I needed a battery.They not only had one at a very reasonable price.But installed it for me.Very friendly and helpful.Will definitely use again

Great guys to work with. Great place for hard to find parts, for older cars and new. He hooked me up with a driver's door for a 62 galaxie. Very reasonable and fair price on such a hard to find part. I will definitely call these fellas again when in need. Thank you.mick.

Ordered side glass and got it on time. They were auto parts professionals and helped me get exactly what I needed and get it on time to have it installed. It was packed well for delivery. This was not an easy part to find either so grateful they had it. This is how you stay in business.

Had to get rid of a vehicle quick because I was moving, called them and they sent J&J to get it and when I gave them the title, I got a check out of it. Very friendly people! Highly recommend

Great service! They pull the parts you need. It was great since I know zero about cars. I would have given them 5 stars if they hadn't charged more then quoted for one of the parts.

Very good service. Fast and helpful. I have bought an instrument cluster, rear coil springs, etc for my 1983 Chevy Caprice while visiting South Carolina. I will visit on my next trip to South Carolina.

Worst customer service, I ve called and even been here in person, and all the times they ve been the most rude people... I know people have bad days, but to consistently have an attitude just wastes everyone s time. I d rather go all the way to Columbia to the Pull A Part and get parts myself, than someone ride a high horse complaining how much trouble it would be to get parts off of a vehicle...

I called on the phone asking for an intermediate shaft for a b20b honda motor. Im putting the motor in a 1995 honda civic. I asked for a different car that the motor came in. But he asked what car i had and looked for that car. The b20b didn't come in a 1995 civic. I don't know how many times i had to tell him that. He wasted both my time and his.

Ordered a part online on a Friday afternoon. I was not expecting part to be shipped until Monday. They got it sent out same day and it was here the next day! A+ customer service!

Wouldn't stay open 10 extra minutes for someone running behind that needed a part.Not over helpful. Very bland. Had no choice but to get the part from them.

I called for an alternator for my car the guy that answered the phone had a real smart mouth and was very rude never did business with them and I never will with that attitude you will never keep customers
