I had the Windshield replaced on my 2018 Hyundai Elantra, they originally scheduled for Tuesday April 5th, so I took the day off. Due to inclement weather we rescheduled for that Thursday. They came the office while I was in the Company vehicle at a jobsite 1 hr away and I am very impressed, the workmanship was class A. Would recommend to anyone driving with a potentially unsafe cracked Windshield. The price was very reasonable given the current economic situation

I called them and set up an appointment. They called and rescheduled, then left glass all in my garage and even left 2 big pieces of tape on my windshield. I had to call and ask if it was ok to take it off because I didn t know if I was supposed to leave it on for a curtain amount of time or something. There was also glass all inside of my vehicle. This wasn t someone doing me a favor, this was a service I paid for. I expected a higher level of professionalism.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They came a little earlier than expected which was good, also was done in a fast manner. The guy was nice and went the extra mile to clean my Vin tag off better since it was pretty dusty even after I tried to clean it. Only issue is the glass looks a little off center by a quarter to half an inch but doesn't seem to affect anything.Service: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement

The tech, SWALDEN, came to my house, arrived promptly, got right to work, and changed out 2 windshields in less than 2 hours. He did an excellent job on both vehicles, and we are very pleased. I highly recommend this company! Thank you!

The installer Scott was courteous, fast and very personable. He explained the warranty in great detail and did and outstanding job in installing my windshield. I highly recommend Auto Glass Fitters.

Damaged my car during the installation in July. ( Stripping on roof near when the windshield meets the roof was cut) I contacted the company. The manager, Chris, came and took pictures, told me he would check with his manager and get back to me. He called a little while later and told me that they would be fixing the damages and that I should go to Boyd's Collision to get an estimate. I went straight there. They took pictures and said they would submit an estimate to the manager and get back to me to set up a date to do the repairs, and that it would take two days to get the parts. That was in Sept. The manager, Chris @ (Auto Fitters)called me again and asked if I had taken my car for the estimate. I explained that I did it the same day he called and told me to go. He then explained that he would pass the torch to Boyd's as it makes more sense to deal with them directly to set up a convenient time for repairs. I called the repair shop a week later. They said they would order the parts and call me. I waited yet another week and heard nothing. I finally spoke to the manager @ Boyds Collision, (Chad),and he alerted me that the Auto Glass Fitters manager, Chris told them that they would not be paying for the repairs after all. Chris never bothered to call me and let me know. I called him several times. He never returned my calls. I then finally got a text from him saying that he was on vacation and for me to call Art at the corporate office. I called Art and explained the situation on Oct. 15th. Art who is the manager of Chris knew nothing about the damage to my vehicle and asked me to send my VIN number / make and model of the car. I immediately took pictures of the damage, and sent a narrative about what had transpired in a text to Art as he requested. I never heard a word from him. I called several times and was told that he was unavailable. Finally, today, Oct. 30th. Art answered my call and said he never recieved my text and asked me to send it again. I did. He then called and said that he was not going to fix the damage properly because he did not feel that his technician really did the damage. He said that the person who replaced the windshield saw the damage to molding on my roof when he did the job, but did not bother to tell us. Awful experience!! Saddest part is when I asked if there was anyone else other than Art to speak to about my experience, I was told that the buck stops there! So, beware!!

I am now waiting to have my Windshield replaced for the third time by this company in a week.First, a defective windshield, second, an improper installation. Now, I have to wait four more days (through the weekend) so they can replace it for the third time. I would not recommend.

Auto Glass came to where I worked, replaced my windshield, and returned my keys within the time frame indicated. He gave me clear instructions, and he was on his way. And my windshield looks great!

Showed up after being sent by State Farm. Had the wrong windshield. Did not know how to install and permanently damaged the car as a result. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Already Had schedule and appointment had me waiting 2 hours to find out they didn't have the windshield manager apologize and said they would call me the next day and let me know when to bring the car back never heard from them I won't be going back
