating for nothing.

I will always recommend CCC to anyone who needs body work done! From personal vehicle to commercial! When I was hit, 20+ people instantly told me to bring my car here! I did not regret it! ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. We got my boyfriend's carbon fiber hood redone here. Service was fast and very friendly. They did an amazing job. The hood looks better than it did when we first purchased it. Absolutely beautiful and immaculate precision on the details. It's so beautiful. We will definitely be recommending to everyone in our car community and will 100% be back again.

I brought them my 2011 Ford F-150 to get fixed after i was rear ended in a hit and run collision. I haven t dealt with body shops much and the last time i did i had a horrible experience! But when a good friend recommended them highly i figured i would give them a try and boy was it an amazing experience! The gentleman Mario that helped me with the whole process was awesome! They got my car in and out handled insurance like the professionals they are and made the truck look a million times better then i ever expected! I highly recommend this shop and will bring all of my work from here on out to them!!

These guys did a great job with my truck and even filed for supplemental insurance coverage without me having to take any part of it. They updated me on all the fixes and schedules. Not only does it look great, they detailed my truck to be cleaner than when I dropped it off and I detail my own vehicles regularly; this group out did themselves with that major extra step. They know how to make it right for a customer and you will be smart going to them for your needs and wants.

Reshod and his talented team did such a phenomenal job on my Jeep! I had someone hit my driver s side back fender but I waited a year to fix it so it had rusted some. They fixed it and you would never know it had happened! Did a great job matching the faded original paint color! I also had a small oil leak that had been going on for about 5 months (turned out to be from 2 spots) and his mechanic fixed it right up! These guys are just wonderful people in general but know their stuff and fixed me right up!! I don t live in town anymore but waited to come to them for the repair during my time I visited my family that still live in town! Best experience ever! Will bring it back if I ever need any other repairs! Thanks Reshod and Custom Collision Cycle Crew!!

Do yourself a favor and go see Chad at Custom Collision Cycle for all your paint and body work needs. The staff there are extremely friendly and personable. They treat you the way most businesses now have forgotten to. From the time we got there we were greeted with a smile, kind tones, and respect. We were originally told our repair would take an hour and it was ready in under forty. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help in anyway they can. Thank you Chad for such a refreshingly wonderful experience!

A couple weeks back someone hit and run my son's car in the parking lot at his work. It's a dang shame. You can't have anything nice! But in came our hero, Reshod Hughes at Custom Collision Cycle.
