Only auto parts store within 150 miles that had the exact part I needed! Part was correct, fit was perfect, customer service was good, store looked to be fully stocked with all the items on the floor, and it looked the same in the back as well! Definitely shout out to AZ and AZ employees for having the part to get me up and running again and not having to wait for it to be delivered!

Tom of your Wade Hampton Blvd store is to be highly commended. He went a step beyond just selling me the exact hood lift support I needed for my vehicle. He offered and proceeded to replace the non-working lift support and installed the new one, and further checked to make sure that the new one was operating correctly.He additionally gave me a good recommendation on what product (ceramic wax) to use to better protect the coat on my vehicle, beyond just using a more standard wax paste or liquid.Thank you Tom.

Searching for a 2019 Ford F150 right rear caliper for my truck I ran into something I ve never experienced, roughly 6-10 different calipers for my application. ALL of which were out of stock. Don, from Autozone in Taylor s was not only had one showing in stock he put his hands on it and held it for me as I was driving from Chesnee about 30 miles away. Superior customer service, I can say enough about Don and his team! Thank you again Don!!!

My truck was giving me trouble starting, and I was faced with the challenge of shuttling kids to sporting events and an upcoming out-of-town trip. Thomas was a fantastic help getting a new battery for my car and did an even better job installing it! He talked me through what each of the report numbers meant and most of all, didn t treat me like an idiot (which some will do). He got me squared away, polite the whole time, and I would definitely recommend him if you need help.

Easy and quick in and out; went in for new wiper blades. The guy that was helping me asked if I needed help putting them on and he got it done quick and efficient! Said he s only been here about 6 months but he was so knowledgeable and friendly.

Just finished having my battery replaced at the Taylor's SC Wade Hampton location. I was fortunate to have Thomas do the installation. He was so professional and courteous and took his time to make sure every detail was covered. Auto Zone is very lucky to have a first class employee like him. My experience there is the catalyst for me to always be coming back to Auto Zone at this location and looking for Thomas.

Have always had a great experience here. Employees are super friendly and helpful. I have had them read codes, test batteries, recommended wipers, and help me find the right headlights. My go to place for anything automotive.

I was headed to run some late night errands on my day off when I tried to start my car & it refused to start. naturally, i panicked. we were able to jump my car and make it to auto zone where we were lucky enough to encounter Thomas Z.Thomas was an angel. Literally. I truly believe this man was an angel sent to help me in my situation. Riddled with overwhelming frustrating as I had just bought my car a month ago & did not think to test the battery, Thomas offered to help us replace the battery IN THE POURING RAIN. This sweet angel of a man lent 30 minutes of his time in a dry store to help me in the pouring rain at night when I needed it the most. I am eternally grateful to him and hope he gets the recognition he deserves for being as wonderful as he is.

I had just got off work at 9 PM and my car battery was dead, luckily I had someone that could jump me off I figured I would get a new one in the morning and be late for work.But I called AutoZone to see if they had a battery and they did and said they were open till 10 pm I was in the area and they told me to come Don and Thomas were very helpful and changed my battery for me i truly appreciate there time and great customer service

Tay, and the woman manager, and the other gentleman with dreadlocks (didn't catch his name, sorry) was super nice and helpful today with my purchases for my husband's truck. They definitely need a raise or promotion. Their customer service skill is excellent. Tay walked in and out with me trying to help my husband figure out what was going on with his truck. And I just want to make it known how great these 3 were to my husband and I. Even gave us a towel to clean our hands.

Keith the attendant was Insufferably slow, cussing and grumpy with everything that he had to do. I came in with a simple task, I had the part number of what I need and knew the item was in stock. Took about 20-25 minutes for a 5 minute interaction. Looked like the system itself was also part of the problem. Working at Advance Auto myself, I get that bad systems cause issues, but there isn't much excuse for how poorly it went.

My father and I needed a alternator tested. Crystal when above and beyond to ensure she helped check this. She was packed with many customers and was able to task full well in addressing all the customers needs. Reccommed Crystal for any helpful task.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. The strip mall itself is aged, but these things happen. If you need a 14mm hex attachment out of nowhere, this is a quick place to pick one up.

Phillip W. Helped me when I got there. At first I was in line and got to watch him help a couple other clients first before moving into me. He was perfect!! He's very knowledgeable with outstanding customer service!! I watched him go above and beyond for each client including me. He could see i didn't know exactly what I was doing and he made sure to take the time to assist. Very highly recommended! Deserves a raise!! :)

My car battery was dead when I tried to leave work this afternoon. Thanks to help from some coworkers with cables and a jump start, I was able to get out of the parking lot. Went to an AutoZone competitor, and they didn't have the battery I needed, plus there were about 10 vehicles in front of me! Called Taylors AutoZone, and Crystal was most helpful, said yes, they had the battery I needed and yes they would install it! When I arrived, Matthew was there to help me select one, and then took out the old battery, cleaned the cables and put in the new. In a short time I was safely on my way! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
