I have been using this company for my auto needs for about 6 or 7 years and they have always been honest and reliable. This visit, to replace tires and breaks was no exception. I was offered several options of tires and was able to choose the option that worked best for my situation and needs . Thanks again Certified Auto.

Typically, I don t write reviews but Certified Auto is my go to place to get anything done on my car. You can also have them do an inspection when considering buying a new car and they re very honest and thorough! I ve been going here for years and it s a positive experience for sure!

Went out of their way to do a diagnostic in an extremely timely fashion for me to make sure my vehicle was still safe to drive for a couple of days. When I did schedule the repair that was needed, they got the repair done in half the time they said they would be able to get it done. They also came in under the quoted price because they found there wasn t as much labor needed as they originally thought. I feel other places I ve been to (Kevin Whitaker) would have just charged the original quote, regardless. I was very pleased with my experience and will be going back.

Im very weird about who I let work on my vehicles but with these guys I know they have some of the best mechanics in the upstate the price might be a little bit higher then other shops but with a business full of amazing talent it s expected but at the end of the day you get your moneys worth and a peace of mind knowing it was done right. Highly recommend!

Jake and Joel were awesome. They are real pros and have proven to be trustworthy. Expecting to spend more than we needed to. What a refreshing surprise! They didn't try to charge us for more than was needed. Very pleased and we will return ! Thank you!

Certified Automotive was exceptional in their care and service. Incredible people who are trustworthy and know their craft. I have had horrible experiences in the past with Automotive shops that have been both dishonest and incompetent, but Certified treated me like family and acted like a trusted friend. You can be assured you will receive fair estimates and they won t try to tack on items you don t need. Honestly, so far they have had the best prices I have come across in the area and you know you will receive quality work too. Will trust them again should I ever need anything in the future. Shoutout to both Clark and Jake as well as the rest of the team for being so great at what they do!

Absolutely a WONDERFUL company to work with!! From start to finish we had a great experience!! They worked with our warranty to get a leak repaired and I just appreciate all the patience and hard work they put in with our warranty company to get it repaired! Thank you guys! We will only take our car from here on out and refer them to everyone we know!

Best experience I ve had with mechanics. The front office is professional, the diagnostics are clearly communicated, and the price is fair. Would recommend to anyone, even if you have to drive a distance to get to them!

Had catastrophic failure of the transmission on m 2918 Nissan Titan, I read the reviews on several shops that does transmission work. Once I decided to go with them they gave me a full breakdown of the cost down to the last bolt plus a time line when the work would be completed. I highly recommend these guys for any and all transmission work.

Tried to charge $570 for a spark plug change..I told them what was wrong with the car before hand (not needing a diagnosis)They wanted to hold my car for several days..I own a ford fiesta (the spark plugs are immediately in view)30 minute job max for experienced mechanic's (a guy on YouTube does it in 13 mins)I don t know if they are faking reviews but it feels like it based on my experience. Don t fall for a fake smile and a friendly voice.. these guys are scammers! I would look else where if you are looking for a reasonable price and fast work.

Made an appointment for a diagnostic reading at 8am didn t get car seen til 2pm. Didn t get an update til end of the day with no clear answer.. said they was gonna start back on it next day Checked out my hotel 11:30 came up to shop to notice car wasn t even in a bay. Ask front desk about it was told they gonna pull car back in this afternoon.. I refused and determined my car point I m making is there s no reason in making an appointment and there work ethic, productivity and professionalism is piss poor never again

Took my vehicle to theses guys on a whim after going to 3 other shops (including a Chevy dealership) no one could tell me what was wrong Certified automotive took the time to communicate with me every step of the way. They didn t try to over price and were very honest with what the problem was. Thank you guys for being honest , trustworthy and efficient

Need an honest shop to work on your car? Mike Moran and his staff will take great care of you! My dad's Lincoln had a leaky power steering pump and I didn't know where to go when a BJU faculty member recommended Certified Auto. I thought the pump needed replaced but they found a faulty sensor that was causing the leak and got it fixed in a hurry. Mark, the service writer took care of the paperwork and took my dad's payment over the phone. Great job guys!

Certified Automotive is awesome. They re very friendly and get what you need done quick. In the past it s been super stressful to find an auto shop I can trust when something goes wrong, but I ve finally found a place that I know is not going to add on unnecessary work so that they can make more money. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know!

Certified has been working on my cars for years. They do very good work and stand by it. They tell you the facts about the condition of your car and do not pressure you into an upsell. Only place I will take my cars.

I found Certified Auto because of a friend's recommendation. I went in for a routine oil change. They were great. They let me know of a few things that could be an issue in the future.... just watching. No attempt to freak me out or trying to get me to do repairs now. They also checked a few minor things... major to me... at no charge. Would highly recommend!

Used this place in the past and never had issues and always had better pricing. But recently had to get a complete engine replacement and I don t think I could have done it anywhere else. Joel and the rest of the team were so helpful and I could tell they really cared about the service. Made the whole process easy and calm. THESE GUYS ROCK

We had traveled about 600 miles to camp near here. We had a flat on our inside dual tire. Called several places to get a valve stem repaired. They were all either closed or didn t have time to mess with it. We pulled in to this shop & asked if they could fix our tire. It was almost closing time but, Clark (pretty sure that s his name) asked the manager & he said fix it. We backed up to the door & no more than 10 minutes later we were ready to go. If we are ever here again & have any issues, I can promise we will go to Certified Automotive-hands down!!! Best service & most respectful place we came in contact with. They were a true blessing to us.Service: Tires

Took my sons car in for a motor replacement. Told us to come backaround 500 miles so they could check it out. They found a seal that was leaking and bad, they were honest that it was a faulty seal and fixed it. Then had us bring car back the next week to make sure all was still good. I am very immersed with the honesty and integrity they show as a company!! Highly recommended!!
