Gunter's been repairing my BMW's going on 20 years or so. I've tried them all. You won't go wrong. He only uses BMW parts. Only! Don't even ask. He's particular about that to maintain his reputation. He will always keep your old parts to show you what he replaced.

I don't understand the negative comments. I agree with the mechanical engineer's review. Gunther is top notch and honest. He has serviced my E34, E39, and E46. He even goes above and beyond. He will give you the original part he replaced and show you the issue if visible on the faulty part. His insight from nearly 40 years of specializing on these cars is remarkable. I can turn a wrench myself and have rebuilt entire suspensions and done basic maintenance for years. Gunther is so reasonable and provides quality so I usually just have him do the work.

We have been taken our BMW's to Gunter for over 14yrs. We have 3 BMW's and would not take them to anyone else. He always takes very good care of us and is a top notch mechanic. I would recommend everyone I know to him!!!!

Gunther listened carefully to me describe my BMW's intermittent electrical issues. He asked great follow-up questions and was very knowledgeable in his response and diagnosis. Refreshing!

Gunther at Austrotech Motorsport in Taylors, SC is knowledgeable, professional, and fair. Just got my car serviced yesterday and was extremely happy, once again. I am a professionally registered mechanical engineer, so I do plenty of work myself, but when I run out of talent and tools, I call on Gunther. His attention to detail is second to none, so I don't have to second-guess his work. His vast racing experience with big-time race teams such as Schnitzer, Michael Andretti Racing, and Nissan Motorsports really shines through. He has been servicing my vehicles for 14 years and he has always been great to work with.

Great mechanic for BMW. Reasonable labor rate. Only uses BMW parts. Takes his time, which is good.
